Ladies the thread got too big so I have started a new one hope you don't mind, I will cart the list and the tonnes of baby dust over in a minute.......................

OP posts:
FoghornLeghorn · 16/10/2007 14:20

Forgot to change it from Date of Conception to 1st day of last period - DER!
Just checked and if I get a BFP I'll be due 25th June. AAARRGGGGG why did I do that,I just want to know now

Bucky2007 · 16/10/2007 14:27

Wow, congratulations Loonytunes, how exciting. This is a v. lucky thread. Last month I can recall about 2 BFPs! Have you got your graduation outfit ready for going up to your new thread?

Shazza2002 · 16/10/2007 14:27

Ahhh, June is a lovely time to have a baby, what am I talking about, anytime is lovely.

Just ate a crunchie and it's not Friday so that may have something to do with it

Meglet · 16/10/2007 14:38

Congrats looney!

kirstygem I did conceive my DS the month I started doing handstands after bd-ing. But it was mainly because my cervix is a bit faulty and very tight so I figured the little swimmers needed gravity to get through.

Shazza2002 · 16/10/2007 14:45

I wish I could perform a handstand at any time, let alone after sex

libralady · 16/10/2007 15:12

Congratulations Har and Looney I am so for you both.
Let's hope we are in for another avalanche of BFPs. Now on CD21 and have had quite tender boobs for the last few days and a metallic taste in my mouth whenever I try to eat anything. Here's hoping...........

spookykitty · 16/10/2007 15:13

WHOOOOOOOOOOOOOOHOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO

I go away for a mornign and we get another BFP

Looneytune - congratulations to you (a little bit too) but well done heres to a good 9 months for you and the little bean

Foghorn - your restraint is too good I would have caved in by now.

Meglet - pmsl at the handstands!

Ladylush - how are you today cycle buddy?

Been getting the DDs photos taken this morning (trauma might get one half decent one if v lucky) then to a little 2nd birthday tea for DD2's boyfriend, both girls sleeping shattered now and spaced out on chocolate. CD13 here getting close, had a very TMI moment last night, it's gross so be warned. Wen to pee just before shower and there was this long erm trail of gunk coming from my nether regions about 10cms long either it's EWCM or it could be erm the products of the previous nights BDing IYSWIM but surely that would have all gone as it was a full 24 hours later. Not much happening EWCM wise today, forgot to keep pee for opk test when I got in so have to wait for next natural pee (can't drink too much either) I reckon tomorrow is O day, DP not back until 8pm tonight so will have to jump on him anyway.

Oh someone on the ttc after mc board have a 7 week scan and there were 2 in there 7+2 and 7+3 thats amazing!

TheMuppetMuggle · 16/10/2007 15:21

Just popping my head in ladies

Thanks to you all i've made my mind up and i'm very clear on what i want.

Congrats to all you with BFP

* Baby Dust*

scorpio1 · 16/10/2007 15:21

looney- congrats!

spookykitty · 16/10/2007 15:22

hey muppet glad you are sorted in your head, erm do you want us to take you off the ttc list (just for the time being mind ) you'll be missed though so keep popping your head in.

digitalgirl · 16/10/2007 15:31

I so want to be part of the new spate of BFPs . But having to resist testing till Saturday. I am doing the right thing by waiting, aren't I?

spookykitty · 16/10/2007 15:40

yes you are DG

libralady · 16/10/2007 15:48

MM
Glad you know what you want. Good luck to you girl.
Hope it goes well

Har · 16/10/2007 15:51

Looney - congratulations ! So many graduates, and still half the month to go. This has to be a lucky thread for all of us!

Thanks Pixie! How's everything with you? Gearing up to pee on some ovulation sticks?!

Thanks Libra too! Your symptoms are sounding exciting. Have you had metallic mouth other cycles?

Thanks Muppet - good you feeling better. You did such a brave, and from it sounds like right, thing. Hope all goes really well with the new guy. Great he's so lovely!

