Hey!

Want to get a group of ladies who are TTC at the same time to have someone to chat to during this journey together. It's a lonely process for me and only
In early stages of trying but would love advice, tips and general chat. This is an open chat and can't wait to chat to you all

@MrsLauraM definitely. I have turned into a crazy baby person now. Also loads of people around me having babies which isn't helping x

Danielle2012 · 24/10/2020 22:30

@MrsLauraM on my to do list for tomorrow say a prayer for me lol

1992EM · 25/10/2020 05:49

Took a test this morning and was a BFN. So just going to wait for AF to arrive and then onto cycle 7 😥. 11 dpo so could still be too early but would have expected to see something if I was. Good luck to everyone still waiting to test 💕

Danielle2012 · 25/10/2020 06:01

@1992EM yes could still be too early for u sending 😩

Danielle2012 · 25/10/2020 06:08

Now I’m getting. A negative ovulation test I give up 😩

1992EM · 25/10/2020 06:19

@Danielle2012 I think opks are unreliable around AF or pregnancy. I would definitely do a test if AF hasn't shown x

Danielle2012 · 25/10/2020 06:33

@1992EM yes it’s very frustrating isn’t it?? Someone had said to get a lpink dye test, I will have to get one today , I did a home test yesterday and it was negative , I don’t know how sensitive they are 😩

EllyNC291 · 25/10/2020 06:33

@1992EM you never know Hun it might just be a little early! Some people don’t implant till day 10-12! Fingers crossed for you x

MrsLauraM · 25/10/2020 06:41

@1992EM you’re not out until AF arrives. It could still be a little early. I’ve heard of people who don’t get positives until way after AF is due. Try to put it out your mind for a few days and test again then. Sending lots of baby dust!

MrsLauraM · 25/10/2020 06:41

@Danielle2012 yeah, I would definitely get a pink dye test so you can be certain

Danielle2012 · 25/10/2020 06:44

@MrsLauraM thank you 😍

1992EM · 25/10/2020 06:50

@MrsLauraM Thank you . I won't test again until Saturday but think AF will be here before then. TMI but when I go to the toilet I have tinges of pink when wiping so assume that is AF prewarning me 🙈.
@EllyNC291 Thanks. I don't think I am pregnant.

@Danielle2012 good luck 💕

MrsLauraM · 25/10/2020 07:00

Aw that’s rubbish @1992EM 😔 how many cycles into TTC are you? Sorry, you’ve probably already said but I’ve forgotten because my memory is terrible! 🙈

1992EM · 25/10/2020 07:04

@MrsLauraM this is cycle 6. I know it can take a long time but because it is our first I am just worried something is wrong. I have another 6 months before the doctors will even look to see and with everything going on I doubt that will be a priority 😔

Danielle2012 · 25/10/2020 07:11

Is this everyone’s 1st baby here or?

MrsLauraM · 25/10/2020 07:14

This is also cycle 6 for me @1992EM but month 9 due to longer cycles after having the implant removed and I’m also trying for my first although admittedly I probably haven’t been as focused as I could have been in the earlier cycles.
It’s frustrating and worrying isn’t it. But we just need to think that it’s perfectly normal for a healthy couple to take 12 months to conceive (easier said than done I know).
A man I work with told me that him and his wife were waiting for initial fertility tests when they fell pregnant naturally after 12 months. It does seem so unfair though when so many people fall pregnant accidentally or straight away with no issues. We will get our turn though 💜💜💜

Tabbycat92 · 25/10/2020 07:26

@mrslauram @1992em it must be so hard 😔 but I do know so many who have taken up to a year to conceive naturally. We are all taught to avoid getting pregnant that we believe it must happen easily, when realistically it's hard!

Tabbycat92 · 25/10/2020 07:27

@danielle2012 no this is baby no.2 for me. I have a 2yo son

MrsLauraM · 25/10/2020 07:32

@Tabbycat92 I agree. The fear I had when I was younger and had forgotten to take a pill was completely unnecessary 🙄😂
Absolutely, it is perfectly normal. It’s just typical that the longer it takes the more stressed it makes you then that in turn can make it take even longer 🤷🏼‍♀️🤷🏼‍♀️ isnt life just wonderful! 🙈🙈😂

Danielle2012 · 25/10/2020 07:33

@Tabbycat92 yes I have an 8 year old son and a 15 month old son I have health problems so I just wanted one more as I was told not to have one after 33 and I’m 30 now so I would love a sibling for both my boys I could have 20 kids I love them a lot and believe I am very maternal but obviously it’s a financial hit and my health isn’t great but I’m so lucky to be blessed with both them as it is 😍 they both came early too one was 15 WEEKS EARLY and my last baby was 7 weeks early so a bit better .. I love this forum and it’s great to talk to other people instead of family etc .. I hope we all get what we want 😍

Tabbycat92 · 25/10/2020 07:43

@danielle2012 wow that is early! My son came 1 whole day early 😂 but only because I was induced.
I think this will be my last, DH is adamant that he only wants 2.

Danielle2012 · 25/10/2020 07:57

@Tabbycat92 well I think 2 is perfect I just wanted one more to have them close in age .. I’m only on month 2 of ttc but happened so fast with my last so I’m keeping my hopes up I suppose it’s all we can do 😍

Tabbycat92 · 25/10/2020 08:01

@danielle2012 same, we concieved 1st month trying last time, so I'm hopeful.

Tabbycat92 · 25/10/2020 08:02

Potentially TMI but what has everyone's CM been like after ovulation? Mine usually dries up between O and AF, but this month its watery/sticky and so much of it

Danielle2012 · 25/10/2020 08:04

I had the same 2 days ago and got a positive ovulation yesterday and negative today I’m all over the place lol
