Congratulations to @SK2970 who had just posted a positive test!

(Point me in the right direction if I've missed a new thread)

So tested yesterday and tested today still negative. No AF and I’m normally clock work 28days! 4days late now. Had cramping last week so presumed implantation but could of been late ovulation?!? Who knows..

I'm out, AF came today.
OPKs have been ordered and I told hubby he has to prepare himself for the amount of DTD that will occur in 2 weeks time during fertile week 😂

@kalecat sorry to hear AF has arrived. Planning next month really helped me make the AF days go a bit faster. Good luck in your next cycle.

@Flittingabout I definitely think fertility acupuncture is worth a try! Have you taken a test?

AF due tomorrow (on average) which will be 12DPO. No idea how I feel as my active imagination is insane and noticing every minutiae of the general womb/ boob areas

Just realised our anniversary is 5 days after AF expected, I hope this is our month, wouldn't this be lovely

@Fran2020 Yes I did a test and it was positive. I am still trying to process that after all this time...I started ttc at 32 and am about to turn 36, I have finally hit this lucky jackpot. It doesn't seem real yet.

Sorry to those AF has visited. I posted on a different thread it is just like eventually you get, well I did, to a point of wanting it to blooming well hurry up and get it over with if it is coming so can start looking forward to the next cycle and being hopeful again!

Oh what a wonderful anniversary that would be. Fingers crossed for you!

@Beepbeep42 do you think? I’ve discounted it. Yeah DTD loads of times, covered all bases lol!, but no positive test and 4days over ☹️

@Maybe3ornot it certainly can happen..As they say you're not out until AF appears but I'm bloody sure she was more regular until I started watching her more intently. Bitch.

@Beepbeep42 ooh I know! Haven’t been watching, checking and then this month picked up on symptoms and was sure! Lol! AF can be cruel. Will keep fingers crossed that late ovulation, so still a chance

Thank you! Woke up and still no AF. I am now one day late (that’s based on my last cycle of 33 days but for years I was 28 days so who knows how ‘late’ I am really!). I’m digging up pics from the negative FRER that I took when I would have been 8 days pre-missed period and am convinced there was actually something ridiculously faint there.

Yes it is my first ever BPF in all this time. I dont think I did anything different. I had sex with the big finish 17 times though from day 10 to 22 to make sure I was covered. I think over the last 2 years of trying any months we only sex once or twice in the whole month due to DP working away. I followed all the advice from here such as supplements etc over the whole time and it never got me a positive so I don't know what was different other than lots of sex?

What do you think? Tiny little line? Can’t believe I’m digging up pictures of week old tests because I’m too chicken to take another one and face a BFN.

@1992EM Nope, that picture is the latest test I took last Thursday. Am too nervous to take another one. It’s a weird psychological thing I think. If I take now and it’s a BFN then it’ll be for definite because of how far along in my cycle I am, so there’ll be no hope. Whereas if I refuse to test I get to enjoy having some hope until AF comes...it’s odd as usually I’m testing constantly but I think it will take a lot to convince me to test now even though I really should be considering I’m late. TTC really messes with your head, doesn’t it?

@flyrobinfly Absolutely understand. I really hope you get your BFP. I am going to do this , this cycle too and wait until after AF is due to test. At the end of the day we will be pregnant for 9 months so no harm in waiting a wee while longer . Good luck and hope AF stays away and you get your BFP.

AF has stopped so probably going to start ovulation tests on Sunday just to see this month. My oh is more on board with trying vitamins and the smep/or dtd each day during fertile week. AF is due again on the 30th so if I am lucky I will hold off testing until around the 4th as I was 5 days late last month. Have everything crossed for you all starting your new cycle and good luck to anyone still waiting to test x

It definitely does mess with your head!

I really do think waiting to test when late has been better psychologically for me and I learned it from MN really and all the heartache from early testing.

@Flittingabout Yup, I definitely think I’ll take that approach next time. DTD during FW and then try and take a step back and not think about it until AF due...

Still no AF today, no discharge either. It’s all very dry... Feel quite nauseous but just KNOW if I test it’ll be BFN.
