TWW anybody?

Hi guys! I believe I ovulated today (CD14) after I got a static smiley on my OPK yesterday evening, this was after a flashy smiley in the morning! We DTD last night and now comes the start of the dreaded two week wait! Does any one fancy driving themselves crazy with symptom spotting and trying to to take a test too early with me? 🤣

First flashing smiley this morning I only did my first test yesterday, on a bit of a whim as I'd had ewcm, but my period has only just stopped! Who knows, I'm putting my faith in the smileys now haha

@ACMJ I'm so sorry, I'd had the page open a while before posting so hadn't seen your post. I hope you're doing ok and are resting up. It is a really tough thing to go through and I hope that the follow up brings positive news and some hope for you. I went through a miscarriage too at 8 weeks, it was hard. I have everything crossed for you.

If only I knew my body more previous months and that the start of AF was actually full flow red and not the brown you get for a few days...I've been out on my predictions by days!

Only one day of flashing, and only 9 days since first day of proper flow. So god knows what is happening with my cycle, but probably explains why we've been trying for nearly a year with no luck! 🤦🤣 Had about 6 days of light bleeding / brown before actual flow, maybe my actual start date is somewhere in between.
Actually a relief using these after bbt charting (not very well) and now I can just try to forget about ttc until af is due (famous last words)

@teateaandcoffee yay smiley! Can I ask, your period was 9 days ago( started 9 days ago) is that what u mean? Just finished mine, but coz my periods/ cycle are so irregular I don’t know when to start the smileys again?!

@BCM2021yes, my first full flow day was 9 days ago, I started testing 2 days ago. But I had 6 days of brown spotting before that. I would just start testing now, I definitely have irregular cycles in terms of flow starting (not length), feel like this is where I've been going wrong!

@LKB89 two week wait 🙈 fingers crossed this time!!! I'm drinking pomegranate juice every day now haha

When do you guys start testing dpo? I don’t want to drive myself insane last like month 🙈, but u read so many different things like bfp at 8dpo so hard not to! Just curious of most peoples timing x

@BCM2021 it depends on how I'm feeling 🤣 I wouldn't usually test more than 4 days before AF is due, I've done that before and had a negative when I was pregnant.
I usually just see what symptoms I have, if I don't feel pregnant I'll wait til af due date, if I do I usually test a little earlier.

@BCM2021 I didn't need to test this time as my brown AF stuff came 2/3 days before my actual period was due so i just knew the witch was coming!
Last time I tested 2 days before but also neggy! I don't have children either so don't really know what's the best.

I have the CB early detection and the FRER so I'll be inclined to test maybe on the Friday to see if I can have a bevy or not 🤣 I come on Mondays usually....

@LKB89 this is exactly why I usually test early 🤣 to be honest I don't think I would bother testing for a week or so, if having a nice weekend drink wasn't at stake 🤣🙈

@teateaandcoffee @LKB89 ok thanks guys! The amount of money I spent on tests last month was ridiculous I don’t want to do that again this month, it was like I went mad lol!

@teateaandcoffee yes good timing! Have u had no flashing straight to static smiley? I’m now wishing I tested yesterday! Isn’t day 8 early? Sorry for all the questions I’m new to all this!

@BCM2021I had one day just a circle, then one day flashing smiley. Last month I started testing at the same time and had about 4 days circle, 2 days flashing smiley before a static.
Hopefully the irregularality explains why it isn't happening straight away! I'm sure other people have a more regular cycle than me!

@BCM2021 how long have you been trying if you don't mind me asking?
