How long did it take you?

I’m 25 and hoping to start trying very soon.
I’ve been doing research as I don’t want to get my hopes up if I don’t fall pregnant soon after trying. How long did it take you? 😊

Age 22 - on the pill, found out at 9 weeks
Age 25 - first month
Age 33 - first month

4 years, aged 21-25, conceived first cycle of fertility treatment.
Second time 7 rounds of fertility treatment.

Feeling gutted reading all this :( on cycle 6 ttc aged 30 and never had any indication of a BFP. Came off the pill in August and felt v lucky to go straight back to a regular 26 day cycle but it means nothing if I'm not concieving I guess!

I've found out I was pregnant ages 22 and 23. Both took 1 cycle

First- not sure as was unplanned
Second- first month

Sorry aged 32 with first and 35 with second

1st - age 33/34 - 11 months including one early miscarriage
2nd - 6 months, but was following the sperm meets egg plan from the off.
DH is a decade older so factor that in too.

Was 37 with the second

2 months with us I was 31. We used digital ovulation sticks. We didn't get a positive first month and got our first sold smiley 2nd month and here we are almost 28 weeks. Tracking ovulation is a definite. I ovulated a week later than I thought I would have so really helped us

3 months age 22
1 month age 30
8 months age 41, now 7 weeks along.

I'm exactly the same. Period comes like Clockwork every month which I thought would be a great sign but now 9 months in and it's desvestating! I'm 31 and hubby is 42... But our time will come!💐

1st 28 - 17 months
2nd 30 - 2 weeks 😅

14 months. I was 32 when we started trying. 34 when I gave birth.

8 pregnancies, all on first try. This pregnancy we weren't trying but it's been 7 months since last conception

First kid, first month. I was 22.

Second kid, 2/3rd month. Age 24

Third kid, 3rd month (I think). Age 29.

on our very first try, aged 30 - was not expecting it to happen on the first go! I used ovulation sticks to determine when to DTD, so I don't know whether we'd have been this lucky or not without them!

Wahayyyy congrats!!

With my first I came off contraception when I got married at 27 but we weren't ttc I wanted to get my cycles normal. We were not so careful the summer after and I was 2 months pregnant on our first wedding anniversary. With my second I came off the pill when my first was 2 and I was 31 thinking 3 year age gap would be ideal and conceived within 3 months so we had a 3 year 3 day age gap.

@PoleFairy I posted above but both my previous pregnancies were 8 cycles each to conceive and I was aged 29 and 30. I'm now 32 and ttc #2 already on cycle 4! It's disheartening but really normal to take a good half a year or more.
