5 failed rounds of IVF and I'm bloody preggers!!!!

Oh my god. I just have to tell SOMEONE.

We have had 5 failed rounds of IVF, the last one failed last year. Spent tens of thousands of pounds to no avail.

My period was late (which is standard really, it's all over the place at the moment) and I thought I'd just do a test so I could put the thought of being pregnant out of my mind and carry on waiting for AF to turn up.

And fuck me it was positive (excuse the language!!). I'm literally beside myself!! I have never had a BFP and was told to stop IVF, there was nothing more they could do.

It's very early, so praying all goes ok, but this is more than I've ever had before.

That is so fantastic! Congratulations! Fingers crossed that the pregnancy will go smoothly for you. I can't tell you the amount of women I've heard of that have become pregnant naturally after rounds of IVF failed. I won't give you a wine, but have some 'virtual cake' for you and bubs.
