Hey guys first time poster here!

TTC cycle #2 and want to try the SMEP but have a few questions:

1. Does it matter what time of day you BD?
2. Do you have to start on day 8 or could i start on day 10 and it still be effective? I usually get my peak ovulation on day 17.
3. Any success stories anyone can share?!

I got my solid smiley face for ovulation yesterday so DTD yesterday and today. Will see how I get on but trying not to be overly optimistic!

CD22 here, Period is due here next Sunday getting cramps already so don't think it will be a BFP here. Period came last month on CD24 so could come any day really latest its been is CD29.

Just wondering how everyone is getting on? I have a few more days until AF is due and forth ght all the temptations of googling like made about early signs of pregnancy 🤦

I’m only on day 2/3 of my TWW so still a long way to go! But have also got thrush (sorry TMI) I think from the pre-seed, so that’s taken my mind off things a bit 😂

I forgot to up date. I got a BFP last week. So just keeping everything crossed now.
