It’s our first month of vaguely trying so I’m not convinced that it will obviously happen but despite that it’s dragging so much !
AF due 13 th !!

@Trying4one they are quite low, but even diluted they should show when they’re positive - concentrate more on the lines in person than the actual numbers themselves (I’ve taken 3 photos of the same stick before in the same light at the same time and there were 3 diff values!).

If you can, test between 11am-4pm and aim for the same time every day with roughly the same level of fluid intake before and it won’t matter because you’ve kept those variables the same, so you’ll see the rise :)

@Trying4one I haven't used them personally so I'm maybe not the best to answer but I didn't want to read and run. I suppose it's hard to tell from a few days, if you're checking daily maybe you will start to see a difference in the lines as it comes closer to your fw/ov?

@Amy259 @LetsD0ThisThing Thank you. I shall continue doing it at the same time and hopefully it will increase closer to when I expect ovulation. I am just having a freak out after looking at other people's numbers 🤣

Mine land around 0.15-0.2 just before and after af, then head into the 0.3s closer to ov before peaking at 1+. And can vary lots depending on how much I’ve had to drink plus when I last peed too - I think the general rule is that you try and test around midday after a 2hr hold with normal amounts of fluid. But just as long as you do similar each day, I don’t think it’ll matter too much!

@LetsD0ThisThing - hi hun, no I haven’t today. I’ve been away on holiday for a few days so I was lucky to find a FRER in the shops the other day given how remote I am! However I’m heading home now, I’m going to do a strip test before dinner.
I felt like my period was on its way earlier as I felt a bit cramps but nothing so far, just whitish CM! Right nipple/boob is a tad sensitive. The tiredness this week could just be down to being on holiday and keeping my 3rd year old and her bestie occupied!

Not looking like a BFP at the moment.... today is DPO12 / CD33, period due Sunday apparently.

Previous pregnancies this year I got faint lines at DPO11 so I feel like I'm comparing.

So my blood disappeared so took a test- what do you think?

Okay! So today would be 13DPO or day 1 pf AF cycle. My periods vary between 25 to 28 cycles. So I’ll re test on Monday to be sure. With my other 2 pregnancies - I tested 1 week later and they came up blazing BFP

Tested again this morning and negative!

I just hope AF arrives at some point! I’ve always had such irregular cycles and breast feeding doesn’t fill me with confidence xx

CD5 for me, not feeling very confident after my cp😔 I need to refrain from testing too early this month - easier said than done!

@LetsD0ThisThing thank you!! I know how you feel, I tested at 6dpo and 9dpo...expecting to see a positive result and got upset when I didn’t!! Madness! Definitely try and hold off until at least 10/11 dpo! I got my first very faint line At 10dpo!

How is everyone? How's your cycle going?

@Trying4one I am only cd10 today. I have started using the easy at home opk sticks amd app, I've no idea if I'm doing it right but it seems to have been creeping up very slightly the 3 days I've been testing, so I'm hoping by around cd14 I'll see my spile! I have been reading about the SMEP, I don't think it's any different from what we all do anyway to be fair, bd regularly and even more during peak fertility window. How are you doing? You're a little ahead of me in your cycle I think?

@LetsD0ThisThing yeah I am cd14. I have been using the easy@home strips and my levels were low and not creeping up at all and all of a sudden today I have had a big spike. So wondering if I will ovulate today or tomorrow. I was so happy when I saw the spike 🤣 I have read about smep too. I try to BD 2 to 3 times in my fertile period and then planning an extra time the day after ovulation and keeping all fingers crossed. I am tempted to keep my feet warm (as I have heard that helps 🤣)
