Ttc baby number 2, second month trying - had a chemical pregnancy last cycle :(
Anyways I'm 2DPO! Would love to symptom share and see if anyone else is ttc around the same time as me! :)

Thanks @Louisa199. We BD’d on the 5th, 6th, 7th and 8th (positive OPK on the 7th and temp rise on the 8th) so hoping we managed to cover all bases

Have promised DH I won’t test again until Wednesday now, so fingers crossed then! I’m not convinced though, my chart with my daughter was so clear that temp was rising slightly still at this point whereas although it rose for ovulation this time it hasn’t gone up like it did before my last bfp. @somanystars I've been really quiet on here as have been away for the weekend and also desperately trying not to obsess too much this TWW! Anyway, I also have a short LP. It's 10 days, and always has been. I fell pregnant with DS easily so it didn't affect things there but it is stressing me out whilst we ttc#2!

This month I've been taking 100mg B6, a B Complex and also Vit C. All are supposed to help lengthen it. I'll let you know if it's worked at all. I'm 7DPO today, so AF should be here on Friday following my usual LP pattern. Hoping it will have stretched the LP out by even a day! An 11 day LP would make me happy, a 12 day LP would be amazing!

@MummyOfZog Hope you had a good weekend away! This whole TWW business is really exhausting. Like, I knew it'd be frustrating but I really do find it draining as well in a way I wasn't expecting to! I was looking forward to it at the beginning of the cycle because I thought I'd just be excited about maybe having symptoms... now realising I misjudged slightly 🤦🏻‍♀️

Reassuring to hear that you didn't have problems with your first, though! Yes, please do let me know - it's occurred to me to Google ways of lengthening LP although I haven't done it yet and thought maybe I would if I feel like it's having an impact. Feel like I take so many supplements already though!

Update - my "not sure if I'm imagining it" breast pain has become a definite bruised feeling, mostly on the sides. 🤔 I've also had a headache all day which went away with painkillers and then came back when they wore off which is unusual for me - normally if I have a headache a couple of paracetamol just get rid of it. And I've been so tired I ended up napping for an hour or so around midday.

Part of me is thinking that this must be something as I never ever have sore boobs this early and that's two days in a row of afternoon naps which, again, rarely happens; but then another part of me is thinking of the dozens of forums I've read of people thinking the exact same thing about their symptoms only to be caught out by AF! Confusing stuff!

@somanystars bruised feeling sides of boobs and afternoon naps were my main two symptoms!

Just got into my pj's, the bit around my nipples (can't remember their name) is noticeable bigger... I quite like(d) my small nipples. Trying to be positive that it's definitely happening!!

God knows what's going on with my body!! I'm now in CD 72 haven't had a period since the 7th of June. According to all my Pregnancy tests I aren't Pregnant! Partner lives long distance and We'd hoped our get together in July was timed right. I thought I'd ovulated the day before because I'd had ovulation pains for a few days. Then I had pains around a week or so later and thought they were settling in pains. Took some tests and they were negative but decided to wait a few more days because I was feeling nauseous and my boobs were painful plus I had a milky type discharge too. Then the discharge completely went and I thought my period was coming. Lots of cramping and horrendous lower back pains. Period didn't come but I was still getting really bad pains lower left side of tummy and lower left side of my back. Took a urine sample to the Docs thinking I had a kidney infection. No nothing there sample is perfectly clear. I also had the same pains before I found out I was Pregnant last time but with the tests coming back negative each time I ruled that one out. OH came over again last Thursday but due to a cock up with his Depot not getting stock in at the correct time and having 2 more deliveries before he came to me 120 miles away our time was limited otherwise he would have gone over his driving hours and had to pull his tacho card out mid way back and so we were only able to manage a little fore play but nothing else. Went to the toilet shortly after he'd left and the tissue was covered in ewcm like absolutely tons of it. Did an ovulation test later that night and got a blazing positive which according to femometer was the highest it could be at 200% pains continued for a few more days and then moved onto my right side for a day or so. Took another couple of ovulation tests and they've started to fade. What's confusing me is surely once the egg hasn't fertilised then it's shed out with the lining of the womb through a period. How can I of ovulated each time but not had a period afterwards! And why do I keep getting stabby pinching pulling pains all the time. These are my ovulation tests

@Lozz22 I’m sorry, that sounds so frustrating! I’ve had similarly annoying cycles in the past with the same thing with OPKs. With my first I ended up sticking all the OPKs in a little notebook with the cd next to them and showed up at the doctors with it beginning them to help! I did end up getting a load of blood tests and internal scan, then typically fell pregnant the next month!

