Having very light brown discharge today. I'm around 7-8dpo and never have this. Could it be IB?
Has anyone else had this, but ended up to be something different?

I’m still a day - 2 days early based on ovulation (confirmed with opks and temps) I think my body has a horrid sense of humour 🙄 plus I always have a 14 day LP 🙈

Noirberry19 · 15/11/2020 09:04

@Dixywitch19 I'm being such a bitch at the moment lol. Think it's hormones mixed with anger 🙄😂

Bfn for me this morning too, so can't imagine I'll have bfp this month 😩

@Grumpsy has it turned into at??

Hope you're both ok xxx

Grumpsy · 15/11/2020 09:16

@Noirberry19 yes no mistaking it’s AF, still not as heavy as usual, but definitely heavier than yesterday 😕

Dixywitch19 · 15/11/2020 11:17

@Noirberry19 bfn here too. But no sign of af and I should be due on today (I think!)

I have horrendous back ache and keep thinking I’ve come on af but it’s just wet cm 🧐

How’re you both feeling xx

Noirberry19 · 15/11/2020 14:38

@Grumpsy Sorry it's gotten heavier. Not fair is it. So shit 😩 sending hugs xx

@Dixywitch19 fingers crossed it stays away. I don't know when I'll be due now with this cycle. From now until 20th I assume. 🙄

Feel shit at the moment with everything. Struggling to be positive 🙄 how are you? Xxx

OP posts:
Dixywitch19 · 15/11/2020 14:42

@Noirberry19 same here tbh. Resigned myself to the bfn, what a confusing cycle.
It’s awful having a billion questions go thru ur mind isn’t it xx

Noirberry19 · 15/11/2020 17:30

@Dixywitch19 definitely! Literally felt so positive with the mid cycle bleeding, but nothing will surprise me now. So annoying.

Hope you're feeling ok xxx

OP posts:
Dixywitch19 · 16/11/2020 09:11

@Noirberry19 no sign of af yet for me but the cramps are def getting stronger. Also felt sick as a dog for last 24 hours - still bfn so can’t be related!

How’re you doing? Xx

Grumpsy · 16/11/2020 09:44

@Noirberry19 thanks 🙂. It definitely is shit, but nothing surprises me anymore. 🙄🙈

Fingers crossed for you though! I think it’s only fair at least one of us should have some good news this cycle!!

Noirberry19 · 16/11/2020 17:05

@Dixywitch19 still nothing for me either, but god knows when I'm due!! Had really bad headache most of day, but think that's work related. Also had upset stomach too. Haven't tested again since Saturday, but can't be bothered either to see bfn 😩
How are you feeling today? Xxx

@Grumpsy oh god, I know the feeling. Every time I think "hmm this is different" and get excited, bfn. I should just learn that my body likes doing its own thing every month to get my hopes up 🥴🤦🏻‍♀️
Aww bless. Thank you. Although, I think it's a shit month again for me 🤦🏻‍♀️
Keep each other supported for next cycle. Hopefully @Dixywitch19 still has luck this cycle though as no af yet 🤞🏼
Hope you're feeling ok (ok as can be!!)xxx

Noirberry19 · 16/11/2020 17:05

P.s. don't even know what I'm doing putting everything in bold. Ffs 🤷🏻‍♀️😂😂

OP posts:
Dixywitch19 · 16/11/2020 17:11

@Noirberry19 I think mumsnet auto puts names in capitals when you @ someone!

I’ve only got two ICs left and one Asda cheapie left so I don’t wanna keep wasting them but I can’t seem to help myself 😂 I can’t stop weeing at the minute and have awful nausea which is pissing me off because there’s 0 reason 🤨 xxx

Grumpsy · 16/11/2020 17:27

@Noirberry19 yep absolutely, to be fair I think I’m running out of symptoms that I’ve had that are for no reason. I’m still hoping you’re in with a chance though.

If we don’t get anywhere we’ll be going for ivf next year. So I’ve spent my weekend wondering how that’s going to work when I need to pretend adult in a stressful job full time whilst basically being a walking hormone. I’m still hoping for a miracle before then, but it seems unlikely. 🙈

Dixywitch19 · 16/11/2020 20:30

@Grumpsy I hope you get your bfp before having to go for ivf! It’s such a heart wrenching journey ttc isn’t it. I find it takes up pretty much all my mental space x

Noirberry19 · 16/11/2020 20:49

@Dixywitch19 oh god, we'll just know that I don't mean to put anything in bold 🥴😂😂

I know, I'm always tempted too, but so sick of it now to see one line 🙄
Hopefully it's still a good sign for you 🤞🏼🤞🏼 haven't come on yet so fingers crossed 🤞🏼😘 xxx

@Grumpsy this will be the same for us. Because of Xmas, it'll be new year. End of jan at earliest going off when my cycle will be! Typically.
Hopefully we will have a miracle before that 🤞🏼
It's so shit waiting and wondering isn't it? Find it so unfair. No wonder I'm an irritable bitch 🤷🏻‍♀️😂
@Dixywitch19 yeah, definitely mentally draining!! Hard bloody work xxx

OP posts:
Dixywitch19 · 16/11/2020 21:16

@Noirberry19 have you not come on af either? Any other weird and wonderful things happening to your body? (Never asked that in my life hahaha) xx

Grumpsy · 16/11/2020 21:44

@Noirberry19 it really is. I think I’ve accepted our fate, or I’m starting to. Have you thought about how you’ll fit it on with work if it comes to it, and still be able to give yourself the best chance? I think it’s what I’m dreading most (other than the injections - I’ve got a massive lump from my flu jab still and I had that on Saturday 🙈)

