I'm 7DPO today (I think) and driving myself mad with symptom spotting....

Is anyone else in the same boat?

I feel like I'm going crazy staring at these little lines 🤣
I told myself yesterday that I'd wait a few days before testing again but low and behold I'm peeing on a stick by 11am this morning!
I'm going to try and wait it out till Sunday and then test again!

@Bexlou it might not be sometimes it takes a while for the hormones to increase why done you try again in two days and see what happens? X

I think Mine was a chemical. Did a test this morning and it's near enough negative. Hopefully the GP will refer me to a miscarriage clinic now. I just wish they didn't make you go through this 3 times before doing anything about it. Just hope my period arrives soon so that I can move on again 🤞

@chasingtherainbow1 I'm really sorry to hear this. It's so bad you have to go through it 3 times before you are referred to the miscarriage clinic, know exactly how it feels. Sending you a big hug ♥

@Lauraliverpool thank you 💕 ive just looked at the test again and it's still positive but not any darker so it's still not viable. But I'm worrying that it could be ectopic. Last thing I need is to lose a tube! Just want Monday to come now so I can get my results and move forward. Thinking about going private for some fertility tests too so might start doing some research to give me something to focus on.

@Bexlou, as previously said it can a while for hcg to rise in some women at the start, i would test again in a day or two, and maybe go from there. Fingers crossed 🤞 X

@chasingtherainbow1 ♥ hopefully when you go to the doctors you'll have a clearer idea of what is happening and possibly get referred for a scan. It is good to have something to focus on and give you a little distraction. Xx

@charl881 nope a sore head a couple of days before and vivid dreams and just had a feeling I was! But not overly much!! Fingers crossed for everyone next month! Xx

So I think it’s finally sinking in! I took a test on Monday which was 10DPO expecting nothing and got a very faint BFP! Thought I’d wait till my missed AF which was yesterday and took another and it’s gotten so dark!

I can’t believe it since this is our first month trying but feeling very grateful 💕

Thanks for all the lovely messages guys. I had a bit of a wobble yesterday about it all but honestly, I think I'm ok with it today. I'm grateful it was a chemical rather than another missed miscarriage.

Think I can feel my period coming tonight so I'm going to draw a line under it and start fresh. Will speak to the GP tomorrow and hopefully get a referral. But we keep going and trying!

Thanks guys. Bleeding hasn't really started much but will probably lead to a period. Did a test this morning to see if it had gone negative and it's slightly darker again 🙄 Ive requested my results from the GP and told them I am worried it may be ectopic. Hopefully will get seen by epu and can get checked out for that ASAP.

Might drop off mumsnet for a while until I'm all sorted. So good luck with everything guys! Got my fingers crossed for you all 🤞🤞

Just another quick update. Got my blood results from Friday and hcg was less than 1. This was when my frer test was like the bottom on the top pic. So be careful using frer girls. Done another today which is darker than the bottom one so god knows why that's happening. I'm just relieved it isn't a ectopic atm. Think I'll be using a different brand next time.

Oh wow that’s pretty crazy, how confusing for you @chasingtherainbow1. Do you think they could still be showing positive from your previous miscarriage? I really hope you get some answers soon xx

@Charl881 no I asked the gp that and they said it shouldn't be picking anything up if my beta level is less than 1. She said the only explanation is the tests are faulty amd it's a coincidence that they've gotten darker. Or it's taken longer to implant and the first few were indents. But I have started bleeding today so I think it's just faulty tests. I've heard before about bad batches. I'm just pleased it's not another loss or ectopic to add to my list of that makes sense!