I’m convinced I’m out this month. I know the whole not out till AF but I’m just convinced. My temps rose after ovulation but have been static since, between 36.40-36.50 for the past 10 days since ovulation. With my daughter you could see the rise after implantation which I haven’t got at all. Also have no other symptoms!! With my second pregnancy I didn’t have any symptoms either and wasn’t temping as we weren’t really ‘trying’ (just not preventing!) but I just have such a strong feeling it’s not my month. I’ll be 12DPO tomorrow so going to test then I think.

Hi everyone, my clear blue BFP must've been a
False positive because I tested today at 10dpo with a frer and got a BFN 😭

So gutted, I have so many symptoms I just really thought I was. I had a miscarriage in June and can't stop thinking how far along I'd be and it's so depressing.

@Welliedays Oh that's exciting to hear!! 8DPO today, still got the bruised feeling and having the most crazy vivid dreams - I often do anyway but these almost remind me of the ones I used to have when I was taking SSRIs. Very long and vivid. And scary, unfortunately 😭 Woke up during the night in a panic from one of them as thought there were wasps on me and I have a huge phobia. But then went back to sleep and had another (different) nightmare!

I've heard that larger and darker areolas can be a symptom, I think they do go back to normal though 😊

@octobersky19 Ah no, I'm sorry to hear that. But at 10DPO it's still early, I know it's difficult but try not to count yourself out completely!

@octobersky19 10dpo is still early so maybe have another go in 48 hours. I’m 12dpo (ish) today and got BNF this morning again. As I was wait for it to develop I started spot bleeding, pink and watery. But when I got in the shower a few hours later appeared To have gotten quite a bit darker. No cramps or anything, no warning and three days early as AF not due till Friday. Think I’m going to have to give up on this cycle. I had a MC in June aswell and my last period was so light, literally just spotting for 2 and half days and if this is early AF feel like it’s going to be another light one aswell. I understand how devastating seeing that one lonely line is but we can only keep testing and trying. X

@Sohe I know I'm testing too early, think I've become a POAS addict!! I had a positive opk, which is strange but I also know this could mean AF is about to show.

Trying not to get ahead of myself, I've still got a chance it's just soooo disheartening

Tested today at 12DPO and BFN, not even a shadow of a line. Counting myself out this month, just waiting for AF to show now.

I caved and tested this morning FMU 9DPO - BFN.... so very stark white and BFN! meh!

9dpo is still very early @mummyofzog, even if you implanted early your levels might not be high enough to be picked up on a test yet

@Welliedays I know... it is early. But as I've got a 10day LP usually, it's nearly the end of the wait for me, so does make me feel my chances are lower now. Fingers crossed for tomorrow!

@MummyOfZog I'm in the exact same boat as you, short LP and all! Kept staring at the test this morning willing a line to materialise haha. It was my first time using a FRER so I was hoping it was going to be a lucky one!! Felt quite down for a while (even though I know 9DPO is early and frankly there's a chance I'm only 8DPO) but picked up a bit this afternoon. We're not out til we're out!

11dpo and still negative, counting myself out this month.

10DPO here - BFN again today. I only ever test up to 10DPO as AF should arrive tomorrow, so now I won't test again unless no AF by Monday. I've even got DH to hide my stash of tests so I'm not tempted!

Af can show up any time from Sunday - Thursday for me and I won’t test until I’m late this month so have at least until Friday to wait! Such a long wait!

I’m currently 2DPO, I suffer with PCOS and have been on Metfomin for 4 months now and last month I had my first ovulating cycle, 28days. This month my cycle is a little longer but ovulated. Hoping me and my hubby have done enough to conceive. Has @anyone else found with PCOS is up and down. I’ve had my peak but test doesn’t seem to be going low.

Sorry I meant has anyone else with PCOS noticed the LH level going up and down.