Grumpsy · 16/11/2020 21:45

@Noirberry19 were planning on March, we’re supposed to be going skiing in February (although I’m doubtful it will happen with covid)

Noirberry19 · 16/11/2020 22:36

@Dixywitch19

No, not yet, but have lost all positivity this cycle. Had upset stomach today, but plays up from time to time anyway, so don't think anything of it and had headache all afternoon, but get them quite a lot anyway. So I guess nothing to report today with my wonderful body that likes to do as it pleases and surprise me each month 😆🤦🏻‍♀️😂😂😂 ask away, no question is too weird on here 😆
How are you feeling now? Xxx

@Grumpsy

I have no idea yet. Although I did tell my manager quite early on because I've been for so many appointments recently, I couldn't get away with it without them knowing. When I had to attend scans for iui, I had to call for an appt on CD1 and as we all know, comes when it pleases so I just had to call on the day. I knew I'd stress a lot more trying to get time off in pm on same day etc.
Haven't told higher management though and won't be unless we're lucky and need to for maternity reasons. 🤞🏼
Injections aren't nice. Don't know what ivf ones will be like, but I had two a day for iui and you just get into the mindset that it's what you have to do to try to get what want. It's shit, but when it's all that's on the table, you just do it. It is rubbish we have to go down these avenues 😌
Luckily though, I didn't have any swelling or bruising and actually felt fine (obviously other than having them). Had a rash after one of them for about half an hour, but it was fine.
Really? I haven't ever had a flu jab. Hope you're ok.
I hope everything will be ok (ish) for you to travel in feb. It's got to get back to some normality soon 🥴
Give you something to look forward to because I know how hard this journey is. Perhaps we won't need ivf. Would be nice to have a natural miracle before that! 🤞🏼 xxx

Grumpsy · 16/11/2020 22:50

@Noirberry19 my boss knows, but only because he knew something was up. He asked me to come in to the office not long after we got OHs (bad) results as he knew I wasn’t right and I just cried at him in his office. Luckily, we get in really well but still rather embarrassing. Also I felt like I had to tell him because of the amount of appointments I’ve had over the last year.

He’s the only one who knows at the minute, and he’s really supportive, but he’s the functional director so is part of the senior leadership team.

We’ve not tried iui yet as we have a motility issue, but I’m hoping we can try that if my OHs motility can improve as it should be easier to deal cope with.

Noirberry19 · 17/11/2020 17:25

@Grumpsy

I do think it's nicer when someone knows. Although, sometimes I feel like I wish nobody knew.
So glad he was good with you. Nothing to feel embarrassed about, but I do know where you're coming from.
Hope it will work out for you.
How are you feeling today?

@Dixywitch19

How are you feeling today too? Hope you're ok. Any sign of af? Hope not xxx

Sorry been quiet, been to hosp today for appt for another TP.
Going to have another iui this month and if it fails, will be for ivf next year then. All go!

OP posts:
Dixywitch19 · 17/11/2020 22:15

@Noirberry19 at least ur on the right path with hospital plans etc. I have a phone appt next week to discuss my scan from 1st Oct and see what they say to go from there.

Still no af here, really really wet though (sorry😂) constantly feeling like I’ve come on but it’s just wetness. Not had much cramping but got nasty back ache - wondering if I’ve actually got a uti because of it 🙄.

Have you tested? Xxx

Grumpsy · 18/11/2020 08:03

@Noirberry19 I’m feeling ok, better now I’ve got a gynae appointment in December :) how about you?

The embarrassment is more the crying at people. I don’t do crying at people, I find it just makes everyone feel uncomfortable including myself! To be fair I’ve never had quite such a good relationship with a boss, but I think it’s because he’s a decent person to be honest. We also spent a year working in a big programme together before I was promoted into my current role, so we get on well. Also I know he went through something similar with his wife, so I think that helps.

Best of luck with the iui, I really hope it works for you!

Noirberry19 · 18/11/2020 19:15

@Dixywitch19

I know! Just feels like it's still ages away and hate not knowing the outcome.
Home that appointment goes well for you.

I still haven't got any signs of af either, although I never really do until the day of.
Don't have to apologise. It's PG for this world 🤣
Fingers crossed it's still a good sign 🤞🏼🤞🏼 have you taken anymore tests? I haven't. I was tempted yesterday, but couldn't be bothered as thought it would be bfn! (Negative I know). 😂 xxx

@Grumpsy
Really good news. So glad you have an appointment. Feels like you're getting somewhere when you have appts to look forward to.
Aww I know what you mean. It's nice that he's been so kind to you though.
Bless him. He obviously knows what it's like then. Makes all the difference. Hate speaking about it to ppl other than on here because of what ppl say 🤦🏻‍♀️ stupid comments get on my nerves.
Thank you, me too! They've changed my medications for this one. Last one didn't work so they've changed drugs and protocol for this one now 🤞🏼xx

OP posts:
Dixywitch19 · 18/11/2020 20:56

@Noirberry19 I’m so pissed off today! Had back ache for what feels like ages and cramps too, but loads of wet cm almost EWCM. Tested yesterday BFN.
I just want an answer at this point it’s just purely winding me up, I’m sick of the belly ache 😂
I’ve got sore boobs as of today so I’m wondering if I’m actually going to be ovulating and all the cramps and back ache is my body gearing up to ovulate instead.
Irregular cycles are a twat xx
