It’s our first month of vaguely trying so I’m not convinced that it will obviously happen but despite that it’s dragging so much !
AF due 13 th !!

Ahh @Orlandoflorida1 sorry to hear that. I had a big temp drop this morning with af due tomorrow, so it looks like I’m out this month too 🙁 I think you count cd1 from the first day you need a pad/tampon.

@Orlandoflorida1 I believe it's the first day of full flow.

I had a my second day of temp drop today. My RHR has also dropped. AF will probably make an appearance tomorrow ☹️

@Amy259 it’s mixed online! I’ve always counted from when it really gets going I think which could be later today or maybe tomorrow!

Weird my temp hasn’t dropped back to what it was before I ovulated yet.

@Orlandoflorida1 yeah I log it in my apps as “spotting” if it’s just starting say at night before bed, then would say CD1 is the next day.

That is weird, do you have full af now?

At least it’s day 1 (or 0) so the start of a whole new rollercoaster and the end of 2ww hell :-) fingers crossed for this month, would be great to stay in touch for the next agonising 2ww. I’ve got a normal thermometer so going to give this BBT thing a go. I have no idea on when day one is sorry but will ask my fertility nurse friend now x

@LemonDrizzle44 sorry to hear! I had a big temp drop too and decided to take a test. There’s a vvvv faint line, so faint it’s hard to take a photo of, and could just be an indent or evaporate. So I feel no further forward but still expect af tomorrow.

I have always counted day one from full flow as I generally get a bit of spotting and then it stops and the full flow starts the day after. If not correct then I would love to know ☺️

Sorry to hear that ladies :( I’ve always read that the first full ‘flow’ day (ie not spotting) counts. As any spotting or brown blood is from your last cycle. Hope that helps. I normally spot first day but this time the witch came full force. Bitch! 🤣😔

My fertility nurse friend said full flow is day one, that’s what they tell the women in the clinic x

Well AF is in full flow now. At least I can get onto the next ovulation!

What ovulation kits do people use? The app I’m on wants me to test today to get LH baseline...surely it won’t want me to test everyday? It’s expensive!

@Orlandoflorida1 easy@home strips with the Premom app, cheap as chips! I tested every day for month one, then since then I start on cd10 (I don’t ovulate until 19/20) and test once a day until it starts to rise, then once I confirm with bbt I don’t really worry about testing LH again that cycle. Hope that helps?

Thank @Amy259 that’s the app I’ve been using but I didn’t have the Premom strips. Il have a look for them. I just uploaded pics of the strips I used no idea if that made any difference to the app!

@Amy259 I was going to order one step ones as they are cheaper, should I be uploading them under “other” on tests?

@Orlandoflorida1 not sure if links work here but that’s the box I bought. I think with the app, when you take a photo of the strips you need to select from the top tabs which type they are for accurate readings? But won’t make any difference to whether they look negative or positive in person I guess!

@Orlandoflorida1 thank you! I’m just back from work so did another cheap stick test (haven’t stopped thinking about the very faint line this morning) and I swear I see that second line again 😂 but maybe I’m just seeing things because I’m so hopeful!

@Amy259 I would feel exactly the same, it’s a rollercoaster and I have my fingers and toes crossed that the line gets darker, it’s still early as a day before your period.

@Sionemam the reviews on the strips I’m using are about 80% good, 20% bad, talking about false positives. So I feel like I’m still in limbo?! Even if I go buy CB from Tesco, surely I’d have to wait until the morning to test again? I’ll attach the photo - I swear that second line is there but I just don’t know whether or not to trust it 💔

@Amy259 I'm in the same boat. Took an IC yesterday morning - BFN. Then don't ask why but I took one later on last night, I saw a very very faint line appear, I took a picture of it and I could just make it out on the photo, 10 minutes later it disappeared- completely! I was googling and read lots of people saying similar and that it is usually because the hcg is too weak. Took a FRER this morning and a vvvvf faint line appeared. I'm trying not to get my hopes up, but I can't help it, they're already well and truly up! I keep thinking tomorrow I'll probably get a BFN! Really hope I am pregnant though and that ihave a sticky bean. Fingers crossed for you too! 🤞

I think I see the line, which means it's probably more noticeable in person. I think the frer is supposed to be more sensitive than the cb, could you maybe try one of those? Hoe many dpo are you?

This was mine last night. Very faint line which appeared within the time frame then 10 minutes later it was completely gone

@LetsD0ThisThing so so hard not to get your hopes up. I wouldn’t be able to get a FRER in a shop here would I? Think we can only get them online? And I’m not sure I’ve got the patience for that 😂 that’s amazing you got a line on it, what’s your next move? Another FRER tomorrow? I feel like whenever it happens for me I won’t believe it until a digital haha. I’m either 10 or 11dpo, so due af tomorrow or Wednesday.