Kirsty - I was awful with the legs in the air thing (balance has never been my strong point ) and went for a wee quite soon after bding even though it says you should wait ten minutes or so. Read somewhere that the sperm will get there with or without loo trips and raised legs. No harm in doing it though. V impressed by Meglet's (necessary) handstands though . I'm more like Sandy in Grease when she does that pathetic 'cartwheel'. I always took comfort from her...

Foghorn - looks like you'll end up waiting then! (Hate Royal Mail, my little brother isn't going to get his birthday card .) But if you cave in (like we all do in the end!) and get a BFN then just remember it's early and you have no idea how long your natural cycles are. Good luck! (My first cycle after pill was 29 days so just a day out).

MissusH - falter away!

DG - no sign of AF yet? These cramps are confusing. But you've had them for a while now so that makes me hopeful.

TheMuppetMuggle · 16/10/2007 15:57

Thanks Girls

SK Do take me off list for now please
but i will pop my head in

libralady · 16/10/2007 16:10

Har

I admit I did have a metallic taste in my mouth last month, but then discovered so did DH. We think it from a new saucepan we were using and hadn't been rinsed thoroughly before using it one night. This time, the taste seems to be in my mouth at breakfast time, which I eat at work (buy toast from the canteen) so not real contact with anything suspicious (sp?) unless you count the toaster. This has happen the last two mornings!

Har · 16/10/2007 16:16

Libra - lol at saucepan (though bit scary!), last month I saw a very very disgusting art exhibition and felt sick after seeing it. Refused to connect it to the hideousness I'd just seen. No, it was my delicate pregnant stomach . But innocent toast from work? Three mornings in a row? Sounds good!

ladylush · 16/10/2007 17:02

Congrats Looney - brill news [smiled]

Sk - the long dangly thing was ewcm I'm sure. Was it clear in colour? Decided not to bother with opks this month. Have been getting jiggy a fair bit so hope it pays off (not that I didn't enjoy it, but you know what I mean ).

Screaminglips · 16/10/2007 17:06

hiya...can i join?? ....(im Biglips but my nickname is a halloween one)

ive had my coil taken out TODAY - and ive got a bit of a sore belly!!...so we are gonna go for baby no 2...my DD is an Oct 04 baby.

and its all getting scary!!!

spookykitty · 16/10/2007 17:12

ladylush - I thought it was more likely to be EWCM especially as it was a full 24 hours after BDing, more cloudy than anything didn't stare too long at it yuck! Peed on opk an hour ago negative. I wasn't going to bother with opks but bought some on ebay anyway I'm so rubbish.

screaming lips - course you can join us but be warned this is a lucky thread loads of BFPs, I have a July 04 baby (not so much a baby now), do you wait for your first AF beofre ttc after the coil comes out?

07mumstheword · 16/10/2007 17:17

Welcome screaminglips I've added you to the list at CD1 but as and when your AF appears we can change it.

I took paracetamol when I had my coil removed and cramps didn't last more than a few hours. Hope yours go quicky too.

Thanks everyone

i went to the Family planning clinic where i had the mirena coil fitted in 04 and went back today and they took it out..i didnt realised that they are big!! !!!

well i havent got a clue about when ttc after the coil had been taken out?? as ive started a thread when do we starting ttc?

what does CD1 means? as on here seems to be all in morsecode to me!!!

fairysnuff · 16/10/2007 18:12

Oh my goodness!
Yeah for you BSL
Your post 'OMFG I'm Pregnant' made me !!

So pleased for you
But I want one too

That's it I am going to test tommorrow and get another BFN but I don't care.
My cycle was sooooo long last month 41 days.
So testing is futile but I just can't wait.
Besides, I found a cheap ebay test and it is just simply screaming at me to be dipped in pee (strange thing) so I guess I will just have to oblige.
Just to put it out of it's misery you understand, it being all alone now and feeling inferior to my posh pee on stick.
