Hi, no, I was not under the weather at all.
However… I did get my flu jab Mon night…not sure how that has anything to do with anything. 😂 Ahh I think I’m just not cut out for the BBT life 🤷🏻‍♀️

I love reading about everyone's symptoms in the TWW! Has anyone had any ewcm that's more white and thicker than during ovulation?

Morning all - hope you're all well.

I believe I'm now 1dpo, so nothing to really report on my end.

Went for my CD21 bloods this morning, asked the nurse as a few people on other threads suggested that because I ovulated later that I should have the bloods done later, but she didn't know if they should have been done later or not.

But I reckon they're checking today because of how irregular I am because it literally said on all my paperwork for my bloods 'irregular periods'

So will just have to wait & see for my results 🙃

Yeah, I had some yesterday @Cruz86b It had the consistency of EWCM but colour wise was more like creamy CM.

@Danani that’s interesting! Apparently any jab can trigger mild immune system reaction and elevate the BBT for couple of days… but so does the progesterone do it should be higher than pre ovulation.

Hard to say, especially because we just started charting so we don’t know our pattern - maybe that’s how our temps look every month ?

That’s my chart, and since I’ve got cold symptoms since yesterday, today’s temperature is not going to be included in the analysis by FF…

Thanks huni @Mummytobe93! Don’t waste any more time trying to decipher my chart. It’s a mess! Not sure what I’m doing and what is happening. My temp was quite a bit higher the very day after O (pre-jab), stayed that way for the next two days, not sure why it’s lower now. And also I am absolutely freezing today. 😬 So there. I also still think O was Sat not Sun. 😂 I’ll have to just bloody wait and see, won’t I. 🤷🏻‍♀️

@Cruz86, I seem to get creamy CM just after ovulation - often loads of it too. This month I had one day (i think day of ovulation or 1DPO) where I had both intermittently through the day, which is unusual but maybe it's normal and I'm just paying way more attention...

Hmm interesting. Thanks @Mummytobe93 and @Shortmamashortcycles. I normally have more of a sticky consistency, if any, and then one random day of ewcm a bit further along in the TWW, but this cycle I've had more and a different consistency so we'll see!

@misstickhill so strange I’m 8-9dpo and all week the dreams are crazy! Also so thirsty like I’m dehydrated- have had wierd cramps and pulling on right side and lower back and down my leg which iv never had ?

Going to hold out till at least Monday to test where I should be 11-12dpo nerve racking ... I have to seperate apps one says period due in 4 days the other 6 it’s confusing ....

@Danani going to try and hold out until next Friday which would be 13dpo. Reason being is I have a HORRIBLE evap line on a FRER at 10dpo last month and it really upset me. I’m tracking temps though so if it plummets on Thursday or Friday then I won’t need to test at all...

@Elsols93 so weird isn’t it! They say the dreams are because of increased progesterone and therefore increased BBT but I can’t remember ever having dreams like this before. Last month my boobs were so sore after ovulation and so I thought that was a sign, but this month they’re hardly sore at all! Bodies are weird.

Yes crazy I don’t recall having these kind of dreams before - my boobs normally sore before the AF but nothing either hate looking into things iv also being waking up in the night to go wee ... so wierd as my Suprise pregnancy with my little boy I never knew till I was 2 months probably because I wasn’t looking like a mad woman for signs 😂

Afternoon! I'm also having crazy dreams all about being pregnant. When you want something so much the mind just takes over even when you're asleep. I'm 8 or 9 DPO. Will test again on Sunday or Monday if AF doesn't get me first. I fear it will. I'm still bloated and very grouchy :(

Feeling stumped today .

I cracked earlier and decided to invest £40(!!) a Clear Blue smiley face digital ovulation thing from Boots. Did it at about 2pm, and it's come up with the empty circle, even though according to my app (and last month) I should be ovulating today, or at least the next couple of days .

I did a simple OPK stick alongside it and while it wasn't positive, the line was fairly strong, as were the 2 lines when I took the CB stick out of the holder.

I am cycle day 17 today, last month I had my positive OPK on day 16 so I was at least expecting to get a flashing smiley today at least, especially with the lines on both strips fairly strong.

In a way it's cheered me up a bit to think maybe I've just been completed missing ovulation for the past 4 months! But equally I'm just like.....wtf is happening?!

I really felt sure I was close to ovulating as I've been having some period-like pains and a little bit of blood when wiping the past 3 days, feeling a bit bloated etc.

WHY IS IT SO COMPLICATED?!

@LittleMysSister, I think the ClearBlue ovulation kits work by taking your first reading as a baseline (unless your LH surge is present), so you still might be coming up to ovulation, but it doesn't know that.

To explain: it measures oestrogen levels and LH, but we have some oestrogen all through our cycle and the levels differ between women, so it takes the first reading as "baseline" and on subsequent readings it looks for a rise from that baseline to see if you're heading for ovulation. That's what gives you the flashing smileys. You get a static smiley when it detects an LH surge.

So you might be a day or so before your LH surge i.e. right where you think you are!

@Squiff70 I haven’t had any dreams relating to pregnancy weirdly. I do agree though that when you have a lot on you mind it brings up all sort of feelings in the subconscious.
Feeling super grouchy as well and have a bad headache today. Probably because these days are going to slowly!!

Ah I see!! Thanks @Shortmamashortcycles , I didn't realise it was a continuous measurement thing based on my own levels and not a universal reading. That makes sense then :)

I was thinking surely I can't still be more than 2/3 days from ovulation at this stage of my cycle.

@LittleMysSister, I mean... I'm not an expert so don't 100% rely on me - maybe check the CB website to see if it says the same. Hopefully if you test tomorrow then you'll get your static smiley 🤞

@LittleMysSister yes @Shortmamashortcycles is right. First one is always empty circle and then usually flashing before peak static (depending if you started testing early enough) - static means you'll ovulate between 12-36 hours later.

Thanks both, I might try again before bed tonight then, see if I get anything different and give it another level to consider! That shows me for not reading the leaflet properly 😂

Negative clear blue digital after a faint line on a frer yesterday. Not looking good as I ovulated 19 days ago :(

Finally got my solid on clear blue 🙌🏻 Lucky enough got the whole evening to DTD then the fun of the ttw

@Mummybearto3bg I don't trust Clear Blue ANYTHING. Do you have a FRER? Pink dye tests are more accurate than the blue dye tests. I really hope you're okay

@Squiff70 how come? My period is 5 days late. Only a really faint line on frer yesterday morning but a negative clear blue digital (the one you can test up to 5 days early). I'll wait until Monday, hopefully by then either period or positive x

Hi @Mummybearto3bg I'm with @Squiff70 with regards to clear blue, especially the digital tests! I've read that they are much less sensitive than regular tests. Test again with a FRER and then I wouldn't even bother because if it comes back again saying not pregnant it's only worrying you for no reason xxx
