Praying for a December conception

Who else is praying to conceive this month?
I’m on CD 1 so I’m praying I conceive this month. Had copper coil removed just over a month ago now, and we avoided conceiving last month as hubby didn’t want an August baby (he’s an aug bub himself)
I’ve always been regular with my cycle and regular with ovulation (continued tracking while on coil) so hoping we get lucky 🤞🏼

Well I'm very confused 1st month TTC don't check BBT or OPKs think fertile week was 21st to 27th so could be anywhere between 11dpo and 16dpo. 2 BFNs. Think may have had implantation 4th. Feeling nauseous, bit crampy, headaches, loss of appetite. AF 2 days late, fingers cross the red witch doesn't show!!

We have been ttc number 2 since jan. Sadly I had a mmc in sept and then had to have an MVA in oct.

I have just had my second ovulation (but only proper cycle) since, and am feeling desperate to get a positive test this month. I don't think it will happen but really, really want it to. I am feeling a bit hopeless about ever getting our second baby.

I had a chemical preg in mid Oct bu around 5dpo I had weird cramps. Like if someone is pinching tummy 😆. Then on 7dpo I had the worst cold ever. Wokeup with a sore throat which then vanished by the end of the day but turned into a horrible runny nose (literally felt like a water tap had replaced my nose😂) and constant sneezing. Tested positive on 11dpo but it ended in a mc a week later

Hey everyone how we doing? Currently cd10 for me and personally, I am ready for a lot of pre christmas BD 😆 Last cycle I didn't ovulate until cd17, so could be a while yet. But according to FF AF due 27th, so hoping for a christmas day surprise 🙏

@pingit hello! Sadly I’ve had similar experience as you this year. Ttc baby 1 and got pregnant first month of trying in June, found out bad news end of July during early scan, took another 4 weeks for mc to start and then ended up having to have erpc mid sept. Didn’t get first period after this until 20th Nov so felt I had 5 months wasted 😔 been a bad time and feeling desperate like to to conceive this first month again! X

@Pudding01 good luck!! I hope weve done all the BD we need to this month. Waiting very impatiently now to be able to test! Also hoping for a Christmas surprise 🤞🏼

Never realised how common it was! This was my very first pregnancy too so was quite a shock.
Few yrs ago I think it was never detected. Our parents generation would wait for period to miss then go get urine test or blood test done at gp and then would find out. If someone in that era did get a chemical it was thought "oh maybe delayed period" so wasnt felt to be common back then compared to now where you can test literally at 8dpo and onwards.

@Iloveoreos yea that is true, we are so switched on to everything now and can literally monitor our whole cycle with opk’s and symptom spotting and then early tests 😅 just praying we conceive quick again and this time the prg is successful 🤞🏼🙏🏼

When i had my chemical (also since first preg I had told my parents straight away as got really excited ) and when i had the mc they were like r u sure u were even preg since its way to early and since u havent been tested at the doctors 🤣🤣🤣i was like yes yes ive tested with 4 different brands prior to telling u. Seems funny now. Times have changed no doubt

And yes. Praying we are blessed with good news soon 😊😊😇😇

@arc91 I did this morning at 9dpo, got faint lines. When are you testing?

@Hannah199y ah let’s hope this is it for you ☺️ I think I am only 5dpo so a few more days to go! Going to try and wait until next Friday when I’m due for AF. I might give in and do an early test Sunday or Monday, got the ultra early triple check clear blue on order

Ahhh yayyy I can def see a line there !!!

I am due AF friday and yesterday i started with the most horrific cold/flu work sent me home but not before making me go for a covid test. I took a preg test at 10 dpo which was probs a bit early but im impatient so shall see what friday brings. Not holding out high hopes but its nice to at least have a little bit. Good luck to everyone. X

Good luck all! I conceived my dd on Christmas Day last year! She's 12 weeks old tomorrow and is asleep next to me.

My CB looked stronger today too , spoke to my private gyny who told me to be patient and test again when AF due in 4 days. It's so hard! X

Me! Ov in the next few days. Ttc no. 2 after a loss earlier this year. DH has been forewarned to expect aaaallllll the sex .

@Emma535 I have no idea, all very confusing for me came off the pill 5/6 weeks ago Iv had no period (I usually spot even if I miss 1 pill) no full on period for about 5 years !! last dtd 7 days ago so I'm hoping just to early to test.
With my son I fell pregnant whilst on the pill and my daughter I fell pregnant couple of weeks after coming off the pill so I'm hoping I'm that lucky for the 3rd time x

I had the same like this when I found out with my daughter she's now 4 years old x

Hope you don't mind me joining! TTC #1 after early MC in the summer. My OPKs are getting strong so think I'm about to get a positive this evening or early tomorrow. OH thinks Christmas has come early with all the DTD I've been giving him. Poor guy will be disappointed when it stops in next few days 😂

@Emma535 thank you! I can definitely see a line there 🤞🏼 It is so hard, everyday feels like a lifetime and nothing distracts me from thinking about it!

@ApplePie86 sounds like we’re in similar circumstances, also TTC 1 after a miscarriage this year, it’s devastating isn’t it. 😞

I think we’ve done all we can this month, dtd for 10 days straight. Not taking any chances in missing that ovulation but also really paranoid about anything that can harm it!

@arc91 indeed! I'm fairly positive about it all though which is good. Well done on 10 days straight. That should hopefully cover it. I'm at 8 days and want to give up!! Keeping at it though 😂
