Anyone testing this weekend?

Hey ladies,

I’m thinking of testing this weekend - nervous for the result as obviously a BFP is very much wanted. It’s our first cycle of actually deliberately trying for a baby....we already have a beautiful 4 year old daughter but due to medical reasons I was advised not to have another baby until they were resolved. Sadly I had a miscarriage back in July with a sort of unplanned pregnancy.
My partner has left the country to go back to work for a few months so I will be all alone testing and seeing the result - need some virtual friends for support :)

Curious if anyone else is testing soon? If so which test kit is the most reliable? AF is due on the 10th and I’m pretty sure I won’t be able to hold off until then. I think I’m around 7 dpo at the moment!

@Firsttry132 actually that's a good point maybe a big fat definite nothing would be helpful as it would stop me going insane over whether I see a line

I'm not sure exactly how many days DPO as I didn't track it properly. Just know when AF is due which is now ha.

Ahhh just leaving it for a bit cos over thinking is sending me insane!

@pixiedust21 yeah leaving it is probably the best thing to do although I know that’s MUCH easier said than done! Good luck🤞🏻

@pixiedust21 that’s why I splurge on the digital - I can’t be doing with the is it a line, is it not. I like it in black and white pregnant or not pregnant

Hi everyone . update I got my blood test and they say my levels are under 1 so I'm not pregnant also my miscarriage is over as well I'm just so emotional. They not sure my I had positive test but atleast I can start over not sure also my I had a positive ovulation so gonna wait for af to show up not sure when tho havent had one since my miscarriage .. I agree @MNGal1987 it’s so hard @Lovegirl1232 it took my hormones a little while to settle down after mine. I hope your partner is supportive and making sure you are able to get plenty of rest

Think I’m out! BFN this morning and pink discharge when I wiped which I think is AF on her way! Oh well, big glass of red tonight for me ❤️ Good luck everyone x

I tested and got a BFN this morning too. Still no sign of AF though but I’ve still got anything up to 4 days.

@Firsttry132 oh sorry to hear that! When are you due? Is pink discharge normal for you prior to AF?

@Randomness12 we are in the same boat, I tested yesterday morning and BFN 😕

I think I’m just going to test on the day AF is due (unless that comes first!)

@MNGal1987 I’m due tomorrow! Yeah I normally spot for a day or so before so it’s normal unfortunately ☹️ Gutted, had a little cry this morning but we will try again next month ☺️ Wish it was as easy as have sex=get pregnant 😂 xx

Haha @Firsttry132 it’s funny. Spend most of my life trying not to get pregnant and now the complete opposite 🤦🏼‍♀️
I was pregnant back in June 2020 without even trying (unfortunately ended in a miscarriage).

Totally understandable you had a wee cry but like you said you can always try next cycle - and it is fun to try!

@MNGal1987 yes you’re right! At least i know I’m not the only one who doesn’t get pregnant despite DTD every few days 🙄 our time will come! We are one month closer to our 2 lines 🥰 xxx

Completely understandable to have a little cry. I’m feeling a bit rubbish today, Really tired and grumpy. Probably AF around the corner.

I've got some spotting so I think I'm out. Had a proper sob. Really thought symptoms were pointing towards pregnant this time 😢

So sorry @hels301990 it’s so hard isn’t it? I’m doing a bit of self care now DD is in bed - feet up, face mask on plus wine and chocolate.

Not a sign of the brown discharge at all now even when feeling my cervix (sorry tmi) and I've been sick...def not sat here googling sore boobs, nausea, sickness and spotting...could I still be pregnant? Knowing full well by tomorrow I'll be in full flow. The things TTCing does to us!!!

@EmbarrassingMama ah really? I took another test yesterday and literally couldn't see anything! Trying to wait a few days now and have some tests coming this week. Still no sign of AF though.... I'm not assuming anything until I either see an unmistakeable line or AF comes. Just want SOMETHING to happen!

I was impatient and tested this morning.... BFN 😩
AF is due in a couple days so if I was pregnant I would of assumed something would’ve shown on the test. Must’ve got my timings wrong.
My partner isn’t back in the country until April so that gives me time to really focus on my timing/peak ovulation etc.

Sending baby dust to all who are still waiting to test 😘

Tested again tonight with a FR test and negative. So pretty sure I'm not but equally why isn't af here?! Ahh so annoying . Going to continue waiting it out a few more days!
