Hi all

I joined your last group so thought I’d say hello again! My AF is due 5th August so next Wednesday. I think I got a faint positive this morning on a savers cheapie. I’ve attached a pic. Let me know what you think. This is cycle 2 of ttc baby 3.

@Kaybobx this is what I bought to surprise hubby when the time comes (let's hope it doesn't age and go yellow before I get to give it to him lol). I am trying to find a gift box that it will fit nicely in but not having any freaken joy lol!!

@candycrush2298 ok so my peak is defo right now haha!! Its got even darker and I've put it in the easy@home app which has stated peak. This is the first blazing positive I've ever had! I'm guessing its because ive been using those cheap ebay strips previously. My opk yesterday and today were the same colour so assumed peak as thats as dark as i get.
Hubby is in bed, im going to have to wake him in abit when i go up 🤣🤣 he won't mind lol.

@Kaybobx awwww you think? Knowing him he will play it cool as he never knows how to act so he gets awkward so he will likely be like oh thank goodness now we don't have to BD 3 days in a row anymore 😂😂😂 but his face I think his face will be priceless it will be complete shock and excitement.

@candycrush2298 im so annoyed I've been using those cheapies all this time. The easy@home are amazing! I did both this evening and the cheapie is just the same colour and both lines quite light. The easy@home at home it's blazing! Thanks so much for the recommendation 😊
Lets just hope we've done enough! I'll wake him when i go to bed but defo won't get to BD tomorrow as i won't be home until late. Ekkk.

I've been creative tonight (hahaha) and made a wee cycle tracker. Yes I use glow, but I like visual journals where I can stick down my OPKs..... sad eh?!

@Kaybobx omg that is going to be so freaken cute her wearing the shirt and dad reading it that is going to be freaken adorable. How do you think he will react?

My hubby was also exhausted after the third night in a row and I think he was also secretly relieved for a few days rest lol not that he would ever admit it and if I initiated it the next night I am pretty sure he wouldn't say no 🤣🤣🤣!

@ReginaaPhalange that is fantastic I also made a fertility journal so no its not sad that you made on lol!!! Because if you are sad so am I 🤣🤣🤣

@candycrush2298 I was surprised of the lack of fertility journals online... so thought I'd make my own. Ordered some easy@home pregnancy tests as I'll use them to match the same brand OKPs haha!

@ReginaaPhalange I know i was shocked too and the ones I did see on Etsy were either so expensive or had info in that I didn't need most of them I saw were IVF trackers which looked beautiful but yeah wasn't really relevant to me.

Yay like me I want them to match lol!!

@candycrush2298 I'll keep it on my dressing table so I'll never forget to fill it out. Just need to remember to check my temperature as soon as I wake up!!!

Do you know if I need to temp even on period days?

@ReginaaPhalange it's best if you do just to have a full cycle. And you can see how you fluctuate.

I set my alarm for 5am (even on weekends😵) so I take it before I wake up for work (my last few hours of sleep are usually wrestlers so that would disrupt the temps)

@candycrush2298 ah ok. I haven't taken it today.... eek!

@ReginaaPhalange its OK just start tomorrow it will be fine but remember it must be the same time everyday and at least 3 hours uninterrupted sleep and if you are a mouth breather it is better if you temp vaginally (I have read vaginally is bad as external factors don't effect the temp and your chart will be much more stable) so maybe give it a thought. If we are unsuccessful this cycle then I will be temping vaginally next cycle because you can't switch mid cycle.

I think my hubby might cry seeing her in this tshirt idea. Weve been trying for some time now and our daughter is his little princess. Hes a big softy. Although he will probably be p'd off that i don't need him anymore in the bedroom department hahaha!!

@reginaaphalange not sad at all, i have one of these too. Only hand written but like to see the progression. This is what my mother in law accidentally seen the other day 🙈 she hasn't said anything but i feel so embarrassed as im sure things like this didn't happen in her day and she thinks im an absolute psycho now lol

@Kaybobx ooooh yay well I only got a super super faint line on easy@home pg tests the day AF started so cant say if they pg tests i will let you know my thoughts when I get a positive lol!!!

Awww bless your husband thats too cute. My hubby is also a massive softy but masks it with jokes which is why i think he will make a joke about it. After our first when he is in love I am sure he will react the same as your hubby even though he thinks we only having one... hahah funny joke lol!!
