Hi all,

I'm back from my month long trip to Oz (literally got back today and still spinning from 30 odd hours of flying!)

Haven't had a chance to catch up yet but just seen that you are having a rest Pixie - 10 months is a long time for you, big hugs and hope to hear from you soon xx

And Bucky - sorry to hear about your car accident but pleased you weren't hurt x

Hi to CBCB and Abbymeg - lovely to see you both back here!!

Well, not offically on 2ww as af caught up with me 4 days ago (I think - bit confused by time zones at the mo, once I've worked it out I'll update the waiting room stats!). Gonna go all out this month ttc so I can test at Christmas, off to buy evening primrose oil tomorrow and going to make appointments with accupuncturist and doctor.

Anyway, severe jet lag means I am waffling badly so off to veg in front of tv!

I'll try and read through properly tomorrow - massive apologies if I've missed something and am being terribly rude to somebody......

coolkat · 22/11/2007 18:27

Good Evening everyone. Sorry for my rant yesterday, I have brought you all some nice fresh fruit salad and bottled water

Pixie I understand, I hope you come back soon refreshed and possible with BFP. Sometimes these things happen when we are least expecting and trying for them. X

Bucky so sorry to hear about youR accident, I don't think you sound self obsessed when you post or any of us I think its nice to know what others have been up to and its certainly sometimes very needed to air and say how we are feeling as its not always possible in RL.

Get BD Sarahnh

Hope everyone else is ok. X

PS my AF still awol, mum thinks I look preg around my boobies?!! - I don't!

madoldbird · 22/11/2007 18:52

Good evening everyone

Sorry i haven't been around much the past week or so, we have had a lot of sad family stuff going on.

So a big hello to everyone, i haven't really caught up with everything, but special hugs to Bucky and pixie as i've just skim read todays posts.

Well, last month (29 days) got smiley face on CD 16, but got home from work this evening and had to have a quick underwear change due to copious CM (do i REALLY discuss this stuff on here?!) and thought i'd do a OPK test, and wow, CD 12today and smiley face!!! Sad thing is, DH erm, "flushed out his pipes" as he describes it this morning, in order to have some nice fresh swimmers in 2 or 3 days!!!!! (he really does take this very seriously) i've justed texted him to let him know they are needed sooner. Is it usual to ovulate at different times even in fairly regular cycles??

Am going to a nutritionalist tomorrow to see if she suggests anything and try and get generally healthier. Will report back on any useful snippets of info. Also trying preseed as well this month.

I guess i shouldn't be here as not on 2ww yet, but i feel most at home here!! Have a good evening everyone. X

Bucky2007 · 22/11/2007 18:56

Welcome back PicknMix we missed you .

Are you CD4 or CD5...I think we could be cycle buddies too. If so, Abbeymeg is our honourary cycle buddy .

abbymeg · 22/11/2007 19:59

PicknMix - hello! Long time no (see?)! I hope you had a good break. I'm very jealous. Come, join us in the single-figures .

Bucky - too right! You both will be relying on my ankles come CD28!

sarahnh · 22/11/2007 20:44

Firstly so sorry about your car crash bucky, hope you are feeling ok...

Well i managed to seduce dh earlier even though he was complaining of a sore tummy!!! So now i am officially playing the waiting game.. lovely!!!

Now my question is , my last two cycles have been a horrible 36 days, this month everything has happened much earlier... so do i wait til cd36 to test or should i test earlier??!! I swear i'm not obsessing ( sarah been to costco on monday and bought 4 cbt!!!!) xxxx

I know I said yesterday I am taking a break but ......

I threw up this morning!

I felt quiet nauseaious (don't know how to spell it) this morning, so I drank a glass of milk slowly, then after I started brushing my teeth I really felt like I was gonna vom so I stopped and five minutes later I was rushing to the loo throwing my guts up I also had to practically force feed myself half a yohgurt but heres the thing I don't feel unwell no headache no stomach ache no fever just nausea.

My boobs don't hurt but I had quiet strong lower back pain last night which is strange considering AF just left a few days ago. Also AF.... I only bled for one day where I needed to use sanitary towels the other days was just dark brown/black spotting. Am starting to think that it was implantation rather than AF.

Gonna test on Sunday xxx

07mumstheword · 23/11/2007 08:48

I went to bed early with a hot water bottle last night due to bloody horrible period pains!

Lots to catch up with, Bucky you poor thing, another insurance claim to deal with but at least you were not hurt.

Abbeymeg "saw" you on the other thread, we are cycle buddies so may I gatecrash your honourary (sp??) cycle buddy group with Bucky?

