@AnxiousAnnie86 I spoke to a gynae registrar at work 🙈🙈🙈 she seemed very unworried. Said people do often miss a period. I don’t know why but I. Just jump to worst case scenario. How old is your current little one? My daughter is 5 is dec and I think her starting school has triggered my stress and hormones massively

@WaitingForEgg I do the same!!!! I always think th worst, it could just be a freaky long cycle! I would take opks everyday and then at least you know you won't miss another

She's 13 and a half now 😱😱 not a baby at all! And here we are trying to go again! Madness I tell you!!!! X

That's really frustrating @WaitingForEgg .. but yeah just track ovulation and hopefully it will happen soon!! Try to do things to take your mind off it and relax (easier said than done)

@AnxiousAnnie86 I'm all good thank you, 9dpo now- last cycle I had spotting that began today and AF arrive properly tomorrow, so we shall see. No symptoms at all so defo not expecting anything.

@Blossom428 I'm okay! Nothing to report here, Cd6.... so long wait of nothing ahead!!! I'm annoyed Cos I wanted to take my soy a day earlier this month, and take 2-6 so I didn't know when to count my first cycle day as, as I came on at like 11 at night, so I counted the next day but think it may of been too late, I think that's why my ovulation is happening later.....

Fingers crossed no spotting for you? Have you temped this month? Or any symptoms it's coming? Xx

@WaitingForEgg yes, the reason they go with 90 days is because that's when the risk of endometrial cancer begins to increase (old blood laying around for too long) so they would give you something to trigger a fake bleed.

Stress is a major factor, this year my cycles have been majorly more out of whack than normal because of job stress and Covid (I'm a musician so the whole situation is just horrendous job-wise right now). I think people don't realise how much the chemicals we release when we are stressed can interfere with and block the hormones we need to have a proper cycle.
And I think what @AnxiousAnnie86 said previously has to be true - about bodies refusing to accept a pregnancy if they feel in any way insecure or unstable. Some animals, including dogs, can even gestate for longer if they're threatened, so it would make sense that human bodies can refuse to take a fertilised egg if they are under stress.

So somehow we all have to magically relax and it'll all be fine.... 😂🤣😱

@TheOrangeMonster that's what my reflexologist said she said it's a massive massive factor, hence people who aren't thinking about it magically get pregnant, she said periods are delayed by stress because your body is preparing for "flight" and a period is treated as a luxury.... same with pregnancy.... I am going to try my best to be stress free this month! Which won't happen....

Ahhh yes, I'm the same when it comes to knowing which day to actually count as day 1 @AnxiousAnnie86 ... so did you take your soy the day after your counted as day 1? And then again today? I really hope you don't get a late ov again!! Frustrating how long it can go on for. I feel a bit lucky in terms of having shorter cycles, but then I don't know if that's why nothing is happening!!

I haven't temped this month apart from to confirm ov, and then I did actually temp this morning just to see how it was as I'm on Cd9, and it was still high which is a good sign. But I'm really not reading into it, and taking it as a positive extra day LP if anything!

Hey ladies!! Sorry I'm currently away so haven't been active. @Chlo2701 I'm so sorry to hear your news!! Not much I can say will make it better but my currently pregnancy is after a loss, I didnt have a period in-between so hope that gives you a little positivity!

@TheOrangeMonster hi yes I am TTC my first. This is the 2nd month of trying and I am CD5.
I have a endocrine consultant due a health condition I have and he even said to not bother with testing with my ovulation and I am better of just BD 2 to 3 times a week. I think it was to make sure I am not putting myself under stress. I have enough stress in my life from family issues 🤦

@Blossom428 yeah so I counted first full day as CD1 so started day after, I think next month I will stop soy..... I'm just so so worried it'll go back to not ovulating until into the cd30s!! However the earliest I've ever ovulated was cd17 and I wasnt using soy then! So just think next month I will stop and see what happens as I'm sure they are messing with hormones and making skin bad!!!

