Sharp pain in uterus followed by aching in groin?

Has anyone ever experienced this in their TWW?

Background: I am approx 6/7DPO, and last night I had a sharp twinge/pain centrally (where I imagine the fallopian tube/uterus is) and it lasted all of a few minutes. After that went, it started as a dull ache, which again lasted a few minutes. When that passed, it moved to my right groin. It feels like a cross between a dull ache and then a throbbing type of sensation. It went away last night and has now been back this morning and this evening.

Does anyone have any ideas?

I had that on 7DPO, really hoping it was implantation! I'm currently 10DPO and waiting for some ICs to arrive so I can test. Good luck to you too 😊

I had something similar last night at 6dpo. Hoping it was implantation but thought it was a little early. Trying to wait until at least 12dpo before I test. Good luck to you ☺️

Does anyone have any viable answers? I’d love to know what it is! I was wondering about implantation but I thought it was a little on the earlier side too.... so I talked myself out of it 😂

Implantation can happen 6-12 DPO I believe. Really hoping it is for us all 😊🤞🏼

It can indeed! But then I was potentially 5/6DPO, so I just never think I’ll be one of those who would so early.

I always think I’ll be one that it never happens too! Haha!

Pretty surreal thought! But, I guess it happens! All of my groin pain has settled and I had one sharp twinge today that lasted seconds (like almost made me double over) and then nothing since!

It's fascinating how everyone's body is different and has different symptoms! I've had like weird feelings in my tummy, kind of cramps/ kind of tingling/ twingey. Very strange. Fingers crossed for us

I’ve had some in the tummy too, but I put that down to the progesterone as that can cause excess gas. It can also be an early pregnant symptom, so it’s all rather confusing! I have had a lot of acid reflux though, which I never get. So that’s a bit odd. Other wise, the normal sensations and symptoms are all there!
Time will tell, eh?! 🤞🏼

Wow this brought back memories! DD1 is a result of a first round of IVF - a few days after my egg transfer (sorry, I can't remember how many exactly) I was in bed and woke up with this really bad shooting pain on the right side of where I assume my ovaries are, and it lasted 5 or so minutes and then just went; it was sooooo bizarre. A few days later I found out I was pregnant so I think it was implantation, fingers crossed for you 😊

I've had 3 pregnancies but 2 mc. I've experienced this 2 out of 3 times - one was with my now does-not-stop-still toddler so fingers crossed for you

I honestly don't think I had any other than BRIGHT blue veins all over my boobs like a roadmap! But I'm 19 weeks with DC2 now and had no symptoms at all other than a missed period so anything is possible 😊

I am not really getting any other symptoms now.

I do keep getting like an on/off sensation to go for a pee, but then nothing is there? I am also sneezing and getting a stuffy nose frequently too. It’s odd! I am exhausted and extra thirsty too, but that could be because it’s so hot!

Okay, so something new. My left nipple is completely hard, but is also extremely sensitive to touch. Mild amount of throbbing/hypersensitivity after brushing against it a second ago. Right nipple, fine, just feels a bit heavy in the boob in general?! 🤔

Even I am experiencing this sharp twinge on my lower left abdomen sometimes shifts to back.
This pain I am having since ovulation, so I dont know is it my uterus growing up or something.
Currently I am 10dpo and thinking to test after 14 dpo atleast

@PT8998 AF has most definitely started today 😔 I had so many symptoms this month so I think maybe implantation failed or something. Good luck to you
