@AnxiousAnnie86 what tests do you have?? Some can detect really early can they not? .....its only a couple more days to wait (i know, i say only but it feels like years) .....couldn't be ovulation that is causing the positives could it surely....ive never used opks so i have no idea how accurate or inaccurate they can be in this situation but i have heard of people getting positives then getting a BFP on a test🤷‍♀️. Aaaah i don't know. Maybe just see what happens in the morning...

@WaitingForEgg i know that was a real kicker, but I try to think of it as I wouldn't want anyone to feel the pain We feel each month :( it's truly heartbreaking... think we all reach a point every now and then where it absolutely breaks us... that happened to me when my period came last month. I literally couldn't stop crying, this week marks a year since my miscarriage :( x

@WaitingForEgg I know exactly how you feel and I thought the same. So hard not to feel jealous/ upset at other people and how quick they may conceive- although you see fb / social media posts and you rarely know the stories behind them. But just think when the time comes we know our little babies will be sooo worth it!!

I did think I would test but I'm not going to, just gonna wait it out! It's my birthday Sunday imagine how lovely that would be! I just honestly don't see how I could be this month, we really didn't get the timing right!

I also have the backache that I allllllways get 14dpo! I've had it once before where opks go positive before period, so if it's that I've def learned my lesson and won't be doing them after ovulation again 😂

Hey ladies, I hope you are all having a happy Monday (hate that bloody phrase). So I had my telephone consultation with my doctor this morning and all of my hormone levels were normal (which I'm massively relieved about) but my blood sugar is a bit high. He just said that I needed to work on getting it down and told me to monitor my periods and ring back if it happens again. I spoke to the practice nurse who gave me a few tips on diet (must stop drinking sugar in my tea!) and said they'd be happy to do another blood test on me in a year, but that I should probably return again in 6 months. My blood sugar has increased since my last lot of bloods 5 years ago (which were normal - mad considering I was mega stressed out) so I do need to watch it. Apparently apples and cordial can cause high blood sugar, and vitamin drinks as well?! Anyway, I'm relieved my hormones are normal and that I actually know so I can do something about it! Fingers crossed we all get our BFPs soon, especially for those in the TWW or currently ovulating xxx

So confused CD7 and seem to have two lines on the ovulation sticks, my first time using them today but looks like two lines to me, surely must be too early for a high reading

@bwfcchick88 that’s great news hormones are all normal. I definitely am one for too much sugar too X

@bwfcchick88 very positive in terms of your blood results, like you say you can alter your diet slightly to help lower blood sugar so that's good! Have they said anything else, like any other tests? Or just got to keep trying?

I'm cycle day 9 today. Should have really started the clear blue digital ovulation today but I was away. May take it this afternoon as it's a new pack so need a base reading and I think I'm coming into FW.

@bwfcchick88 thays good news then! It feels good to be able to take control of something too on this blooming rollercoaster!!!!

Nope still no Af haven't tested yet and still getting very positive opks! Getting cramps here and there though so think it's coming would normally start spotting this evening....

So after saying that... I don't know why but I tested, with a 20 min hold.. I can't believe it! I'm totally and utterly freaking out, I have cramps, it can't happen again exactly a year later surely 😩

@AnxiousAnnie86 those are such strong, clear lines, congratulations! I know its hard but try and relax, maybe your cramps are just your bodys way of dealing with the change of hormones! X

I hate to be the blooming one that says this, but the only thing we did different was in the TWW I haven't done anything, I've had a couple drinks (bad I know) I've not temped or anything at all. Confirmed on a digital!

Hi ladies, they just said that the hormone levels were all normal, it was just blood sugar I needed to watch. Said to keep an eye on periods and come back if it happens again. But yeah it is really good news because I can tackle my blood sugar myself. Currently having my first sugarless brew and I don't like it 🤣