Yeah it would be amazing if you could push it back a few days!!! When does your spotting normally start! Mines like clockwork in the evening just before bed on 14dpo x

Hi ladies, I spoke to the doctor this morning and she was lovely but didn't seem concerned by my cycle. Said to do another HPT and if it's negative, to do a urine sample. Tested this morning and it was negative again so I'll take down a sample first thing. Bloody annoying. I know it's just my body messing about but I wish I knew why! Love to all x

@Spinksy9 thanks for the positivity but I'm not holding out much hope tbh, especially because it took 15months just to get pregnant. As everyone keeps telling me... what will be will be.
As I started bleeding Friday I need to class that as CD1, so I'm now CD7, so if I'm going to ovulate like I usually would, it would be around next wknd sometime. I'm going to keep an eye on my RHR & see what that does. I keep checking in to see if anyone has a BFP! Surely we've got to be due one from one of you ladies soon!! Xx

No bfps on the horizon from me! I'm only Cd6!!! Just holding out hope for an earlier ovulation for once! XX

Af arrived today 🙈 42 day cycle but I guess at least it came. I feel weirdly relieved (even though I would obviously prefer to be pregnant)

@WaitingForEgg wahooooooooo!!!!! At least you know where you are at now!!! Sometimes I have a bitch of a cycle like that! This last one was 41 days!!! X

Looking at last cycle it actually started cycle day 10, so tomorrow. I've had nothing today or not feeling that AF is going to turn up. We shall see!

No spotting for me as of yet.... which is a good sign for LP. But defo no other symptoms. Not even sore boobs which I usually get before AF. Strange!

How's things going with you @Spinksy9 When's your first scan?

Anddddd I just did a test... don't know why, middle of the day when I've just drank loads of water and almost certain I'm out this month anyways.
But still a BFN 🤦🏽‍♀️ dunno why I do it to myself!

@Blossom428 10DPO would be super early in middle of the day! But either way least you have no Af yet!!!! That's great news for your LP

@Blossom428 I had my booking appointment yesterday so scan date should be sent through soon. The sickness has stopped but the nausea is so frustrating!
Testing has us all going crazy! I tested for 3 weeks after my BFP 🤣

Oooh that's exciting!! @Spinksy9 glad the sickness has stopped, although sometimes feeling sick is worse as there is no release! Hope that slows down as you are coming into your 2nd trimester!!

Where is everyone else at? I've totally lost track!!! I'm Cd8 today, going to start testing with clear blue ovulation Tuesday hopefully won't be waiting ten days for a flashing this month!!! X

@AnxiousAnnie86 I am 7dpo today, sore chest last few days but discomfort reduced a bit yesterday and today, feel it more at night time. No dizziness or CM or anything so far like I had with my chemical 2 months ago but who knows I suppose. Not overthinking it this month. How is everyone else getting on? What stage are you all at? .

@Chlo2701 when I had my chemical 2 months ago I read that you are more fertile for the next 3-6 months after one.

@WaitingForEgg so glad AF showed up and you are on to another new cycle, get the ovulation strips out :)

@Blossom428 sorry about the BFN, but you can't rule yourself out yet it was SMU and only 10dpo. You never know!! Are you going to test again or just wait and see if AF shows up?

Brown spotting has just started, so AF will probably make a full appearance tomorrow! Least I'll have an 11 day LP this cycle which is classed as normal 🙌🏼🙌🏼 not too disheartened this month though as I didn't have much hope on DTD only a few days before ov.

@AnxiousAnnie86 I'm CD9 today, as started counting CD1 as the day I started bleeding.woukd be good if we ovulate around the same time. I've finally stopped bleeding so think I'm going to get myself some sexy time tonight😉
@Mamainmaking1 a few people have said about being more fertile, I really hope it's true but I'm not holding out much hope if I'm honest, especially as @AnxiousAnnie86 is still trying a year after her loss😢 TTC really does make us feel so shit sometimes.
I hope all you ladies are having a good wknd, I'm currently not the garden drinking a gin, off to the pub with the OH for a few ciders in abit, while my 14, nearly 15yr old looks after my 10yr old. The bonus of having older kids hey!😃 then I'm going to come home & stuff my face with a big fat chinese🐷xx
