6DPO Who's with me?

Hi all,

Currently 6DPO cycle 2 TTC. Anyone else fancy joining this thread who's in the same boat. We can chat and keep ourselves occupied whilst time sits still until we can test.....

1DPO this is our first month trying again after a miscarriage last year - praying for good news!!

Sorry to hear about your mc. Have you had a few cycles since the mc?

Hope this month is your month. We tried SMEP this month.

I have but they've been irregular and my body is so different now. The hospital advised just to wait one cycle and then we could try again.
What is SMEP? Never heard of it

I had a miscarriage before conceiving my 4 year old. We used SMEP to conceive her. If you Google SMEP it'll come up. It's a way of conceiving that was created for those TTC after miscarriages but it works for everyone.

Didn't follow it to a T this time but still hoping it will have helped.

5 dpo here!!! I think about testing lile 3 times a day but haven't so far!!!!

I said i will wait until 10dpo at least 😁

Cycle 6 for #2

4 DPO here but have a very short cycle so period is due 11 DPO. Same day I have my first fertility appointment so going to be a strange day. My GP has taken bloods this month also so waiting to see if any actual issues or if we just haven't quite gotten the hang of it after a year of half hearted trying! I think the short cycle is an issue so hoping the doctors will help with that.

Can I join? 6DPO here. Was busy the first few days of the tww but back to normal now and these last few days before testing feel like they're going so slowly!! Going to try and hold out until 11/12DPO to test but knowing me I'll cave by 8 lol.

The urge to test is so intense sometimes isn't it. The earliest I'll test is 10dpo I think but ideally 12. I think I got my BFP with my little girl at 13dpo. Stark negatives before then. But those were cheap one step tests. I hear good thing about FRERS so have some of those on order arriving Thursday.

Do you know what day you ovulate on? I suppose with a short cycle you don't get much chance to DTD before ovulation occurs?

😂 I'm ok during the day it's the evenings and nights I find I'm constantly obsessing. I really hope for a BFP this month.

@MixedUpChameleon same! I am deliberately not getting any frers until the end of the week so I physically can’t test too early lol

I reckon I'll probably cave and do one at 9dpo.. be disappointed it's negative.. obsess all night and wake up and do another at 10dpo. Which will also be negative. 😂 and so it goes on.. wish I could just wait and see if AF showed up instead but I'm far too impatient

Tomorrow I am 8dpo so will test. It will be negative I’m sure. I have no symptoms whatsoever! but it’ll break up another grey January morning.

Oh good luck. A BFP at 8dpo isn't unheard of. Make sure you share your results. Good luck, xx

I’m 7dpo and have already tested twice 🤦‍♀️ BFNs of course. Why do I do it to myself?!?

@BiscuitLover3678 I tested positive with my son at 8dpo so it’s definitely possible. You need an ultra sensitive test though

With my DD i tested from 6 dpo... bfn until 10dpo!!!!!! Massive surprise 😄
Don't lose hope!

I’m actually 6 dpo and was tempted to test at the weekend. But my partner reminds me that I’ll get really disheartened if it’s negative, when that might not be the case.
So fingers crossed.

Which one did you use? Very good news! Did you have any symptoms/a feeling?

Can I join? 6dpo. Ttc after loss (heterotopic) last year.

Nervous and dying to test! But holding off until Sat/Sun if I can =)
