Hi everyone! We are currently trying for baby #3 This is cycle 2 and CD5. Period last week was shorter and lighter than normal, really confused me as its never been like that, did 2 tests but both BFN so trying again this month :) Not putting too much pressure on it, just going with the flow and if it happens it happens, trying not to stress too much about it 🙈 anyone else TTC this month? Hoping I can chat in here with people doing the same ❤

@Onehotmess yea my OPK peaked then started to go faint again too so I would say it's right that I'm about 4DPO! The 2WW drags doesn't it 🙈 and every little niggle makes you think "oh what could that be?" Lol im driving myself insane already! Felt like a had some mild cramping today and yesterday I was exhausted, on a normal day wouldn't be fazed but during the 2WW I over analyse everything haha

@Mumofboys20122017 looks like you are in good company! I normally get a headache the day before my period, but can feel it coming on now and so I’m convinced it’s a sign I’m pregnant 🤪 I think I ovulated on Monday so 3dpo 🙈 so wouldn’t even have implanted anyway 😂 well guessing passes the time!

@Onehotmess lmao what are we like 😂 so funny how we convince ourselves everything is a sign 🙈 oh I know, im glad that I've work to go to so I'm not sitting at home with all my "symptoms" haha

@Mumofboys20122017 of course it couldn’t have just been a headache 😂 I got hiccups so badly last night for about an hour and a half they wouldn’t go! Then I had indigestion so now I’m convinced I’m pregnant 😂 hope you are ok today. When do you plan to test? X

I’m 7dpo now! I’m doing ok, mostly not thinking about it as much as possible, been so gassy the last 24hrs and had heart palpitations last night and this morning 😂 you?

Oh wow! I would probably be peeing in a stick by now 😂😂 I find it so hard! I had heart palpitations during pregnancy but was about 6 months gone so that doesn’t really help! I’m gassy, dizzy got hiccups so I’ve convinced myself I’m pregnant and must have ovulated and implanted early! But in real life I’m 5dpo maximum so another week before a realistic test date! X

Hello, jumping on the post :) we decided to TTC last month, I came on this morning :(

Going to give it another try this month. Great to have people to talk to and share experiences. Fingers crossed for everyone. X

@Onehotmess haha I was thinking this morning I was certain I had heart palps when I was pregnant with my son but I can’t remember!
The gas suuuucks doesn’t it! I’ve been burping all day no matter what I eat or drink 😂 I’m trying to stay low key hopefully. I won’t be testing until next weekend when I’m due on (or later!) If I tested early I’d be so anxious so I’d rather be ignorant about it 😂

I got my static smiley on Tues and this is our 3rd cycle ttc baby number 1. Trying desperately hard not to test early this cycle and symptom spot. Best of luck to all!

Hi all, I posted a couple of weeks ago with my worries about conceiving. I was worried I had missed out on my chance as my opk were negitive and I ran out. Well my AF was due today, normally I have spotting the day before but haven’t had that. My predicted OV day was 28/29th March. Going by my normal cycle since coming off birth control they are very 25 days. I have had stomach cramps and white d/charge. I am probably overthinking it and my AF will turn up late just to torture me. I’m going to wait and take a test tomorrow or Monday. Just wondering if it’s normal to have the cramps and d/charge etc? I have no other symptoms at all but the last 3 months I have been regular.

I think a white creamy mucus is completely normal. I can’t remember what it means though in terms of where you are in your cycle. Have you got a test you could do? Xx

@Hxoxox stomach cramps can be sign of pregnancy or period so either way it’s normal!

We have been chatting more months about what next step to take in our lives. We were planning TTC no 1 in a couple of years but last night decided to just start trying now.

So last night was the first attempt lol. I am not really with the lingo. But I think that makes me cycle 1.

@Hxoxox I think the most difficult thing is that most pregnancy symptoms are the same as period symptoms. It can be so hard to tell! If no period, deffo take a test with FMU. Good luck 💕

Hi @LemonSwan welcome! A few acronyms you might come across..
TWW two week wait. (The 2 weeks between ovulation (o) and 1st day of your period (AF (Aunt Flo))
Dpo - days past ovulation (eg 1dpo 5dpo)
POAS - pee on a stick! (Ovulation tests or pregnancy test)
BFN - big fat negative (test)
BFP ~ you might guess that one ! 🤪
CD - cycle day (cd1 is the first day of your period)
If I think of any others I’ll post!

FMU - first morning urine (supposed to be the best for testing!)
OPK - ovulation prediction kit ( the sticks you wee on to see if you are ovulating)

Aw girls I'm convincing myself I'm pregnant too lol still getting some cramps and my boobs feel really tender! I'm 7dpo so still too early to test or I'll drive myself nuts haha due af this day next week so hopefully it doesn't show up! I feel like I really pay no attention to my body at all on the lead up to af cause my symptoms now could well be pmsy and I've no clue 🙈 but I've tracked everything in my app so if it all matches again next month I'll know it could just be af if I'm not pregnant! @tuxedocat we will be testing round the same time!!

Hello ladies hope everyone is having a nice Sunday! So I have been using digital OPK's this morning. And yesterday and the day before got circle and today got solid smiley - it seems to have missed the flashing faces - has anyone else had this before? Just as well we have been DTD quite a lot the last few days anyway!

Not too long til some people here can test...hope we can see some BFP's on here soon!

@Hxoxox how are you getting on? Do you think you will do a test today? In my first pregnancy I got light cramps and discharge very early on so this is definitely very normal!

@Mumofboys20122017 it’s SO hard not to test! I’ve just ordered a load of cheapies off Amazon so I can start testing with those from about 10dpo onwards. Although knowing me prob be sooner

@Rudyroo ooo I’ve never had that happen as this has been my first month using those OPKs but maybe your surge has come quicker this month? I’m sure it’s still super accurate and it’s great you’ve been DTD up to now! Fx for you!

On a related note, am I right in thinking that it’s better to BD on the days leading up to O or on O? In my fertile week, DP and I wereDTD every other day up to 2 days before O and on the day of O. I’m now worrying that isn’t enough?

@Rudyroo @Mumofboys20122017 Still no sign of AF this takes me onto day 26. I’m still going to hold off a day as it could just be late. I only came off the pill end of December so although between Jan-Feb-March I’ve had AF on day 24/25 it might still just be regulating. I’m really nervous. My partner said give it a day or two aswell. I think we both agreed to stop contraception but don’t think we thought anything would happen for months so as much as I’m excited and nervous lol. I think he’s really nervous. Could just be a coincidence that the month we DD on my expected O window I’m late or it could be the best news ever!! I’ll do a test tomorrow if no show of AF and keep you guys updated!
