Are you in the 2 week wait? How are you doing/feeling?

After my either early loss/chemical last cycle I was hoping to try again this cycle (most fertile first 3 months after loss) but sadly I have been super poorly and only managed to baby dance once around peak 🤦🏼‍♀️

So I am not too hopeful this cycle, but at least we did try 😂

@handbagsandholidays hopefully all pointing to a BPF! I still only had the most faintest ever line at 11DPO with my DD so don't worry yet!

I have thrush BlushHmm which seems to be causing havoc. Getting cramps and I'm like is it a very early AF (CD23) coming or implantation at 6/7DPO Or it's just pain associated with thrush. Not a happy bunny :(

FreckledMouse · 17/01/2022 17:01

Hi Ladies,
Hope you don't mind if I join, you are all a little ahead of me but I am also a poas addict 😂
I'm 5dpo today so will be itching to test by the end of the week !

beanchopper17 · 17/01/2022 17:10

@Bellesjp I feel your pain, I had this last cycle - Line eyes?!? www.mumsnet.com/Talk/conception/4425723-line-eyes (that's my previous chain)

I still don't know if it was an early loss or dodgy tests, i came on 4days late and they were vvvvvf until the day before period arrived. So who knows 🤷🏼‍♀️

@beanchopper17 @Coastaldreamer I hope so! I ended up having another nap this morning as I was just so tired. Have ordered some FRER response as the other tests I had were rapid results and cheapies which aren't as accurate. Will POAS again tomorrow with a FRER and if not, wait for AF to arrive at the end of the week!

Good luck ladies 😘

Bellesjp · 17/01/2022 17:14

@beanchopper17 oh wow mine is very similar to how yours was! So horrible not knowing isnt it, I've never had a line on easy@home before if I've not been pregnant, maybe they've gone dodgy like frers! Perhaps it was a chemical if you were late for af, I'm not late yet think I'm due Friday but they've not changed so far so who knows!!

beanchopper17 · 17/01/2022 17:18

@Bellesjp I read the reviews on Amazon and there were hundreds with similar lines who all said they were false positives 😫 I did test one in water and it was stark white soooooooo 🥴

hopefully your bfp comes soon (maybe even before the end of the week!)

Ladies have any of you ever come on 9 days early? I'm 6/7 dpo today and not due on till the 26th but I've been having period cramps all day just getting stronger and now I've started bleeding ... it's only when I wipe but it's getting redder ? 🤷🏻‍♀️ sorry if it's TMI

lakejupiter · 17/01/2022 17:48

@MrsKey2020 if you don't usually have this happen then could be implantation bleeding

MrsKey2020 · 17/01/2022 17:58

@lakejupiter no never! I've been tracking my periods since we started TTC our little girl in 2017 and I've never been more than 3 days early 🤷🏻‍♀️

beanchopper17 · 17/01/2022 18:17

@MrsKey2020 is there any chance you ovulated earlier (do you use opks etc)?
Also have you had any of the covid vaccinations, I have seen so many ladies say it messed with their cycles for a little while afterwards.
See how long/heavy it gets cause it still could be IB 🤞🏻

MrsKey2020 · 17/01/2022 18:24

@beanchopper17 I don't think so, I only finished my last period 2 weeks ago today , usually around ovulation I get ovulation pain , maybe slight bleeding and ewcm all of which I got this month on the 11th but started on the 10th , I'm very regular with 26-28 day cycles and this (if it is my period) would be an 18 day cycle 😔

SGChome20 · 17/01/2022 19:31

@MrsKey2020 the timing of that bleed could be implantation bleeding. I have no experience of it personally but 🤞 it's a good sign for you.

@Bellesjp sorry you got a negative. How many dpo are you now?

I've had a bit of spotting this morning at 12dpo, I know it could be nothing but I'm finding it really scary as this is how it started the other 2 times. I'm clinging on to hope that it could be late implantation bleeding and trying to put it out my head which is impossible.

Bellesjp · 17/01/2022 20:18

@SGChome20 I'm 11dpo today, I got a clear positive last time I was pregnant then so not feeling too optimistic 😞

Sorry you've had some spotting, I k ow it can be totally normal in early pregnancy, could you ask epu to run some bloods to run and put your mind at rest a bit?

SGChome20 · 17/01/2022 20:47

I've called EPU this afternoon actually so waiting to hear back tomorrow. They don't seem too keen to do much where I am but maybe with my history they'll take a more sympathetic view than the first time when I was just told to take another test in a week. I was calling them to see about possibly getting prescribed progesterone as there's new guidance out that says progesterone supplements can help prevent MC in women with a history of them. I'll take there advice but I think anything is worth a go. I'm already taking all the vitamins that are suggested.

I'm so sorry you're going through this. I would press on with EPAU and see if they will run blood tests for you to check your hcg is rising as it should be x
handbagsandholidays · 18/01/2022 12:04

I woke up at 3am in pain with stomach cramps on my left hand side. It hurt for about 20-30 mins and then I fell asleep again. I didn't test until 11:30am this morning as when I peed at 3am, it looked diluted.

At 11:30am ... 12dpo we have this!

4dpo and counting!
SGChome20 · 18/01/2022 12:58

@handbagsandholidays congratulations! How are you feeling?

Thanks for your kind words. I've still not heard back from EPU 🤞 I'll get a call back before the end of the day. I start to panic they've not heard my number correctly or something and ignored my message, haha!

I'm really glad that my symptoms weren't just in my head and pleased to see a line but I'm
also very nervous and stressed. We had a chemical/early MC last month and the last blood test I had on 29/12 showed my hcg was 25 so I'm worried as to whether this could be some remaining hcg hence why only showing up on FRER and not cheapies! I've called the docs to see if they will perform some repeated bloods for me to see if my hcg increases too. I'm waiting for a call back so we shall see!

My symptoms feel less severe than my last pregnancy and somehow that gives me a little reassurance that this may be a normal pregnancy. Last time I was in pain and had spotting from the day after I found out I was pregnant. I don't mean to sound ungrateful but I just don't want to go through the heartache I went through last month so I'm trying not to get my hopes up until I know everything is ok xx

SGChome20 · 18/01/2022 13:06

How's everyone else getting on? Any more symptoms or second lines??

SGChome20 · 18/01/2022 13:34

@handbagsandholidays completely understand how you feel. At least if they could do bloods and it was higher than 25, that's all you'd need to know. Keep in mind your symptoms only started after ovulation as well so it's more likely to be a new pregnancy 🤞

I hope so! I guess as humans we always consider the worst case scenario as a mechanism to protect ourselves from hurt. I will keep you all updated on how things go in terms of blood tests/whether it's a sticky. Thank you all for keeping me sane during this TWW so far. X

justanotherlaura · 18/01/2022 13:55

Convinced myself I was pregnant again after my chemical last month but tested this morning at 12dpo and absolutely nothing. I guess the good thing about WFH is you can sit and cry at your desk all morning and no one can see you

Coastaldreamer · 18/01/2022 14:22

@justanotherlaura oh I really feel for you. You're also not out till AF arrives so there is some hope yet

I'm so sorry to hear this. Sending big hugs. Do you mind me asking which tests you used? I am also 12dpo and had negative tests on everything but FRER. I'm not trying to give you false hope but I genuinely believe that you shouldn't rule yourself out until AF arrives x
justanotherlaura · 18/01/2022 14:35

Thanks, it was a FRER and a IC, tried both, it's ok, I'm just really feeling it with the CP last month and I'm going to be 38 in a couple of months, just feels like an uphill struggle right now
