Hi ladies anyone want to join me in a thread to chat about ttc this month? I’m currently on CD2.
A bit about me.

I’m 28 and TTC baby number 1. We’ve been trying for a year and a half now, I had 4 recurrent miscarriages in 2020 so hoping the next will stick. I’ve been given new medication to try next time.

@kaylsd I don't think the antibodies last that long though - 3months maybe?

@lucea87 how you feeling today? Does it feel like a cycle day 1?

Still time ladies - not everyone gets symptoms and maybe your lack of them actually means no AF?

I'm totally confused. Flashing smiley today on CD7! Seems way too early. Worried there might be something wrong with my estrogen levels. Hoping it's just a short cycle and it means I get more chances to try!

14dpo today. Af could be arriving any day now given that all tests ive done are bfn. Not tested today
Was tempted but didnt cave in today. Yet!

Deffo AF for me. It's like a frigging murder has taken place, sorry TMI 😂😂 but it is the heaviest I've had for a long time. Clearly the extra 10 days helped thicken me up....!!

Feeling ok, I'm gonna get drunk tonight to be honest and forget about it. Onto the next cycle! We must have just missed the egg as we DTD in the early hours of 6th Feb, and my egg must have just gone. Bummer! So going to be more on it this cycle and have lots more fun!

Wishing everyone lots of luck. I won't be testing or expecting AF for around another month, hope it goes fast!

It's a good sign that you had a thick lining though and don't beat yourself up. Even if you do everything 100% right you can't guarantee a baby.

I am using CB digital and had flashing smileys and then a static on cd17 which is quite late?? . So I now am around 10/11dpo and having ALL the AF symptoms but the cramps aren’t as extreme as normal. I stupidly did a clear blue ultra early today and it was a very clear BFN! I am due on today but because I ovulated late will my period come late in theory? I won’t test again now until Monday if AF doesn’t come but I have convinced myself I am pregnant so much I think I am having a phantom pregnancy like a dog 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

Ok I caved and just did a first response test, but I am not due AF until Sunday.... I’m not sure if there is a very faint line?! What do you ladies think??

Thank you so much!! I’m a bit shellshocked at the moment... I know it sounds silly but what should I do now... should I wait until Sunday when AF would have been due to test again to make sure?! I’m trying not to get too excited, or should I? xx

Congratulations on all the positives so far! Lovely reading the positive posts too. I am cd6. Just bought cb digital opks. Bought them once before and they turned me into a psycho. Don't think I ovulate the month I used them. Am between 30 and 32 day cycle....what day should I start using the opks? Good luck to everyone that hasn't ovulate yet this month!!

Welcome @Penguin143 I'd say if your luteal phase is usually 14 days, expect AF 14 days later than your OD... Fingers crossed for you! I was googling phantom pregnancy on my first cycle and since then I've felt nothing 🙄

@CeeJay1987 that's a really strong BFP for so early! What test did you use? Any tips for us ladies in waiting? Haha. Congratulations!! So excited for you! You don't need to test again. Just keep healthy and maybe ring the docs? They might want to wait until 5 weeks after CD1 before booking things in and then that's it! Incubate that beautiful baby 😍☺️👏👏👏🥳🥳🥳
What cycle of trying we're you on if you don't mind me asking?

In other news, my parents dog just had her litter of 7 beautiful puppies! I'm hoping some of her baby making skills rub off on me 🤣

I'm CD7 but I got flashy today already as I started testing early - you have to use your shortest cycle. The testing day is on the instructions in a little table, I think it's 20 days before end of cycle i.e. CD10 for you but you should deffo check the table. And you have to use FMU until you get flashy which is different from normal opks where you shouldn't really use FMU.
I'm excited to ovulate! DH has been told his duties 🤣🤣🤣 Would be great if I ovulate before Term starts getting too stressful!

How long have you been trying? I'm 34 and on my 6th cycle. Eating all the supplements and trying everything possible this month!

I used First Response 45 Seconds test... the line is darker now and definitely there! Eeekk!!

I’m on proper cycle #2 (we did December but it think I got it all wrong lol). This month I used SMEP method, conceiveplus, I also tried Ferti-Lily and took the supplements Proceive Advance. Seems an awful lot when it write it all down! Haha

I’ll keep you posted on Sunday and good luck to all of you ladies, and to my cycle twins also testing Sunday! xx

I have the ferti-lily cup! And we also said SMEP this month so that gives me hope!! So happy for you! Wish us luck for next month! I'd love to have a little bubba here for xmas and this cycle is our last chance because of my cycle length unless I'm early xx

Morning ladies!! I hope you all had a lovely Friday evening. So this is why I don’t buy tests or try and stay off google... I googled last night that FR can give a false positive in the test I did. So after a blind panic, I took myself of to the shop this morning to get to CB (I told you I can be irrational with tests and google haha) and it’s a BFP!!! 😬😬😬 I’m super happy and so thankful to you ladies for helping me this tww! I have been stalking this thread for a while now, had my fingers crossed for all of you.

Stepping out of the shadows to tell that SMEP+ConceivePlus+FertiLily+all the supplements (I took Royal Gele and Q10) do sound insanely much, but this combination did work for us as well! I got my BFP this month too :))

I think for us it might have been the FertiLily, I couldn’t afford lying around after dtd before bc of my chronic UTIs and this solved the problem. But you never know, might have been sheer luck as well.

In other irrational news 🙈😂 I requested a fertility tarot reading yesterday and she came back with conception month as April, baby girl and the signs would be pigs 🐷 don't usually follow stuff like that but was intrigued to give it a go. Weirdly it's actually made me less stressed for this month about temping and ovulation tests 😂 can't be a bad thing I guess x x

@SparkDiSparkle Congratulations on your BFP! How many days are you now? So excited for you! That's lovely news. Had you been trying long? I know what you mean about the utis - I always like to go to the loo straight after.

@Slinks8113 Where did you have your tarot done? I'm very skeptical about things like that but it's exciting for you and I hope it helps in any case. April would be a lovely time to conceive - not too heavily pregnant during the sweaty summer.

DH has got himself a bit confused about the smiley faces I think. We've DTD 2 days in a row. This is unsustainable 🤣 I'm normally lucky if we make it once a week (pre TTC). Either the supplements are working or he's going to burn out by crunch time! I'm a little sore to be honest hope not tmi! At least the fertility lube might get some use!

@CycloGoose so am I to be honest but I saw it on a post and it was only £6 so figured what's the harm - she actually has lots of good reviews as to accuracy so who knows. It was a lady on Facebook called Jade Roberts. X
