TWW anybody?

Hi guys! I believe I ovulated today (CD14) after I got a static smiley on my OPK yesterday evening, this was after a flashy smiley in the morning! We DTD last night and now comes the start of the dreaded two week wait! Does any one fancy driving themselves crazy with symptom spotting and trying to to take a test too early with me? 🤣

@intrigued2021 I would be the same . Hopefully all goes well this time round. I have heard opks can show but they aren't reliable. I tend not to test until AF is due . I think 7 dpo is a bit early to show but nothing to loose by doing it anyway..

@sa2010 I count from the day after ovulation so I ovulated Saturday so I counted from Sunday.

@Lemondrizzle14 strange isn't it. mine are fine today. Just the usual for this time. I have pulling still and very tired but too early yet as only 5dpo.

thank you so i ovulated friday did the deed sunday,so would that make today 6dpo?
i feel very lightheaded/dizzy today and extremely tierd my legs feel abit jittery too!the dizzy thing is abit scary tbh x

First post after reading pages on here all day lol! 1 day into the wait! Would be so much easier if a test was invented that gave results in 24 hrs, can you imagine how much we would pay 🤣 B

@BCM2021 - Omg that would be amazing! Haha this wait is long and I’m questioning everything 😂 I had two coffees today and I went to a personal trainer and even though I will probably be fine I kept thinking omg I shouldn’t have done that just in case! I feel like I just need to lie in bed for the next two weeks and eat vegetables 😂😂

Ha ha ! I drink a lot of coffee! Tbh, I’ve only been off the pill 3 weeks but started getting the smileys a few days later but I can’t see it happening that quick but who knows! Would love to just lay in bed so cold here!

@BCM2021 Oh how amazing would that be or some sort of alert your body gives you to say right that is implantation happened 😄.

@Sa2010 Sounds promising . All sounds like it could be pregnancy related . I really struggle with the tww as every symptom I Google is a sign of both pregnancy and AF 🙈.
@intrigued2020 Oh I do this all the time . Then when AF arrives I wonder if that is what stopped it . I no it is totally irrational and not true though 😄. You can have a certain amount of caffenine i am sure.

I luckily am not a big coffee or tea person. I used to drink lots of fizzy juice but I have now stopped them altogether as never realised how addictive they were and not really to do with ttc . I just wanted to challenge myself to see how long I could go and save some money too . I would deprive yourself of things you enjoy too much or it will really get you down x

I should have said as well a little bit about me! This is our 9th cycle of trying for baby number 2,. I'm 37 and it wasn't particularly easy first time round but trying to stay chilled this time, and then obviously losing the plot symptom spotting towards end of cycle

@BCM2021 - you never know it could happen! I had my positive test the month I stopped my pill so it can happen! 🤗
@1992EM - Yeah I don’t think coffee does effect you unless you drink a lot of cups of strong coffee every day 🙈 It’s crazy that people who smoke and drink all the time can get pregnant straight away and we spend our time worrying about really stupid stuff 😝

I know what you mean 😢 I have two neighbours, one who's pregnant with her 4th and the other with her 6th!! Both smoke like chimneys. They ask when I'm having another, little do they know just how much that question upsets me. I've been taking vitamins for months, not drank and kept active and watched my diet for ages in the hope I can be my healthiest self for a pregnancy, it makes me so sad 😢

@AIC2015 oh yeah, definitely. My friend got pregnant by accident the same month I had a mc. Would love to get pregnant by accident but just doesn't seem to work like that for me.
However this month works out it's nice to be here and help each other through it. Fingers crossed for everyone.

@Intrigued2020 oh really! Maybe then! How many days after O did you start testing? I’ve read people get pos at like 8 days after O, Seems very early but looks like it happens! 🤷‍♀️ My periods are very irregular so I could be waiting forever for them!

@teeteeandcoffee good luck ❤ we have been trying for a similar time . If you don't mine me asking how long did it take with your first child. This will be my first and didn't think it would take this long ❤.
@intrigued2020 Exactly. A wee treat doesn't do any harm. Especially when it isn't a walk in the park . Once I am pregnant I will cut whatever needs cut 🤣.
@AIC2015 this questions really irritates me and it is something I would never ask anyone as it is so hard to take . It is such a taboo subject ttc and you never no what goes on behind closed doors.

ladies what's the earlyest you are all testing??im 7dpo today so tempted to try tommorow morning alothough i no it's way to early!x

@sa2010 I would say 10dpo would be the earliest anything could show from the research I have done. 12 dpo is the recommended earliest to test for a reliable result x

I'm 1DPO - first cycle using OPK's after 12 months of trying to 'relax and let it happen'. Testing 26th Feb! Fingers crossed for everyone!

@1992EM yes my last pregnancy was 10dpo!i think i'll actually just wait till my periods due which is thursday!iv always been eager and tested early but infact last baby so i think il wait lol!feeling very lethargic today but that could be pms for me as i do suffer bad pms x

I’m 8dpo on tomorrow so might try tearing then... not feeling hopeful at all due to age, early ovulation and it being my first month. Plus I already have pms cramps which I normally get for about 5 days before AF is due. But I’ll still probably waste a test

@Allegra82 don't forget it only takes once anything is possible!!for me af cramps and pregnancy are the exact same i can never tell them apart even down to sore boobs! i woke up and was so tempted to test but i didn't 😬 so me and you are the exact same dates!im not hopefull either as my last babies were concived with clomid!this was my first month at ttc and i did it 2days after ovulation so i'd be gobsmacked if i was!x

Hey can I join 😊 Just started tww today, ovulation should have happened yesterday based on peak and femometer app. Second month of using OPKs due to irregular cycles. Had a 68 day cycle dec/Jan and no high or peak results and 21 day bloods said no Ov took place. Was shocked to see LH rise so quickly this month as usually cycles are between 34 and 40 days, with a few 68 days over the past 14 months. Been trying on and off for over a year and a half now but just went by the app without opks. Good luck to everyone near the time for an early test 😊

@Allegra82 how did u get on?

I don’t know. I feel like I’m a little crazy but I can almost see the faintest of faint line?
I know, it’s faaaaar to early, but maybe?

I’m actually not sure what evap lines are either? I’ll take another test tomorrow. Haven’t mentioned it to my husband either as I know he would say I’m crazy and there is nothing there

How many other children do you have? I’m trying for my third, so have been telling my self I’m already really lucky to have them
