I am on Cycle 2 TTC and on CD15 following SMEP plan this month, tracking BBT and using OPKs xx

@Hayleylou89 do you use natural cycles? I’d say your biggest temp rise looks like it was the day before what the app said. If it makes you feel reassured at all - my temp rose before I got an LH surge - got my peak the next day - which means ovulation had to hapoen after that, and it has said I ovulated the day my temp rose, even though it was a negative lh and my surge started and the peak all came within the next day! I think it does the best it can do as an app - I do still like it, but I definitely think it was out of sync for me this month! You have DTD lots though so I am sure you’re covered 👍🏻 xx

Morning ladies! For those who temp every month have you ever had a temp spike 6dpo ? My temp has spiked today from 36.58 to 36.88. I even had a fan on in the room all night (I did have a few wine last night but I also had a few the night before also so dunno if that’s what’s caused it)

Any idea what this means? I googled and some people say they got implantation spikes in early pregnancy on 6dpo but don’t want to get my hopes up

Just noticed my resting heart rate on Fitbit has jumped from 79 to 85 this morning also... ugh trying really hard not to get my hopes up

@2020wish I only started temping this month and mine was very textbook just rose after ovulation had a dip at 8dpo and fell just before AF but I do have femometer premium so spend ages looking at other charts (yes I'm a massive loser) and having a triphasic graph, which basically means having a jump after ovulation and a jump after implantation is definitely a sign of pregnancy so keep an eye on it over the next few days to see if it stays high. Only thing I would say is that with every type of temp graph that indicates pregnancy there are similar ones that show no pregnancy. With RHR the month I got pregnant it shot up higher than it ever had before which was a clear sign to me. Fingers crossed this is your month 🙌🏾🙌🏾🙌🏾

@2020wish Id say its a good sign - have u had a drink before and it rise like that only cos i know mine spikes with a drink if i have quite a few where i feel a bit delicate the next day but wouldnt say off one or two, so it def a good sign ... i think temps are reliable because look at my graphs below the pst 6 cycles ... my temp went in 36.90's and wayy above the cover line when i was pregnant in sept (blue lines) then i stopped tracking after a while until i lost her in feb and had to start again but u can see my patterns and id def take it as a good sign if my temp went up like that again ... another thing... i had 2 slight implantation bleeds (after sex) while i was in poland on holiday one at 4dpo and 6dpo and i was sooo hot in bed... so it def is a sign and i got a faint positive 5 days after that at 9dpo and by 10 dpo it was clear on frer and digital 1-2 weeks x x fingers crossed for u!! @2020wish this was my full sept graph it was actually 3 dpo when i had that first pinky ib which was so strange but id never had it before so it was a huge sign for me and as u can see we wasnt trying that hard 😂 we only dtd a couple of times in the fertile window and that was because has a bbq and got drunk that cycle but back then i was so much more chilled and we had just got back from our honeymoon and decided to start trying ... if only it was that easy 😏... hope this is a really good sign for u x

@peonyrose87 mine this cycle went from low to peak from fmu to smu... so It really can change quickly how have u got on this morning? And u @VP91 xx

@VP91x so last cb stick this morning was flashing again 😕. CD22 and 9 days of flashing smileys. Feel I have missed my peak if there was one. Oh well will maybe DTD a couple more times and just see what happens from there.

@2020wish bbt temp and restong hesrt rste is a good sign, if it stays consistent then it definitely could be a bfp :) fingers crossed for you!! I think as well it ends up being a little bit of “what’s your normal” if that makes sense! Last pregnancy before mmc, my temp and rhr didn’t go any different for me until I was 3 weeks pregnant (5 weeks by Dr’s, but 3 weeks post dtd for us lol!) then both shot up and remained high then, but first 2 weeks it looked like my normal cycle temping, and others get high temps/rhr pretty much straight away! I swear the femal body is so confusing!!

@Wishingfornumber2 really frustrating. CD19 now and last month my cycle was 31 days which would give me a 12 day LP if I was ovulating today and then counting down from there which would be a short LP which makes me think probably isn't going to be my month xx

@hayleylou89 it's barely there again 😫 just going to keep following SMEP and hope for the best 🤞🏻

@VP91x and @Wishingfornumber2 I have to say I hated cb when I tried them. Reading you two talking about smileys makes me remember. I say bin them and go easy@home! (Ha they don't employ me I promise)

Does anyone know if you can get pregnant when you are still pulling lines from the miscarriage? I am 19days post ERPC, 3dpo and had sex at O-1 so I am hoping I'm in the game, but every day I still get a faint BFP.

@Hayleylou89 @SmileyT I’m trying not to get my hopes up lol I didn’t have a drink last night but I also had a drink the night before with Dh as he got a few days off work and nothing else to do but have a wine lol so I should of expected to jump yesterday? Fingers crossed for me. Gonna try and leave it to thurs to test at 10dpo

oh no still flashing? How annoying and no signs of ovulation on graph? Hopefully by time it happens ur luteal phase will increase also. Your not out yet

@bellabubbles isn’t it so confusing this is first time I’ve temped or watched rhr so didn’t even know how it went with my last pregnancy

@Doughnut100 as long as you are ovulating you can get pregnant the hcg is just residual in your body waiting to be processed out. The only thing with not having a negative hpt is that it might be harder to detect a new pregnancy early 🤞

@2020wish yeah still flashed this morning. No more CB left. Waiting for my re stock of OPKs to arrive.

I've attached my graph, I thought I was getting a temp rise but then it dipped again. Natural Cycles pushed my ov date back to tomorrow I am assuming from today's temp. Femometer just keeps moving constantly.

@VP91x so annoying. And are you def temping after a good sleep and before u even open ur eyes? And around same time

@2020wish yeah normally after at least 6/7 hrs asleep and between 05:00-05:40am at the latest. Themometer is by my bed so I just grab it whilst I am half asleep and it logs it. Really annoying! Xx

@vp91x so annoying but it seems ur body is trying to ovulate with the flashing smileys so probs just taking longer cooking up an egg after ur mc
