Hi, my first time ttc after having a miscarriage in June. Didnt miss the long 2 week wait. Anyone else with me? figured doing a post might make the time go faster😂

I tested again this am and BFN. Loosing all hope now. Due AF tomorrow. Boobs still really tender and have been for about 10 days now.

Yeah I've read that more and more since being on here @Km12345, it's terrible.

12 weeks!!! But surely they need to do your bloods and urine??

Yeah you register with the midwives and then you have a booking appointment around 8 weeks and a scan at 12!

@Cruz86 morning, as expected it was negative, although I did spend a few seconds trying to convince myself there was a line .....God I'm turning into a complete crazy person!

Congratulations @traveltheworld1986 if you know where you would like to have baby, you can self refer, just go to their maternity section on the website. Some GP's will do it (mine did for my first) but for subsequent pregnancies I've had to self refer. I think it all depends on where you are and your surgery. Good luck!!!!

@traveltheworld1986 congratulations!! Yes I find 12 weeks a bit crazy too. If you have a history of complications or loss (I do) I believe you can ask your GP to refer you to see someone sooner and your care will typically be consultant-led. But otherwise if you have a low risk pregnancy they do sort of just let you float until nearly the end of the first trimester. There’s also an option to supplement your care with some private consultations and/ or buy a package of additional scans if you want additional peace of mind. Good luck ❤️❤️

Don't worry, I'm exactly the same @Justanotherlondonmum even though my tests are stark white 🤦🏼‍♀️ Still no AF but the cramps have started. Just waiting now!

@Cruz86 my cramps have been steadily getting stronger so not even going to waste a test today. I'll see is af makes an appearance or not.

I'm due AF Sunday. Feel like she is on her way as my boobs are feeling heavy 😫. Not even thinking about it this month as I just know I am out!!

Morning everyone. My cramps are also getting stronger but, weirdly, my spotting has stopped and I normally get spotting right up until AF. Will see how today goes as it's due tomorrow! We're all losing hope 😩

What tests are you using? I had another positive on clear blue early detection today but my strip test/wilko cheapies still say negative (although totally ignoring that) I always find clear blue better than frer as well!
I have booked to have an early scan mid Sept when I'll be 7 weeks, then the midwife has booked me in for Oct 2nd. I am low risk but absolutely need to have a c section so really want that confirmed ASAP.

Do you get different tests (from midwives/hospital) if your over 35 do you know?I didn't know if it's different once over 35?

I've been using cheap ones from Amazon and Clear Blue but with my first, I always found first response to be the best! I'm not sure about the different tests I'm afraid, hopefully someone else will know!

I'm so confused. So I had some spotting 12 dpo and this am thought AF had come as more light pink spotting. Now it's stopped.

Anyone else experienced this?

Hi all! It’s been so lovely reading this thread and seeing the BFPs

I am only 5dpo so about a week behind everyone, but for the first few days after ovulation I had a dull ache and then yesterday and today I’ve had some sharp twinges. If I didn’t know better I’d honestly think AF was on the way.

I know this is madness because it is so early, but did anyone who has got their BFP this week get an ache or twinges so early?!

@Goofers welcome I hope you get good news in the next week or so 🤞🏼 When I received a BFP In May I had what felt like period cramps about 5/6 days before AF was due.

The only trouble with TTC is I notice now every single twinge and ache 🤣 I convince myself I'm pregnant every single month it's sooooo bad. I have to laugh about it or if cry 🤣
