BBT chart help please

I had a CP at 5+3 last month and now my cycle is all out of sync. I have only been temping 2 months and I’m honestly clueless at what the below is telling me.. I’ve been using OPKs twice a day and had high readings since CD11 and 2 peak readings a few days apart. Has anyone ever experienced similar? FF has no idea when ovulation occurred and Femometer has changed about 3 times and after putting my temp in this morning has changed my ovulation from CD14 to CD25.

I have no idea when to expect AF because one app says 27th July, another says 6th August and another says 9th August.

Any advice or thoughts would be hugely appreciated. Thank you x

@Littlebee1990 That looks good now! Still above coverline and a dip around 5DPO isn't uncommon due to oestrogen spikes :)

@ARIO I see your concern but would say to hold off for one more day before worrying! A temp rise only indicates ovulation has happened if you have three sustained high temps in a row - you're one short of that and with a positive OPK today I wouldn't be surprised if you had a big dip tomorrow for actual ovulation. Please tag me again tomorrow so can have another look at the chart then?

@Littlebee1990 ah yes thanks, very similar situation. I'm just relieved I've finally got a positive opk even if it is a week later than I thought. How long are your cycles usually?

@Littlebee1990 sorry just read back through messages. 28-30 same as me. The whole situation is very similar. I'm a 28 day cycle. Got my peak reading cd13 but didn't ov and now seems I'm gearing up to ov cd20/21. Not sure why so late this month!

@ARIO Usually 28-30 but I had a early miscarriage last month and now looking like I’ll have a 40 day cycle ergh

Oh yes sorry to hear that. Fx this month we get bfps. I'm taking vit b6 this month too which might have affected things. When are you planning to test? X

@ARIO After the heartbreak of last month I won’t test early, if AF doesn’t arrive on 8th August I’ll test then. How about you? X

@Ario I was thinking of starting Vit B6 next cycle if this one doesn't pan out. I ovulated 5 days later than last cycle this time round and my post O temps are really low so have been doubting my chart too...

@Juno231 what CD are you? I usually ov around cd14 but with vitb6 this month it's over a week later!

@ARIO I ovulated CD17 in the end (I think...) which is the latest I've ever ovulated since starting to track. Got my pos OPK same day as FF has registered ovulation!

Haha are you sure you update the temp as well as it's the same as before? Use that website sparingly btw, it's not 100% accurate but I like it for days when I know my temp is completely out of line or affecting my crosshair. Definitely to be taken with a pinch of salt and to be assessed for reasonableness

Oops @Juno231 I've become very reliant on that website during lockdown as seem to be waking up very early then very late!! 🙈

I've been taking B6 this cycle too, but only after I had O confirmed a few days ago @ARIO - I'm sure I read on forums somewhere that others found it pushed O back if taken earlier in the cycle. Maybe try after O only next time?

@Juno231 as resident BBT guru (bet that's the title you always wanted!), have posted this on another thread and we think my O date may have been CD18 rather than 15, what do you think?? Either way both are ridiculously early for me so putting that down to the soy isoflavones - will defo use them next cycle if no impact on LP.

@Tink2019 that's interesting to know. I'll do that next month!

I'd say cd18 too. You have the positive opks before hand as well as the slight ov dip in temperature before spike.. @Juno231 is the pro though!

The temps are so borderline it's very frustrating - but taking ewcm and opk into account I'd say CD18 as well! Is your chart setting set to advanced rather than FAM as that should take cm and OPKs into account?

@Juno231 I switched it from advanced to FAM (no idea what the difference is, but saw it recommenced) yesterday and it didn't make a difference to the chart - just switched it back and still saying CD15 for O. BUT, just unmarked my CD10 abnormal temp (went to bed and woke up with a migraine so assumed that why temp spiked) incase that was throwing it off and now it's showing O as CD18... reckon this is probably correct?!

@Tink2019 yes that looks good! Tbh I find a lot of this charting malarkey is just tweaking it until it agrees with your own thoughts 😅

I've attached my chart from this month. Says I ovulated same day as my peak OPK but my OPKs were so weird and erratic last week and my temp increase so low that I'm doubting all of it tbh.

@ARIO what's the update? :) mine has shot up today so I feel a lot more comfortable that I did indeed ovulate on Sunday.

Morning! @Juno231 mines dipped slightly but not back to where it was. Opk has gone from blaring positive yesterday pm to negative this morning so perhaps I ovd overnight?

@Juno231 that's good your temps have shot up, sounds like we both definite O'd on Sunday...now to ride the awful TWW!

@ARIO I reckon you O'd last night - hopefully your temp will go up tomorrow which would be a good indicator.
