@Chlo2701 yes so mine starts to raise when I'm heading into FW I get a spike the day I ovulate and then it goes down straight after then back up again towards end of cycle hang on will send last months x

@Chlo2701 ignore the green bit that's not my fertile window it hasn't got used to cycle, but as you can see it starts to raise then has a sharp rise then drop thays the day I ovulated x

@AnxiousAnnie86 yes I see what you're saying. I find it so interesting, I've started following a thread on here about it , so just trying to get my head around it all & understand it, as everyone's chart is unique to themselves, but there's definitely a pattern with having a rising HR after OV & BFP if that makes sense. Sorry I'm so shit at explaining things in msgs, but hopefully you know what I'm trying to say. Can we keep posting our charts to each other every week on here to keep each other updated X

@Chlo2701 of course, mines a bit erratic at mine but tends to settle around now so hopefully I will start seeing a pattern, breathing rate does the same pattern too generally x

Question! How on earth are you supposed to get accurate readings on bbt or temp in this obscene heat! Thank goodness ovulation week hasn't been this week or I would of been out for damned sure!!!!

How are you all doing in this heat! Sleeping is a BIG issue, coming into FW and I bloody hope it gets cooler, can't be DTD in this haha! @AnxiousAnnie86 I'm trying to do bbt but I'm a bit more relaxed this cycle about it and I know it does make a big jump up so I will know once ovulated.

I'm cycle day 10, decided to start with the clear blue today. I've started a new pack so a new holder so circle was blank of course. I have a few sticks left from my previous pack can I use them in this holder?

@Chlo2701 I've been interested in the rhr and had a look at the thread on here. I'm not sure if mine follows any pattern I will have to have a look and work out when I ovulated and AF to see if it does.

Still going on the book- I've been reading a little bit here and there and skipping to chapters I want to read. See picture- I guess a multi vitamin would contain some vit D. I've never had my thyroid checked maybe that's something they would do if I have to go back for bloods.
. it is has different plans for different stages of TTC and gives you options of things to take supplement wise. Talks about the coq10 a lot, also vitamin C and E. going to read up about the diets next x

First cycle ttc #2. Wondering if anyone knows more than I do re ovulating. So going by the clue app my fertile window was from last Thursday ending yesterday. We DTD last Friday, Sunday and yesterday. Could this work? I guess I’m not sure because surely the best time would have been mon or tues? Maybe I’m wrong...

Do you use OPKs or bbt at all? I found when I used an app first time it was not accurate at all so it just depends if you did actually ovulate then.
Checking symptoms too like CM and if you had any ovulation pains.

@Blossom428 - thank you! Yes I used the clear blue ones - Monday night was a static smiley face, as was Tuesday night. But yesterday I tested again after work and it was an empty circle. Which is confusing because I thought you ovulated AFTER you get the smiley? I did have CM a few days ago too which was exactly how I've seen it described in some of these threads.

Tbh I have never tested again after I had got my positive static smile, as this shows the clear rise in hormones and then I track bbt which then showed I ovulated that day. @abitfunny
You can get pregnant from 5days prior to ovulating so you have just as much of a chance!

Fingers crossed for you... now in the 2WW. We will be in there soon, hopefully next week.

@abitfunny welcome!! Yes so once you've had your 48 hour static smiley you stop testing as it would go baxk negative after that, you will ovulate at some point during that static smiley x

Another blank circle for me today. Hoping I get something soon as last time I had 5 flashing smilies too!!

@Blossom428 I did do a cheapie though as I have a few in drawer and it's getting dark r, I don't think it looks like im still ten days away....

That's very dark for 10 days away!! Do you usually get it like that?
I might try an IC today too.

@Blossom428 it's actually darker then it looks there too! No I normally start getting darker about five days out! I'm praying for an early one! We are away from Sunday for a few days which puts me at 14 dpo! So even if ovulate on Sunday it would be a really good time 😂 yeah do a cheapie and lemme see haha x

@AnxiousAnnie86 oooo that sounds promising. But strange that it's not been picked up by clear blue.

I've just done one and I've got a faint line, but mine usually change quite quickly, I've never had a full positive on an IC I think but I know when it's nearly there. I'm stopping my vitamin B for a couple of days as I know it can delay it. I did that last time and then I ovulated. I don't know why I don't have a flashing smiley though. Might start DTD every other day now though just in case

@Blossom428 i think I will get flashing tomorrow, I've never had a flashing before two days of testing I always get two blank circles at least, I think that's normal for getting the baseline. I probably won't ovulate early and am just getting my hopes up! I'm taking vitamin D everyday now as the ones in my prenatals are hardly anything x

4DPO over here - luckily I've had a really busy week at work so I've been distracted so far but I expect I'll end up down loads of Google black holes this weekend!

Thank god I finally ovulated on Monday as my DP had a dartboard delivered that night and I've not seen him since!

@Blossom428 still a blank circle for me 😩😩 Cd13 think they hopes of ovulating early are slipping away as I normally get at least six flashing x
