Hi everyone! We are currently trying for baby #3 This is cycle 2 and CD5. Period last week was shorter and lighter than normal, really confused me as its never been like that, did 2 tests but both BFN so trying again this month :) Not putting too much pressure on it, just going with the flow and if it happens it happens, trying not to stress too much about it 🙈 anyone else TTC this month? Hoping I can chat in here with people doing the same ❤

@Mumofboys20122017 oh gosh I know the feeling. I caved and tested this morning. BFN obviously! I’m only 7dpo - what was I thinking? Thankfully it was just a cheapie one but I’m gonna try my best to hold out until the weekend too. Also if you’re not due AF until Sunday then you may have tested a bit too early too I think - fx you get a different result by the weekend!

11dpo today. Still so gassy and maybe some sore boobs, I’m not sure!
I’ve woken up with the worst neck pain ever this morning. My pillow is a pain (waiting for a replacement so I know it gives me a slight ache anyway) but today I can hardly move my neck right 😂 has anyone ever had this or is it just a bad sleeping position 😂🤦🏻‍♀️

@Milly238 aw why do we do it to ourselves?? Just setting ourselves up for disappointment testing too early 🙈 aw good luck for the weekend!! Hope we all get our BFP!! ❤

So I took another one this morning, bfn BUT I'm convinced I seen some sort of line, but also is probably just my mind playing tricks on me, it was one of those lines that would never show in a picture and only I could see it looking really close, almost like the outline of where the second line would be? But again 100% think I'm making it up because I know that's where the second line would be so I've made myself see it 😂 deffo didn't show the other half cause he would say I'm seeing things 😂 but now it's made me want to test tomorrow again instead of the weekend to see if my pretend line makes a show again 😂😂 going crazy!! Boobs are still sore today, banging headache and feeling rotten but that could all be AF so who knows!

@tuxedocat oh were only 1 day apart 🙊 I've never had that, but with pregnancy you never know lol!! Good luck with testing on the day you're doing it :)

@Mumofboys20122017 thanks lovely, probably Saturday if things look good. You never know bout the faint line, worth trying tomorrow or Friday to see if it becomes anything, 🤞🏻🤞🏻 It does!

It’s weird isn’t it 😂 what the TWW makes you think! I’m exhausted today, but I’m thinking it’s cos I woke up early cos of my neck.

I’m having very AF type cramps which is probably 4 ish days early than I would expect to get them so who knows! I’m 8/9dpo

@Onehotmess omg!! Can deffo see your shadow in that pic! Mine picked up nothing so doubt it was there tbh 😂 oh 🤞🤞 for you!!

@tuxedocat aw I totally get that! Haha I'm only doing them cause the other half brought home a load of cheapies so I know they're here and can't help doing them haha

@Mumofboys20122017 ooo fx the faint line you see progresses into something more visible the next time you test and you get your BFP! 🤞 I know exactly what you mean about not being able to resist using the cheapies. I think I’m gonna test daily now using them and maybe use up one of my FRERs next week when my period is due. I’m such a nightmare why do I do this to myself? 😂

@Milly238 & @Mumofboys20122017 I was so test happy last month I tested at 5 doo and I knew nothing would show up. I know I can't buy the cheapies or I'll just test everyday 😬

My fertile window starts Saturday do you ladies find it better to DTD everyday in fertile window or every other day?

@Puppymamababymama it’s so hard to resist the testing temptation! As for DTD, I personally have been making sure we do it every other day in my fertile window. I read somewhere that sperm can stay in your body for a few days so every other day should cover that period.

Saying all that if I don’t conceive again this cycle, I might try every day in my FW next cycle. I’m worried my poor DP and I won’t have the stamina! 😂

@Milly238 haha I really think I have imagined the line but we live in hope 😂 yea I think I might just use my cheapies everyday until the weekend now and if no period on Sunday try a frer! What are we like 😂

@Puppymamababymama for dtd we did it every other day during my fertile window as well! I keep saying if it doesn't work this cycle we will do it everyday but in reality after work and sorting out the 2 kids somedays the last thing I want to do is dtd so it might be wishful thinking for the 2 of us to do it everyday lol!! But like milly238 said, sperm can stay in your body for a few days so dtd every other day during your fertile period should really cover it! X

You guys are putting that little nagging devil on my shoulder to test tomorrow or Friday now 😂

@Puppymamababymama we DTD 4 days in a row, we did the night before I got my peak, so then we covered the peak and the day after 🤞🏻 It’s not always possible though with life and also it’s A LOT! 😂
It’s supposed to be good to have frequent ejaculation to ensure the sperm are in good shape or something. Whatever works for you though, they do live in the body for a few days so every other day is great going too!

Hey! So I did another test there this morning, again driving myself mad cause I swear I see a line! Looks a tiny bit darker than yesterday and see a little bit of colour to it, but suppose it could just be an evap line? Roll on the weekend cause this consumes all your thoughts!! 😂

Went back to take a picture of it to see if you could see it too! Lol although it has been like an hour so I know you can't go by that cause then it really could be an evap line but if yous can see that in the pic that's what I'm seeing within the 5 mins maybe just a bit lighter! Gonna be so gutted if AF shows this weekend now!!

@Onehotmess have you tested again?

yeah! Definitely a line! I can’t see a line in mine this morning. More AF cramps so thinking probably just AF and I’m noticing more!

@Onehotmess how many dpo are you? Hopefully it’s still just too early for a test to tell you anything!

@Milly238 9 or 10dpo depending on what app to believe! I’ve got a FRER so I will TRY not to POAS tomorrow and save it for Saturday which will be 11/12 dpo . I wanted a Christmas baby :( I know that sounds a bit silly when some people can’t have babies at all. X

I caved but I took an ovulation test 😂 it’s almost as dark as my peak, but I chickened out of an actual test 😂

@Onehotmess deffo not out yet! I know what you mean about wanting a baby at Christmas, I have the same weird thing that I really want it to happen this month because of timings. My DD birthday is 3rd Jan and my DH and I always said we wanted 2 years between children, so if I fell this cycle it would be exactly 2 years. Why does this even matter?! 🙈
