Faint positive or evaporation line

So I’m due AF In 4 days I tested yesterday which would be 5 days before with a clear blue early detection and seen a very faint line.. that was testing about 3pm took another this morning which is 4 days before at 7 am and got the very thin blue line.... but it is darker but very thin? I am sooo tired and boobs so sore and i feel ‘travel sick’ and have done for 3 days which is why I tested I’ve totally got my hopes up but have read lots about evaporation lines!

Af will be 4 days late tomorrow...x

Hi I’m new here.

I’m 14DPO, and I’m due on today but doesn’t look like that’s anytime soon, I’ve took some tests (clear blue) they’ve come up with a faint line.
Someone said it may be a evap line? But they are colorless ain’t they?

And I’ve felt my cervix yesterday/today and it’s very soft,high and closed. And I’ve been having pregnancy symptoms.
Sore boobs
Feeling sick.
Stomach pains
Back pains

But done a digital one yesterday and it come back negative I’ve had 3 clear blue come back with faint so I’m confused can anyone help me?

My period was due on Tues took a clear blue on thurs and got what I thought was a positive result turns out it was a very cruel evap line they are not colourless they do infact have colour I was 5 days late for af was just about to update here I have started spotting today I had also tried other tested prior to spotting so wasnt pregnant just late I'm not saying you aren't pregnant u could infact be i would wait 3 days and test with a pink dye test as I think they are more reliable I will never test with blue dye again to avoid heartbreak you can upload a pic in 48hrs if u are a new member I have attached a pic of my evap line for you hope yours is not and is a BFP babysit to you...xx

@Mummmyy thank you for your message back mine doesn’t look like that mines thick blue line I’ve had 3 of them which is weird & ive been on here 3 days and still cannot post pictures any chance you could privet message me? Xx

So now I can finally post pictures! Yesterday I had a not pregnant but today I’ve finally had my pregnancy results! 1-2 weeks 😍🥺❤️👶

Hey girl’s I’m just wondering.

I took a clear blue on the 23rd of this month but now it seems like my symptoms are mainly fading and I’m worrying. I still feel bloated & tired really bad but asin everything else it’s mainly fading and I’m worried doctors are refusing to see me until I’m ‘6 weeks’ xx

@Lozza1333 it's very normal to not really have any symptoms before 6/7 weeks and even then some don't get any so try not to worry. They probably won't see you as there's not usually a lot that can be done or seen at that gestation. 🤞🏻 I'm sure everything is fine x

I done a clear blue on Sunday 23rd May come back positive 1-2 weeks. And I’ve took one today and It’s come back completely negative not pregnant. Has anyone ever had this? Is my HCG levels low?

Within 4 days it’s changed.
I’ve had no bleeding
No bad belly cramps nothing like that feel very pregnant still.

The negative I had I took with my like 4th wee, and I drank before hand with the positive it was my first wee before any drinks?

@Bundaberg84 I have yes I’m gonna do it first thing in the morning. It’s just I didn’t think the digital ones can give you false positive x

@Laurxxo how many dpo are you?

If early it's very possible that your diluted urine means there's not much hcg to pick up on the test but with more concentrated it would do. If your late for af or further and you get another negative there's a possibility it could be a chemical pregnancy. 🤞🏻 for the first option x

Hi hun I am. 18DPO
and I am 4 days late on my period also. It was just confusing me because
DAY BEFORE the positive one I had a negative. (I done it late on the evening) 22nd - that was my period due date
THEN I HAD THE POSITIVE EARLY IN THE MORNING. Which was on the 23rd.
Now 26th the digital is negative? But I took it around 10:30ish and it wasn’t my first wee of the morning x

@Laurxxo if you're late you should be ok to take it at anytime as you'd have higher levels of hcg.
Do you have another you can do with fmu to see if that makes a difference? If not a line one might help you so you can see if over the ne t few days it gets darker or fainter. Other option would be to see if your dr will do a blood test to confirm either way as you had a positive but from experience they are reluctant to do blood tests.

@Laurxxo nobody said your positive was a false test. It's also the only one you did with FMU. So there were hcg to pick up by the test. The question is, if there are still here. That's why you might need to go see a doctor get a blood test. And there is a chance that you had a chemical pregnancy, unfortunately.
