I don’t understand any of this, so please bare with me. I had an AMH test which has come back as low for my age (I’m 26), and I’m pretty sure she said it’s 3.16/31.6 (didn’t quite hear which one). I don’t really know what my options are, and what I should do.
She just said start trying to conceive sooner rather than later.
Anyone else in a simile position?
