Anyone else act like an errant child during the TWW by pretending you’re not feeling very real symptoms because you’ve symptom spotted before and have been let down by the red she-devil herself?

I had the worst cramps yesterday and now my back is sore but I’m pretending I don’t feel it and not using hot water bottles/paracetamol because I tested this morning (stupid b I am) and got a BFN.

Frustrated, angry, downright stubborn, stupid ... anyone else wanna join the crazy b club?

@Happyhappy37 your CD is counted from the first day of your last period (I believe) so it's something to go by at-least if you're not tracking O. Do you think she'll show tomorrow?? Fingers crossed for you lovely :)

Have you had any AF signs or Pg symptoms?

@KSP8273 😊 she will be here. Ive had no pms or pregnancy symptoms. Since i came off the pill this is the first month I have had symptoms. I usually experience (symptoms alternate each month 😀) backache, constipation, pinches twinges, mild cramps, etc.. So far nothing except for headache today (i wouldn't call that a symptom)
I try my best not to symptom spot.

@Happyhappy37 Ahhh I haven't been on the pill for years, I had the worst side affects being on it. Still no sign of AF.

@KSP8273 Is AF usually late? Are you going to test today? So exciting!

I told him a different way than planned! For the past few weeks we’ve been playing the same board game every evening, so I hid an envelope in it saying “I know we promised not to get Xmas presents this year but I got you something very small.” Underneath the board in the box was the test and a little newborn hat I knitted for him. He was over the moon - he cried and hugged me.

@ToadstoolFairy My last two cycles have been on time and usually ends CD 29 but now I'm on cycle day 31! So who knows. I've saved my FMU but no test yet lol. I honestly don't want to see another BFN.

I know I’m super new to this baby making game, but I will say something that I wish somebody had told me beforehand ...

Take internet cheapies with a big pinch of salt if you’re early testing. On Saturday when I got a faint line on a Clear Blue, I was using internet cheapies every morning and nothing was happening. I was getting quite disheartened. Even after I got two positives on digitals it wasn’t showing on the cheap ones.

Lo and behold, 17DPO and I got my first internet cheapie positive! (I’ll post a photo) So whilst they’re less expensive and good to have around, don’t get disheartened if they’re stark white still. There could still be a peanut brewing xxx

I've saved my FMU and OH going to go get me a digital. I'm tired of seeing faint lines just want a defiant answer now. Yeah I've read that, I used all mine up before 13DPO LOL

LOOK AT THAT LINE. Amazing. Defo what dreams are made of right there.

I'm just so torn, part of me wants AF so I stop getting my hopes up :l

@Happyhappy37 I tried and got another error on the digital thats the fourth time now, so I give up will wait for AF to arrive and test again in a few days if she hasn't made her appearance lol

Little update. Still no AF and no signs at all she's coming. I did a clearblue early test this morning BFN. Going to wait and see what happens. My boobs are still really sore and I've noticed I'm a little more tired no matter how much sleep I get. Who knows lol

The month I got my + I was adamant I wasn't going to symptom spot as it felt exactly the same as the month before. I had never been so sure I wasn't pregnant lol. No sore boobs, dull ache around pubic bone...I actually didn't test until AF was three days late because I was so sure it was just coming late 😂
