So married at first sight. Funny story bout that, you know how I'm totally faulty right, well, after DH proposed cos I was dying (not just cos of that) we married 6 months later in dec, my chemo was every 3 weeks & was pretty sick so we didn't have a honeymoon straight away but a month later & thought "what can you do in the winter" having been on a trip of a lifetime when I was red is gnoses we did the sun thing before so we thought I know, skiing. Never skied. You can see where this is going. One day of training in Manchester I was amazing, he was ok. We get to chamonix, the most amazing romantic wooden ski lodge, all to ourselves, little wooden staircase. We had got an instructor, she lived next door with her mum, she was hot btw. We did a mornings instruction, all good, same next morning. Following afternoon she left sending us into another slope. I went down just after DH, I hit an ice patch, I started going quicker & quicker, I couldn't stop, I went past him, in his words, "like mr bean, arms flailing cartoon style" and I thought fuck. Couldn't stop, straight into the fence. Tore my ACL & the other side, completely trashed it. I was skiddowed up by mountain rescue. 2 operations a year apart later and now 5 years later it's still fucked. In my friends words when I do things I do it well 😂😆
But anyway...rest of our honeymoon I spent on my ass streaming & binge watching all the first couple of series of Married at first sight USA (you NEED to watch that) on crutches, and going up and down the small romantic stairs on my ass & pimping DH out to the sexy ski instructor every day AND NO SEX AFTER THAT POINT 😩🤦🏼♀️what a tit.