Sarah I don't know the answer to your question DG where are you? I'm sure she'll know! I wondered the same myself but someone said sometimes you can test 10dpo?

MOB Really interested to know how your appointment with nutritionalist goes today.

Pixie Posted on other thread, take care

Good morning to everyone else.

07mumstheword · 23/11/2007 08:49

Morning all

It's Friday Yaaaahhhh

Sorry about your car bucky But at least you are ok?.

ooohh pixie, will be checking in on Sunday

ladylush Understand entirely, why when you're on holiday for 2 weeks does it never go this slowly

Well, could be imagining this. But have had tummy ache and back ache since Wednesday. Then last night felt really shaky and like I was gonna pass out, thought I was just hungry. Cooked my dinner but then had about 3 mouthfuls and couldn't eat anymore. Just either felt full or didn't fancy it, hard to describe. Never turn my nose up at food. CD27 which is about 7 DPO. Could this be symptoms are too early?

Morning to everybody else, especially those who are not having a very nice time of it

Bucky2007 · 23/11/2007 09:16

Morning everyone

Pixie I am keeping my fingers crossed! I really hope it is a BFP, for you and also for this thread...we need some good luck!!!!

Hope everyone has a good day. x

digitalgirl · 23/11/2007 09:29

Wow - well these look like some great symptoms!
shazza did you say you're testing this sunday?
pixie that looks very hopeful, do let us know if you get a BFP!

sarah if you know your luteal phase, then you can test on the day that you would be due. So if you think you've ovulated three days earlier this cycle, test at CD33. It's always better to wait as long as possible but we all know that's impossible!

and WELCOME BACK picknmix!!! . Hope you had a briliant time!

me bit...
I did have a drink last night, but it wasn't on an empty stomach - had a glass of very nice white wine and half a glass of prosecco. relaxed me loads, had a great time and then left the dinner as everyone was getting very very drunk to go on to my sister's gig. she did very well and I'm very proud.

so continuing with my temp chart fiddling, am going to pretend I've hatched even if I haven't. i think the ewcm yesterday could have been some (tmi) leftovers from the bd the night before. so unless i get much more obvious EWCM like I did last week I'm going to leave DH to rest every other day!

so I guess I'm on the lookout for symptoms now

Shazza2002 · 23/11/2007 09:33

DG PMSL at leftovers comment from DH. I asked the same thing a few weeks back and everybody laughed at me . That's why you get lots of EWCM, cause you BD lots

Trying not to get my hopes up, but just generally feel weird. Never had morning sickness with DD. Plan to test Sunday which is 9/10 DPO so not expecting anything really, just next week seems such a long way away so need a way to get me over the weekend

coolkat · 23/11/2007 14:12

Hello hello, going to tesco's to buy a clear blue. Bought some today called 'PREDICTORS'and got faint dot so I am not getting excited (ok lie) I am going to walk to tesco's and then test when I get home. If its a BFN with the clear blue I am going to go back to the shop where I bought the others from and ram the used test up the chaps nose.

Will keep you informed. You will know if its a BFN will be on the news for assault with a predictor test!!

Shazza2002 · 23/11/2007 14:40

Ooohhhh coolkat What is it they say about mother know's best

How far is the shop? Will you be back soon, please say so. A BFP would be the best start to the weekend.

cbcb I have also been reading about how soon people knew they were PG etc etc. I am driving myself insane with it to be honest

Hi sarah So when are you gonna test?

JollyBear · 23/11/2007 14:45

Hello one and all,

There is some encouraging news here today! Hope the nausea continues Pixie. Mmm I don't think I've ever hoped someone keeps vomiting before! Fingers crossed for Coolkat!

hi Shazza, i really don't know, thinking cd27/28?? but then will be gutted if it is a BFN...my head tells me to wait til cd36 like last month but my heart is telling me otherwise!!!

OP posts:
Shazza2002 · 23/11/2007 15:03

Symptoms are;

Felt very shaky last night, thought it was hunger but cooked dinner and couldn't eat it. Shazza loves her grub so was very

Had peak days on CBFM on CD18/CD19 sdo latest I think I OV was CD20. Have had dull ache ever since. Plus bit of a stich on and off in that area (where normally feel OV)

Boobs are fine (well last time I looked/poked)

Keep feeling sickie, but not sure if that's excitement cause I'm out this evening and it's the weekend

So plan to test Sunday which will be 10 DPO

sarahn If you OV CD13 I would be testing CD23 . Or latest would be CD29 which is 16DPO???
