I'm 7DPO today (I think) and driving myself mad with symptom spotting....

Is anyone else in the same boat?

Hey everyone

Sorry to jump in I just feel im going stir crazy! So last month I had a chemical and tested very faint at 9dpo even though was like 8 days before my period was due and slowly faded until negative at 13dpo. Im currently 12 dpo been testing like mad not even the faintest line but I feel different. I don't have sore boobs (I did last time) but I have had a few pin like stitches in my lower left and woke up with a sharp pain in my lower abdomen early hours yesterday morning. Today I feel a very dull ache/heavy feeling for the last couple hours but not even the slightest faint line! I'm due on Friday and I guess just feel my hopes are squashed and I'm imagining things 😫

yhh i have slight back pain too. im going to test tomorrow, should be around 11dpo.. i just want to bloody know.

@lilkayjay hey! Sorry to hear about your chemical! Hopefully you get your BFP towards the end of next week if AF is due Friday! I've decided I'm not going to test unless AF doesn't show up. So looks like I'll be testing on Friday if AF doesn't arrive!

@MadamMaltesers do you have a stash of tests at home?! I had to stop myself buying one earlier haha

@line123eyesalways thank you hun I think I just need to try relax it is what it is if it happens will be an amazing surprise if not there's next month! Only cycle 3 of trying and a chemical after 2nd should reassure me I can get pregnant I suppose! I have my fingers crossed for you!!!! Is this your first?

@line123eyesalways yes tried another brand this morning and BFN! My boobs are sore and I’m feeling very bloated and tired, so either AF is going to come along any day now or it’s just a bit too early to test. I’ve got some FRER arriving Tuesday. My cycles are just a bit all over the place so I’m not sure exactly when I’m due on - CD21 now and my last one was only 23 days, usually a max 27 so I’ll find out soon enough. Driving myself crazy this month though with testing and symptom spotting, despite telling myself I wouldn’t.

@lilkayjay best way to look at it! Yeah it's always a worry when you've never been pregnant before isn't it! I don't know why. It is my first. What about you? X

@charl881 all good signs though! Hopefully you get your BFP with your FRER! I definitely feel like AF is going to arrive though! Easier said than done with symptom spotting! X

@line123eyesalways yes it really is and google doesn't help! Everything always points to pregnancy and to be honest I feel my brain is playing tricks on me now! I wanted to try take a relaxed approach this month but I'm a control freak anyway so was never going to happen! Yes it's my first too prob why we feel more anxious too

I am 8dpo and I want to do is test even tho I no it’s far to early when I had my Mc in June I tested on 8dpo and was white and then at 10 dpo there was a line! I just have had no real symptoms this month so have no faith 😓

@lilkayjay Google doesn't help at all haha. I think it's normal to feel anxious! I've always thought I can't conceive, no idea why but it's a bad mentality to have! X

@Kallie92 it's so hard to hold off but so disappointing when you get a negative! Ah hopefully you get your BFP! When do you think you'll test? X

@Kallie92 I think either Thursday or Friday! Depends if I get AF feeling next week! I don't want to waste money on tests and also don't want to be disappointed! It's so difficult though x

Damn my FRER arrived early so I’ve just done one and it was a BFN! I’m still only on CD22 so early to test but I’m starting to think everything has all been in my head. I really really need to stop this POAS addiction, only my second month of it and it’s costing me a fortune and I’m spending way too much time thinking about it. I never had this with my first even though it took us a year to conceive.

@charl881 oops! Sent that before I was suppose too. Hopefully it's just because it's still early! It does become expensive! Especially with the price of FRERs!! X

charl i feel for you i just did another too it was a bfn too not even a sniff if a line... and these tests are not cheap! i must be around 10dpo, looks like im destined to meet the witch 😭

@MadamMaltesers I'm tempted to do a cheapy test when I get home tomorrow from holiday but then I don't want to be disappointed either.

laura dont do it! how many dpo are you tmw? if it anything below 12dpo and u get a negative it is not a good feeling.

@MadamMaltesters well I got a peak ovulation test on 28th of July cycle day 13 so may well be too early.

@Lauraliverpool i think I remember you ovulated the day before me so the 28th? I'd hold off a few more days as Madam said to avoid any disappointment! Xx

I've just got in the bath and my nipples are so sore.... symptom spotting at its finest haha

I’m the worst for symptom spotting I have had cramps on and off all day, but probably just af getting ready to come!

But yes my nipples had been so sensitive and hard x

I don't usually get sore nipples.. so this is new. I've been asleep all day too with a mild back ache! Didn't think anything of it until I noticed my nipples haha!
