@Katao no it's not inappropriate at all, it's been nice to have a little bit of normal tbh. My parents came over for an illegal breaking local lockdown dinner with us for both anniversary and pre-hospital support. It was really nice.

@lucyrp yeah I'm really glad I asked for the photo. DH didn't think we should because we ahd the early scan from 7+5 weeks but in my heart I needed to for myself. I'm really glad I did.

@lastbany it says on the instructions I think how many days you should go with a flashing before stopping. Is it 9 or less ? I can't remember. I would looo at my instructions but on the way to work. Have you been testing in the evenings too ? If not you may have missed your peak in the evening x

@Newbie0818 To set up go to settings, groups, create group. You then set the name, privacy (hidden/secret - so no one not in the group can tell who's in or what anyone says). You can also set a question for people to answer on joining, eg MN username so you know it's genuine. I think you'd add the question afterwards as can't see anywhere to do it before creating the group!

@Hopeful110 honestly right, I buy quite a lot of stuff for DS from Facebook groups like we are talking about (organic cotton 2nd hand stuff as he's got allergies & eczema) & ppl send it & i don't get it for weeks, it's like it gets sent by carrier pigeon 🙄😳arghhhhhh really no pressure you no it can easily be a BFN???

@notyetamumbuttrying what do you mean open it up?? I'm really confused? Our community group is just a completely closed one and no one outside the group can see what's posted or get in without answering the questions it doesn't get opened up? I'm not sure how it's set up though as that was before me I just run the events 😆. Ahhhh it's fine we are all in the same boat!

@lastbany what's your cycle length usually? And do you have any more sticks? You can use them at night too when you get a flashing smile as your peak might be short.

@Minster2012 @Katao I did on day three and four I tested at night and got flashing still so I now o my have one stick left! We have been dtd over the period anyway but it's very strange! My cycles past 6 months after baby have been between 28/30 days with the odd 22 day thrown in! That's why I was worried as I am 36 nearly 37 i started period 4 weeks pp but didn't get regular till 4 months pp she is 10 months now! I'm thinking take last one in morning and leave it then just keep dtd and hope for best as don't want to be buying more at this point! I do have cramps today not sure of that means anything

@clolo no not usually but it's best to put the name of the group something spurious...I'm sure we could come up with something!

That's it, I'm not gonna look at the IVF thread til I know the full outcome for me, it's too depressing. There's a lot of negativity and bleeding going on, & I know that's not nice but I just can't cope with it currently.

@Minster2012 ahh yeah of course but we are all optimistically hopeful for you for sure...it's been such a long difficult road for you so no pressure but yeah, for the ivf page...you don't need doom and gloom on there :) keep ya chin up and stay positive xx

@lastbany I think it saystotestfor up to 9 flashing faces in a row and then stop. Up to you really but sure hopefully you get static in the morning. I'm not a big fan to be honest, I prefer the cheapy ones where I can see the line progress myself and the cb are so expensive!
Aw @Bbdm1984 Im sorry if we made you feel excluded! It was sooo fast moving at one point, very hard to keep up. Ok so testing....totally up to you if and when you test but please don't blame yourself for your mc, obsessing DOES NOT cause miscarriage. It's just one of those very sad things that happens. Sorry for your loss x

Yay I'm loving that the bus is a bit more active again! I think the dud that was Sep with only 4 BFPs put a dampener on it all.

@Ltay2 that babygrow is flipping adorable! One thing that does bug me a bit in the UK though is how hard it is to find baby clothes that aren't in your face PINK/BLUE - and then when they're not it's as if the only neutral colour is flipping grey or white? What happened to the rest of the rainbow brits?!

Thanks for all of the positive vibes from AF, just had to tell OH. I think we both had a good feeling about this month, but ready for FW to come around again 😂 I played CD13 this cycle, CD16 the cycle before. BBT is playing ball and has dropped today, for the first time ever, so maybe my cycle really is regulating 🤞 endo doesn't seem to be kicking my as we as much either, although I don't want to speak too soon on that one. It was only last month I fainted and got stuck on the floor after injuring my shoulder and back 😂 OH was no use, in bed, wondering what the whimpering was.

Looking forward to everyone's testing in the next couple of days, 🤞 for you all! We need a good October to fix our September run.

@Juno231 Oh I know what you mean about blue/pink clothes! There were lots of beautiful choices but definitely more grey and white for neutral! I love grey and white so suits me fine but I agree it would be nice to have the choice of other colours!

@BellsB1 my DH would be useless in fainting situations too, and I don't mean AF blood, I mean after BFPs so that's not good for positive vibes even for before that after a few of us have had this before too. My parcel might arrive today if postie hasn't peed on it first. 😂

@Juno231 FULL ON RAINBOW HERE. DS dresses very brightly, as do I, fuck it life too short, he loves rainbows and often gets called her for his bright clothes, @Ltay2 you can usually get some lovely mint & yellow bits too. We wear lots of a brand called Frugi, that's known for rainbows, ££££ tho then Scandinavian (scandi) brands cos they are organic cotton. That's why I buy 2nd hand or sale. Check out H&M & Lidl's organic cotton clothes are also lovely quality (they released gorge jumpers last week)

I'm mega cramping here now this morning. Like "oh shit AF on way" down in pelvic floor cramps. A quick google reveals..guess what?? Most likely progesterone side effect. Arghhhh

No no please dont think i was saying that, the threads were so so busy back then with such a lot of people. I only spoke a couple of times but with it going so fast it very easily got lost. I just really wanted to say that i had the same pains and although i dont have a pos test, i very much think i am pg and so the woman on the other topic was wrong (and we all know through our stupidly long journeys that pg symptoms are completely different for everyone)

I can see where dp is coming from with the not testing it will be his 1st dc and he is going through a lot at the moment trying to get divorced with a woman that is completely ignoring everything he does (but that is a whole other story) me im feeling very calm about it for the past 14 months i have tested before af was due this month i think because i thought we had absolutely no chance of success im kind of chilled. Although my dsis works in a&e so i did ask her to get me a test next time she is on shift ha (what he doesnt know wont hurt him)

@Minster2012 yes I approve! @ltay2 also check out Lindex for fun and bright babywear - in true Scando style they don't even separate the clothes out for boys/girls I think!
