Hi all,

Now in my TWW. We have been trying for DC #2 since October 19 and I had a chemical early March.

I usually use Clearblue Dig Ovulation tests but this month I just used cheapie OPK's.

I just looked again and I think there is actially the slightest hint of a vvvvvvvv V faint line !!!! My camera won’t even pick it up haha but maybe I won’t hold off on resting after all

I was just coming on here because I am 11dpo and tempted to test but really trying not to. It's not because I have magical powers but because of what all you ladies have taught me.

Even if we are pregnant, if we test too early then we have to wonder is it positive, is it not, send pictures of lines etc. Unecessary stress.

I don't know if this will work but I have tried to persuade myself that getting AF is less disappointing than a BFN if you test early because your cycle has started and you are on the countdown to trying again. So I'm trying to avoid heartache.

I have one test so I see why it's difficult for you!

@incywincyspiders if it helps...it was nicer than getting a BFP. Looked at the calendar straight away and sort of thought onto the next one. Very best of luck x

I think waiting for your period is far better, I didn't with my first, although I only tested 2 days before it was due, the line was still fairly faint so I sat holding it up to the light etc and wondering if I was. Second time was a little different as we hadn't been trying, my period didn't show but I was breastfeeding a 9 month old. It was negative 3 days late so I thought great, but 2 weeks late I started to feel off so did it again and the line was there. So this time I decided just wait for my period, when I did test the test line came up within seconds. I prefer being sure rather than thinking I am and I'm not or vice versa. I totally understand why people can't resist though!! If you test before about 10/11 dpo you'll get a negative even if you are pregnant, any earlier the embryo won't have even implanted, then it takes a day or so for hcg to increase and be high enough to be detected.

So sorry AF has appeared @Nat4392 and @serialplanner, a January birthday will be better than a Christmas Day birthday anyway! Good luck next cycle X

To be honest, I've already talked myself into thinking it's a BFN this month so as I'm expecting it, it's not as disappointing. I don't even know when AF is due as first month off pill 😂 obviously tracked my OV so I know I've ovulated. If I'm going by withdrawal bleed, it's Friday. If I go by 14 days after OV it's Sunday. I think I will test Friday if AF hasn't turned up by then.

@DontStandSoClose yes that was my thought! Had a good cry to get it out of my system, now just need to be positive and focus on trying again I suppose!

Oh @Nat4392 🙁. I didn't mean for my comment about having a Christmas birthday to sound so heartless, I was trying to look to the positives. I read it back and thought I must sound like an heartless idiot, sorry!

AF due on Friday and just have feeling that it will be here.. I don't get any cramps normally so cant even tell if it's coming
I gave into temptation this morning and done a test-BFN although I know this doesn't mean anything this early

Hi ladies. My gums were bleeding this morning when I brushed my teeth. I had bleeding gums with DC #1 so I'm getting a bit excited 🤗 Sore nipples, creamy CM and my legs are also aching quite bad. My uterus feels heavy/full and I have lots of spots on my face which I never have at this time of the month 🤔

If I'm not pg I'll be wondering what the hell is going on! This TWW is driving me insane!

@KSI88 how many DPO are you? Sounds promising for you

@Suki2020 Hi Suki, I'm either 8 or 9dpo today. Last time I didn't get a BFP until 11dpo

@KSI88 those are all good signs!! I have spots on my face too and I very rarely get them. I don't think I can resist testing today even though I know it's too early 😂

Do you take your temperature in the morning? I still have watery/white CM which is unusual for me at this stage. My temp is up and down as well. Feeling bloated and full all the time in the last week.

I haven't been recording my temp to be honest as every time I use our digital thermometer it gives me a different reading 🤷🏼‍♀️ but I have been checking my CM. It was very dry to begin with but has now turned quite wet but creamy if that makes sense.

@Suki2020 haven't you tested if you are 13dpo?

Guys... I know this is ridiculous because it's too early but I tested and I think I can see a second line. I'm very aware this could be an evap line though this early so I'm not overly getting my hopes up (as it was slightly outside the 10 minute mark). Just showed it to my partner and he can see it too.

Here's a pic. I think it's most provably an evap though.

@DontStandSoClose no not tested yet as I have do so many tests previous months and get disheartened so at the start of this cycle I said I would test until my period was due which is Saturday. I have quite a long cycle 32-35days
