Hi,

Has anyone taken the Conceive plus ovulation support supplements?

I started taking them today and this evening I had some blood when I wiped.

Could this be the start of my period, would they work that quick? Or is it a coincidence?

Thank you!

Hi Ladies -
New to the group -
I have just read this thread and was wondering if anyone could help me?
I'm ttc#2 ... since having my DS, I ovulate on CD16/17 (prior to having DS I was ovulating on CD14/15); and my luteal phase is usually 10-12 days, averaging about 11 dpo when af usually arrives.

This month I ovulated on CD19... I had already decided to take conceive+ Ovulation support, so when my order arrived the day after I ovulated (friday 13 August), I started taking it straight away.

Today I am 14 dpo and still no AF
I did a Sainsburys pregnancy test this morning and got a BFN :(

Has anyone experienced a delayed period after using conceive plus ovulation support?

fairgame84 · 29/08/2021 08:34

Can I join please?

I've started on the ovulation support and fertility support around 2 weeks ago. Currently on cycle number 9. My bloods are normal just waiting for results of DH's sperm analysis.

My cycles are regular but I'm 36 and I read the ingredients can help with older eggs so I thought I'd give it a try.

Currently cd14 and I've got no ewcm but really bad stomach cramps.
I normally ovulate on cd14 but it's unusual for me not to have ewcm.

Is this normal on these vitamins?

Hippychic18 · 29/08/2021 08:59

Just to say I came on Friday - cycle day 33! Gutted :(

Im not sure about these supplements and ewcm fairgame84… as I only started taking after ovulation…. I’ll have to let you know. When did you start taking these and how long you been on them for? Is your ovulation usually on time / regular? And are you ttc number 1?
I was 39 when I had ds1 xxx

fairgame84 · 29/08/2021 18:06

@Hippychic18 thanks for replying.
I've been taking them for 11 days, I ordered them when af showed her ugly face again.
We're ttc dc2. I have a 16yo ds from a previous relationship so this will be DHs 1st.
Cycle is around 28-30 days. I got the fertility support to take a general multivitamin because of the folic acid and iron content. But I read that one of the ingredients in the ovulation support supplement is good for giving an energy boost for older eggs so I thought it would be worth a try.

89ladyb · 20/12/2021 09:47

Hello there I suffer with pcos and decided to take the concive plus ovulation support about for 3 months and I a suprised how good they work. I was due on the beginning of this month and done a few tests over the weekend to get positive pregnancy tests every single one of them.... these tablets have worked wonders.... I really do wish you all the best Grin

cleantheshelfaftertheelf · 28/12/2021 18:08

This is amazing to read.
Congratulations so many of you.

I started taking the ovulation support on CD1. I usually ovulate CD 14-16 and track with opk's from about CD 10/11.

Well I started tracking CD 11 and my LH has gone from 27- 17- 11% so I'm wondering if I've ovulated super early like day 9 or 10?

Would be interested to hear others stories.

cleantheshelfaftertheelf · 13/02/2022 13:15

Wanted to update.

After taking these I got my bfp before I even finished the first tub.
This was after years of trying.

Unfortunately this ended in a mc but I am taking these again currently on second tub.

FreckledMouse · 13/02/2022 15:28

I got my BFP the same month as I started taking these also.

hopefulsunshine11 · 11/03/2022 08:51

Hey, I started taking the conceive plus fertility support tablets on the last day of my period last week and I’ve been spotting bright red and dark stringy blood on and off the last 3 days. Also a bit cramp today. I was starting to panic as we’re trying to conceive obviously and it’s probably mucked up my anticipated window. I'm assuming it's not a coincidence and it's the tablets doing this.

I don’t know whether to stop or trust the process of it helping fertility. We've been trying for a year. I had a MMC in May. My periods are normally regular but just don't know if I'm ovulating every month. I'm worried they delay my period for next month.

I would appreciate any advice or if someone has used these and had the same symptoms and had a positive outcome?

Thanks

Hippychic18 · 03/07/2022 06:20

Hi Becky
firstly I’m really truly sorry to hear about your loss I can’t imagine what you must be going through…
I do know how utterly frustrating it is ttc and whilst I’m not adverse to taking supplements, my advise for you would be some sort of healing around what you’ve been through … mAybe some counselling or hypnotherapy or both …. In some instances it goes deeper than taking a pill and I think that understandably you need emotional support as opposed to physical support ….
sending healing hugs and baby dust xxx

Has anyone got any positive stories about conceive plus tablets and pregnancy cos I’m now on DPO12 and I got a positive ovulation test on 20th then had light pink spotting on 23rd till 24th but no sign my period so I’m hoping this is my month

CTMcG · 01/09/2023 17:26

@KatherineL36 when ttc my first, my cycle was 79 days long after starting conceive plus ovulation support 2 weeks prior so believe they definitely helped me ovulate. I didn’t fall pregnant that cycle but I did the next. Started ttc#2 in May so started ovulation support again & I am now 14.5 weeks pregnant after falling first cycle this time! I know everyone is different but I believe without them my ttc journey would have been alot more difficult! Good luck x

KatherineL36 · 01/09/2023 17:42

Thanks I think I’ve been on conceive plus for 2/3 week now but I got spotting on 23rd till 24th and my period still ain’t shown yet so I’m hoping I’m pregnant gonna test Sunday
