AF due for me on Sat or Sun. I am 11 dpo today.
I do not feel pg. I knew very quickly with ds2 that I was pg as I kept getting waves of hot and was waking at night feeling hot before AF was due. Not this time. So I am pretty sure I am not. No symptoms either.

Sallie · 11/11/2004 16:39

MommyD - I haven't got any symptoms either way. For the last few months, I have had really bad cramps before AF arrived but nothing yet this month. Am only 9/10dpo but have already tested twice - probably far too early. But now just want to know although really don't think I will be pg....Best of luck to you this weekend.
I seem to be surrounded by pg women or friends having babies right now which is wonderful but also makes me feel sad - know exactly where you are all coming from on that one

MommyD · 11/11/2004 16:59

I am determined to leave testing and wait for her to show. My cycles as 27-29 days, mainly 28. Sun is day 28. If she has not showed on day 30 (Tues) I will test... and only then... and only then... and only then....

Sallie · 11/11/2004 17:03

Wow - I admire your strong will. Me - I am one of those people who tries to find Christmas pressies before Christmas, and found out the sex of both my babies - just can't wait to find things out....too impatient for my own good really. Best of luck anyway

Bibi20 · 11/11/2004 17:09

Hi Sallie

No af yet - still feeling crampy, but determined now to wait until Sunday (cd 32 - oh please oh please no af before then) as think I might have O'd later than I originally thought... Have to confess to doing a medisave test yesterday morning... bfn of course - purrrleeeaaase let it be cos it was too early!!

Hester - loved your posts about how you're feeling and what you did when you found out - definitely think you should hang around.

Yingers, sorry to hear af is with you

Sallie · 11/11/2004 17:17

Hi Bibi - am starting to feel a little crampy and a little sick so AF probably on her way....yuk! Wish she would just arrive and get on with it then I can have a stiff G&T and think about next month!!!

Bibi20 · 11/11/2004 17:20

Good luck to you too Sallie - let's hope the sickness isn't af!

MunnzieB · 11/11/2004 18:05

fingers crossed for you bibi.

BeckiF · 11/11/2004 19:08

Am I wrong to be using OPK's when I have suspected PCOS? I have been very poitive until I read an entry on another thread saying that they are unreliable if you have PCOS.

mariella · 11/11/2004 19:11

another one here testing on the weekend, if i can stop myself testing tomorrow am! on cd27 of a 29/30 day cycle I think. will test on sat and if it is a bfn, that will obviously be because it is early NOT because I'm not pregnant

jeddah · 11/11/2004 19:56

dh at gym with the lads and I have just had a good winge and yes minnie it has helped.

Ofcourse I am so pleased for hester!...bloody hell gril you deserve it so much .

To my surprize I am very emotional.....but then again I have been all month! I think it was when I read that hester was trying for 5 years! I am 41 next week and If it takes me 5 years...girls I can not do this anymore.

Because of my age (the only old doll left on this thread!!)...I think I need to set a time limit for ttc. If only I was 5 years younger

Can't stop thinking about you hester......I really wish you all the best and a HEALTHY, HAPPY pregnancy

I am cd21 and my cycles are 29-35....so who knows!

jeddah · 11/11/2004 19:57

girl even!

MunnzieB · 11/11/2004 19:59

Fingers crossed for you jeddah, try not too put too much stress on your body thou with it all. did you hear in the news today a lady in American had twins at 56 or something like that, so ANYTHING is possible. just keep positive, and keep ur pecker up (((hugs)))

jeddah · 11/11/2004 20:07

thanks munnzieb

Off for a soak in the bath and a treble G+T!

crazylegs · 11/11/2004 20:07

Jeddah - stick in there. Don't get to stressed. Lots of hugs.

I am going to test next wednesday dpo 14 with an early response - don't feel anything at all - fingers crossed but got a feeling I may have to go to the next cycle - cycle 5...booo, I will just have to wait and see.

This is the hardest week - its hard to wait.......!

velcrobott · 11/11/2004 20:09

Jeddah - huge hugs from me.... have you BDed every other day as you said ?
Hey my birthday is in 2 weeks
Hester - congrats...... think positive about this pregnancy now

moschops · 11/11/2004 20:14

wow!! Congrats Hester

(((((Jeddah))))) have huge hug.

MunnzieB > about your neighbour. the problem is it gets so frustrating when all you can do is lend an ear. eventually you get tired of hearing the same problem over and over, you offer advice and it's ignored. if they really won't consider outside help i don't think there's much you can do. from experience (good friend was in abusive relationship) i just stuck by her and offered her moral support until she was strong enough to realise she needed to get out. i guess that depends too on how strong you are, it's a tough situation to stand on the sidelines and watch. maybe others on here can give you more constructive advice than this!!!

well cd 20 here, been bd'ing every other day (more or less) had some EWCM on day 15 and some niggling pains and tingly nipples. i have no idea what my body is doing, just enjoying bd'ing before i become madly obsessed with it!!!!

having a nightmare about work but i'm not going to start moaning about that or this will turn into an epic!!!

MunnzieB · 11/11/2004 20:14

crazylegs.... i'm still decideing if the hardest part is the week before OV or the week after (i'm still not sure when OV is!)

crazylegs · 11/11/2004 20:16

Hester - Congratulations - long wait, well deserved. Take Care

crazylegs · 11/11/2004 20:18

MunnzieB - have you used the OV kits?

MINNIE1 · 11/11/2004 20:18

jeddah,
I'm 27 have been trying for 16 months... Had a m/c in june.. You are as young as you feel pet.. its going to be your turn really soon...
I have a sitting room full of men again... aghhhhh

MunnzieB · 11/11/2004 20:21

yes crazy legs, the last lot.... on call said I was OV, but Clearblue said I wasn't, or at least I didn't have the smily face... but I had two equally dark lines so I have no idea, it the lines kinda build up from about day 10-11 ish then peak around 14-15 then stop dead the day after the peak.

crazylegs · 11/11/2004 20:30

MunnzieB - I think it is ok that the go pretty deadish after they peak - on the on call ones I think you have to definitely get a equal coloured T line or a darker T line. After you peak you should bd from then on - OV 24-36 hours after peak. My friend used them this month for the first time cosybear and had great success. I am trying to figure then out but this is my current understanding.

Bibi20 · 11/11/2004 20:37

Hi BeckiF - Afraid I don't know about OPKs and PCOS but just wanted to say I hope that someone can answer your question. Just keep bd'ing is all i can say!
x

MunnzieB · 11/11/2004 20:43

oh right, i remeber now crazy legs. here's to wishing eh!, rang the drs again today for my results.... not come back yet, so i guess i'll have to wait until monday
