BBT chart help please

I had a CP at 5+3 last month and now my cycle is all out of sync. I have only been temping 2 months and I’m honestly clueless at what the below is telling me.. I’ve been using OPKs twice a day and had high readings since CD11 and 2 peak readings a few days apart. Has anyone ever experienced similar? FF has no idea when ovulation occurred and Femometer has changed about 3 times and after putting my temp in this morning has changed my ovulation from CD14 to CD25.

I have no idea when to expect AF because one app says 27th July, another says 6th August and another says 9th August.

Any advice or thoughts would be hugely appreciated. Thank you x

@Littlebee1990 I can see it BUT these tests are horrendous for evaps so I wouldn't trust it unless you also get a line on a FRER or something else with a pink dye. Fingers crossed this is it though!

Eeek, that's exciting @Littlebee1990! I can see it too and I'm rubbish at seeing lines. Do you have a FRER or IC you can use with pink dye?

@Juno231 @Tink2019 Just been reading up and definitley gonna ignore the test, sounds like lots of people have had similar! Ordered some FRER so will try them late this week!

BFN on a FRER this morning! Stupid CB test. Really hope AF shows soon then 😔

How's everyone else doing? @Tink2019 @Juno231? You guys must be close to testing? I'm 5dpo and woke with really bad AF type cramping last night, I ended up having to take paracetamol which is unusual for me.

Oh I'm sorry @Littlebee1990 - could be too early though? I'm sure I read that even with those tests some women won't get a positive until after AF was due...

That sounds positive @ARIO 🤞🏻 My temp went back up today (but not to pre dip levels) so definitely had that estrogen surge @Juno231 - never had that before so thinking the soy isoflavones may have had something to do with it. Feel absolutely shattered today despite having 8 hours sleep...thank you progesterone!

Temp and RHR have dipped again so it’s not looking great, I’m 11DPO. Having a cycle this long is awful! Take me back to 28 day cycles!!

@Tink2019 that's good your temp when back up. Bloody progesterone has a lot to answer for!

@ARIO I'm 9dpo today. Temp has gone up again but RHR has plummeted so not sure what's going on. My tea tastes disgusting this morning so I'm trying not to get my hopes up!

@Juno231 oh I wondered what that orange line was! I don't know anything about rhr really. Good that temps still up though!

Still on track here but only 5dpo.

Morning @ARIO @Juno231 and @Littlebee1990, how are you all today? I've had another temp rise so it's back to where it was pre dip, but I think it might be a slightly questionable temp because I temped at normal time but had actually woken 3 hours before that and I don't think I was in the deepest sleep for those 3 hours. Will just have to see what happens tomorrow...in the TWW I'm always just waiting for tomorrow morning!!!

Mines also gone up ever so slightly, BFN on an IC this morning at 12DPO so pretty sure I’m out.. still not 100% confident about the ovulation dates though as my temps are a mess!

@Tink2019 morning, that looks great! Mine is still up at 6dpo. You're doing well not to test I'm planning to at 10dpo x

@Littlebee1990 how long are your cycles? You're not out yet, 12dpo is still early really x

@Littlebee1990 that's good it's not dropped again and 12dpo could be too early for some people - when is AF due? I don't normally test, I just wait for AF to rock up - tested last cycle though as we were going to the pub (for the first time in months of course) and found seeing a bfn very hard x

I’m usually 28 days but I had a early miscarriage last month and it’s messed my cycles up! My app says AF is due around 8th but it should’ve been 29th so this cycle will be around 40 days! X

@Littlebee1990 do you know how long your LPs are usually though?

I've had another high temp today and FF is saying my chart is starting to look triphasic - which is positive. BUT my RHR has plummeted again and that means AF is about to show so.... Also did a cheeky IC this morning at 10 DPO and it was stark white so pretty sure I'm out.

@Juno231 May well still be too early! Everything crossed for you. All my other cycles my LP has been 14-15 days (that’s the time between ovulation and AF right?) x

@Littlebee1990 ah so you still have time then. Although OD can change from cycle to cycle, LPs tend to stay pretty similar. Hopefully that hasn't been affected by your miscarriage.

Hey ladies, how are you all doing? Thought I'd share my chart with you...you may spot something a little different (and yep, I did the thing I never do and tested early as just had a feeling!). We're absolutely petrified and think I will be until the first scan 😬 I'm still keeping my fingers crossed for you all too 🤞🏻

Huge drop for me today so looking like AF will arrive as planned today or tomorrow but after my early miscarriage last month I guess it’s needed to reset everything x
