I’m 5 DPO this morning (4 if you trust my BBT). Nothing much to report, I think it’s way too early for me to have any real symptoms, so I’m trying not to dwell and analyze every little thing. The biggest thing I have is my boobs have been killing me for a few days now, like they feel so heavy! Bit odd, doesn’t usually happen for me after O, but then maybe I haven’t noticed before? 🤷🏻‍♀️

@Danani after the amount of symptoms I got last month despite not being pregnant, I don’t want to trust them though deep down I’m hopeful 🙊
What would really make me think this is it is any change in my boobs like yours. From what I’ve read it’s like one of the most common symptoms!

Since I started the pill and after coming off it, mine stay pretty much the same throughout the cycle…

@Danani wanted to say exactly the same, no symptoms at all, little bit more cm than usual, but the progesterone supplement can cause it. Are you going to test early? I need to wait least next Friday for a not fake positive (I had a hcg shot last Thursday)

@positiveovernegative sorry to hear, try to call them. Sometimes they are just sitting on it (obviously they are usually busy)

I have cramps today so I guess AF is coming to get me just as my app predicted 🙈🙄

AF due today or tomorrow for me and I'm 100% convinced she's about the arrive because my temperature absolutely nosedived this morning!! That's another reason I like temping... it basically tells me if AF is gonna arrive before it happens so it somehow feels less of a nasty surprise and also saves me unnecessarily wasting more money on pregnancy tests!

I feel ok about it. Onwards and upwards for the next cycle 💖 for now I shall feast on unpasteurised cheese and red wine 😂 maybe even throw in some sushi! 🍣 x

@Mummytobe93 I am very optimistic about you , I feel like none of the things you describe are AF signs, and especially soooo long before AF is even due! 🤞🏻🤞🏻🤞🏻

@Dobcaty not planning to test early, unless…I get some super obvs symptoms and I’m like 90% sure I might be. I can’t handle the disappointment for days on end, would much rather wait for AF!

Awww @lemons44, sorry that you’re out this month, hun! But tbf, your menu sounds like an absolute dream and I shall be replicating it next weekend if AF gets me too! 😂 that and maybe treat myself to a day at the sauna 😂

I'm out for this month. Not surprised because of only one tube left, but still gutted. AF arrived two days early, never happened before. And same old cramps again, had to take two strong painkillers at 3 am. Feeling really down today.

Still no af show this morning…16 dpo today..? I think and officially 1 day late. She might turn up today though, I am defiantly waiting until the weekend before I get a FRER though.
I feel like crap again today with runny nose, tired, headache…cold.

Thank you @Danani and @SammiStap - yeah I will have a couple of glasses bubbly tonight and treat myself to a lot of cheese. And tomorrow is a new day. But today I will allow myself to feel down for a change.

What would be classes as a temp spike? I’m 7-8dpo The last week been 36.1 now up to 36.5? I never properly charted before just been checking the last week clinging on to hope 😂

So sorry you're going through this again @positiveovernegative. I hope your appointment comes through quickly now so they can talk you through some treatment options. You might just need medication to help you.

My apps are now saying I'm 1dpo but still got a dark line on my OPK this morning.
Gonna try not to symptom spot this month because I was absolutely crushed last month after a really odd cycle.

I realise I'm due for my Covid vaccine booster next week at roughly 5DPO - last time I got a vaccine, i didn't get AF for 9 weeks so hoping I don't get affected this time around 🤞🏻

Sorry you're feeling rubbish @SammiStap. I have very high hopes for you this month. How late is AF now? I have no idea how you're resisting the urge to test!

@Mummybearto3bg I think I see it too but definitely wait 2-3 days and test again.

My app says my period is due tomorrow so I did a FRER this morning. Don't look for a second line - there isn't one. My closest friend knows about my TTC journey and is a bit of an expert at fertility having been through IVF. She just reminded me that I ovulated very late this month so my period will probably be late too. Bearing this in mind, I'm probably not out YET.

@Elsols93 I normally go by this as a loose guide:

Before ovulation, a woman's BBT averages between 97°F (36.1°C) and 97.5°F (36.4°C). After ovulation, it rises to 97.6°F (36.4°C) to 98.6°F (37°C).

For me this month my temps before O were 36.35 and afterwards they were between 36.70 and 36.80.

You are definitely NOT out yet darling! Your friend is so right! Next time you post a test photo, I hope there is a second line on there! 🤞🏻🤞🏻🤞🏻 @Squiff70
