Hi, my first time ttc after having a miscarriage in June. Didnt miss the long 2 week wait. Anyone else with me? figured doing a post might make the time go faster😂

Hi all 👋 Joining in the TWW at 11dpo and trying to resist testing! I completely skipped my period last month, I think possibly due to the covid jab and spent a fortune on tests but they were mostly negative with one very faint positive which I assume was a false positive. This month I ovulated a week early so no idea when AF is due! I've bought some Superdrug tests as was so frustrated last month examining FRERs for the faintest of lines. Keeping fingers crossed for us all 🤞

@Cruz86 I think its defo my periods, I'm getting really crampy now and heavier. I had a miscarriage in June, and before that my periods were really irregular, I have PCOS. Maybe Ive got ovulation dates all wrong.

@Flowerpot564 that's annoying. I swear your body and AF knows when you are actively TTC and decides to throw all unusual symptoms and periods you wouldn't normal have 😫. But on the positive note she's here earlier so you can start a new cycle earlier!

@Cruz86 yes the tww is dreadful. I'm trying not to 'track' this month because it drives me bloody crazy!!!!  I think in roughly 5/6 DPO. Aaaah. Let's hope we get some BFP in the next few months 🤞🏼

@Justanotherlondonmum don't test!!! I find testing harder I hate seeing negatives and then always convince myself there is a line 😂. The one time I waited to test till the day AF was due was the time I got my BFP. Fingers crossed for you this month 🤞🏼

@SpaceLordMother oooo 11dpo!! Are you going to test? I have heard the Covid jab has messed a little with peoples following cycle. Good luck to you

The TWW is the worst!

I got 2 lines on an ovulation test on the 12th pm and 13th am. The 13th pm test was just 1 line.

My period app suggests I should have ovulated on the 16th so I'm not 100%.

I'm guessing I am around 5DPO? I've been having a weird feeling in my stomach which feels like a pulling near my belly button, a few cramps and I've woke up twice this week feeling a bit sick.

Hopefully this is a good sign and not just my body playing games🤞🏻🤞🏻

Ohhh I totally would be testing if I were you (although I cannot help myself at all!!) With my dad I got bfp from 10dpo! My tests aren't going to arrive until Wednesday which is so annoying! Wonder if I will go and buy some more over the weekend!

With my dd my first response was negative too but clear blue was positive! I don't trust first response although people love them on here!

I'm holding off testing till tomorrow as tempting as it is! I had some cramps last night so I'm sure I'm out this month but I'm still holding out some hope!

We are ttc baby number 2. I'm 7dpo, cycle 1.
I have had alot of stomach cramps, low down. Feeling nauseous, metallic taste and today some Yellow tinged CM.

Hey, hope you don't mind me joining, 5 or 6dpo i think AF due around 30th get married 29th so hope doesn't come early or better if doesnt come at all.

@lovo31 Congratulations, love seeing those words, have you had many symptoms on lead up? i have been suffering with awful (left sided mainly) lower back pain been using hot water bottle for few days. and spouts of nausea last few days. xx

@LeeTTCRainbow I have been feeling sick since last Friday which was 4DPO (and have been sick 3 times including this morning!!) general fatigue (was falling asleep a lot quicker than normal on my night shifts!) and I've noticed that my boobs are really veiny!

Don’t think it’s the month for me, spotting at about 4/5 dpo so thinking I might be ovulating now instead.

Ugh I’m feeling a bit defeated ladies 😭 having some spotting the past few hours, which could be implantation if I were feeling optimistic as I think I’m 7-9dpo based on when I got a positive ovulation test. However this cycle has been a weird one so I’m not sure. I normally have regular 28ish day cycles with positive opk around day 13/14, but this cycle I didn’t get a positive until cd20 so I’m assuming I ovulated around day 21 or 22. Based on that the Flo app is now predicting a 35 day cycle with my next period due next Friday.. if that’s correct then the spotting could be implantation bleeding, but I am of course panicking that the opk was wrong and it’s actually the start of AF based on my “normal” shorter cycles that have never been longer than 30 days (today is cd30). I started this month feeling so positive but the anxiety and doubts are starting to creep in. AHHH. I know implantation bleeding can vary from woman to woman but with my first pregnancy I only got one tiny streak in my CM and that was it. Today’s spotting is more than that and bright red… doesn’t sound hopeful right? 😭😭😭😭

awww, i was in a similar situation this month. Its gutting, thought I had ovulated well the opk was defo positive but period started 6/7 days later. Youve still got some hope yet, it may well be implantation bleeding. I read online it can be different from time to time, dont lose hope, i really hope this month is the month for you😘

@Flowerpot564 have you had the covid vaccine and if so, have you noticed any disruptions to your cycle? Mine is suddenly longer and a few friends have said the same so I’m wondering if that could be the case. Very strange!

I had it abit after my miscarriage and I only just came on my periods now, like 9/10 weeks later. I have read it does delay it and can affect cycles. Have you got anymore symptoms?

@Flowerpot564 I have very mild intermittent cramping today. For the past couple of days I’ve felt butterfly-like flutters in my belly, could be nerves who knows but they happened even when I was distracted and not thinking about this. Occasional twinges in my boobs. The first few days after ovulation I had quite a lot of yellowtail CM which I don’t think I noticed in previous cycles (CM usually goes from ewcm around the time of ovulation straight to gummy/sticky). Yesterday and this morning was feeling light headed and nauseous, but I’ve had nausea on and off a lot since my loss so who knows. I’m dealing with postpartum + intense grief + serious symptom spotting so it’s hard to say what’s what! My spotting seems to have slowed down but all in all I would say I feel like a mild version of about to get AF. So infuriating that the symptoms are all so similar!!

yellowtail😂, youve been through so much I really hope you get good news! its so hard to say not to think about it because its at the back of your head but hopefully soon youll know whether its af or not and the wait will be over. Dont lose hope, im thinking of you! x
