Anyone TTC May

Hi Ladies,

I was hopeful this month but can feel signs of AF creeping up and due in a couple of days..

I'm not too distraught as we only managed it a couple of times in my fertile week so thought it may be the case this month was a no. Now I am so ready to get annoying AF out of the way and get on the May bus!

Is anyone else in the same boat and hoping next month is the one?

I am taking folic and vitamin D at the moment but I'm going to add DHA and co-q10 as well as I've heard v good things.

Good luck to those going for May... it's my birthday in May too and I've asked for a baby 😂

I took a test 9dpo last night and I see a line! Im trying not to get excited as I've had a few miscarriages. I've felt a bit gaggy and crampy but other than that nothing! My other pregnancies started with really sore boobs so very nervous it was a false positive. Not testing again until Thursday bc we have a work thing Friday so I can drown my sorrows if my line disappears lol

I'm trying not to get too excited either @hopenwish but it's hard not to. Congrats! No obvious symptoms yet...

I tested. A couple of squinters on the IC but no real control line so think they were not even valid 🙈 MUST WAIT UNTIL NEXT WEEK (I’m also sneakily ordering more tests FRER 🤣)

@tierneytarny if you don't get sad / angry / heartbroken over negative tests there's nothing wrong with testing daily. I couldn't handle it so I don't 😉

I've been at work today and had a few niggly pains low down I'm about 8/9dpo but could be anything! I did wonder though.

I'm due on 29th and holding out to test until it's late this time! As I hate the stark whites staring back! X

I'm 12dpo and I think I see a faint line! Am I hallucinating? I am stuck between nervousness and excitement because it's been a long two years.

@Sachertorten that's not faint that's a definite positive!! 🥰

@FayLiv thanks hun! I hope you get your positive news soon. I know this is so still so far from a healthy baby but I have never seen two lines before, feels like a big step even at this stage. Xx

Awww how exciting!!!! Definitely a line, might be time to treat yourself to an expensive digital test 🤞x

@beckyCarlos haha funny, something actually drew me towards them in the supermarket today but I shook the feeling off because I told myself the cheap ones are more sensitive at 10 mIU anyway. Will pick one up next time, for sure! Xx

I really wanted to wait but I can't wait any longer as I'm just thinking about it all day.

I'm about 9/ more like 10dpo.

I'm not even waiting until fmu! I will probably most likely get a completely stark white and feel like a total idiot but I'm going for it 😩 xx

I’ve rung the doctors who have said I can. I’m going to have to speak with the GP and they’ll make a call from there I think.

I’m literally in a little haze of excitement 🙈
