Good morning girls hope everyone is well. Well i think iam having a better start to my day today. no spotting since yesterday morning so thats a good sign. But still dont feel af or pg off to a wedding tonight so will be drinking that should give me a sign on how pi#ed i get and how fast sure give away last time. Dont know if you girls remember about me saying that MIL & FIL said no to babysitting and now ds is going to BIL's tonight well last night MIL change her mind and wants to B/sit told SIL that it would be a better idea if she b/sitted as 3 boys might be a bit much for SIL. Too late now love ds cousins are excited that ds is coming over. God that S#ts me.

Hope your feeling better soon hester if morning sickness gets too much take ginger tablets.

HELP ME LADIES, URGENT QUESTION

ok gals, i need fast help here. i got af 4 days ago and was depressed, but at least i knew i was going to the doc for some action finally!!! and today, about an hour ago, my doctor prescribed me clomid. well, he told me to take 2 pills tonight (which will be my first dose). thing is, 2 pills a day is 100mg (they are 50 each). i have never been on this before, and i ovulate on my own and all, so iam very unsure about what to do, since now iam reading the typical starting doseage is 50mg, not 100mg, i would think especially in my case, but he gave me the bum rush out the door, and iam afraid to take it now. what makes it worse is, the doctor's office is closed now and for the weekend, and i dont know what i should do. am i wrong, or do you normally start out on 50 mg, and then increase, months later if need be? has anyone heard of starting out at 100mg, i dont know if it has anything to do with the fact that iam getting iui this cycle, does that change things? from what iam reading online,it should not, but i dont know what to believe, and i think some of you girls may know better, so iam very confused now, and need advice! can anyone help this scared ttc girl?? i can't imagine the moodiness jumping right in at 100mg, plus i dont know if thats even safe to do, i assume you start out with 50mg, and then build up a dose. i would think he knew what he was doing, but iam so unsure and iam afraid something is going to happen to me---bad!! a quick response with anyone w/ knowledge about the clomid subject would be very, very much appreciated!! baby dust to all!!

no idea about that hon, but i have read a clomid thread on here b4 i'm sure, will try to look it up again for u.

right theres two. ones called conception:some clomid questions, the other is called conception:urgent clomid questions please help (or words to that effect) good luck.

thanks munnzieb, it's so hard, cause everything i read gets me so confused. i took the 100 mg tonight, though hubby thinks i took 50, iam just wondering, and if anyone knows please advise. does the higher the doseage of clomid, mean the higher chance of having multiple pregnancies will be? i can't find any info. at all on that. thanks all, and good nite to you who have, or soon will be, hitting the hay!!

Went to gynae Mon evening. He did a very quick ultrasound scan with this ancient machine. Said I definitely OV'd (I'm now 11 DPO). He is concerned about my cycle being so long (am on CD67 now ) & as I have a history of irregular cycles (when not on pill) he is checking my hormone levels & is sending me off for proper pelvic US scan which will be this Mon evening coming. Was supposed to have blood test results back by now but couldn't get hold of his secretary on Fri. Going out of my mind imagining all sorts of things that could be wrong with me & will I ever be able to have a child of my own, etc, etc. Am trying not to think the worst but it's hard ya know?

To make matters worse, I have to go away on business for a few days on Wed which is the next time I could have seen him aftre my scan. Because I'm going to be away Wed that means I won't be able to see him until the following Mon Aaargh!! Talk about bad timing! How am I going to survive til then?!

Ernest, you were asking me about the saliva microscope. I'm not sure if I'm using it right or not to be honest because what I see seems to vary as the day goes on. I lick it in the morning when I get up & leave it to dry. But I'm not sure how long you're supposed to leave it for & it doesn't say in the instructions that came with it, so I tend to look at it in the evening when I come home from work. But I noticed that if I look at it 2 hrs later I may not see any ferning at all but by the evening I'll always see some ferning aswell as dots. So, I'm not sure I'm using it correctly. Anyone out there who uses one of these? How long do you leave it b4 you read yours & have you found a reliable pattern with it? Mine seems to suggest that I'm "transitional" most of the time. Maybe it's because I'm leaving it for so long between licking & reading? Anyone know?

Hi there all. Slink - being Rh -ve doesn't mean you are more likely to miscarry per se, it just means you have to be careful and only then if dh/dp is Rh +ve. If the baby is also Rh +ve and your bloodstream gets into contact with the baby's you will produce antibodies which could attack the baby's blood cells. This is why you would need an injection of anti-D after any bleeding after 12 weeks, a m/c before 12 weeks with D&C/ERPC, amnio and after delivery. The injection stops there being potential problems with rhesus incompatbility in the next pregnancy. HTH.

Hi Girls, Iam very very hung over today had a huge night on the drink at a wedding nearly came on line when we got home but i was way way too p*#sed to type could believe how drunk i got. got up in the middle of the night and was sick even then i thought ooh morning sickness had to slap myself out of it what an idiot. still having spotting now and then dont feel pg or af and af is meant to be arriving in the next two days. god i hope it doesnt i was surrounded by pg women last night was just so no wonder i got myself so smashed!!

All sympathy Tania - am v. hungover myself this morning. Still no AF here (CD37) but no BFP either and not feeling like AF due or pg. Bloody weird body. Am now, obviously, starting to think that I am pg and it's just too early but I don't really want to get my hopes up iykwim...(though have promised DH no more drinking sessions until we know - an easy promise to make this morning )

Any news from the other weekend testers??? Sallie, Mariella, MommyD, anyone else? Thinking about you all and sending lots of special testing babydust your way...

Thanks for asking about ds he has been doing alot better still waking but staying in his own bed, except last night he stayed for half the night at BIL then when we got home he went into his own bed but i past out and this morning woke with him in our bed bloody dh didnt want to deal with it and gave in so we'll see what happens tonight
I have bloody hurt my hip dont know what i have done but i am in so much pain it goes down my leg in my lower back and in my pelvis. have had trouble since having ds with my hips and my pelvis twisting.
Iam the same as you dont feel like pg or af keep going to the loo checking cause i am so expecting it to arrive cause of my hip i dont know if the pain i have in my right lower tummy is that or af dh is still convinced iam pg cause iam a cow atm worse than when af is due.

Morning all Had big night out last night, which was fab. Temp is really high this morning, but I am pretty sure it has nothing to do with OV - no other signs. Must be alcohol realted, and as it is been taken later in morning than normal.

I presume HPT is home pregnancy test and if so I did one this morning and it was BFN. Also did a FR test yesterday that was also BFN.

LOL Tania - my dh also thinks I'm pg as I've been all over the place emotionally the last couple of weeks. I think he'd like it be that I'm pg as then my lunacy would hopefully be only temporary
