Hi all,

Now in my TWW. We have been trying for DC #2 since October 19 and I had a chemical early March.

I usually use Clearblue Dig Ovulation tests but this month I just used cheapie OPK's.

Fingers and toes crossed 🤞🏻

Would love you hear all of your TTC stories.

K x

@incywincyspiders I'm really grumpy actually. DH has disappeared into the garage for most of today because I'm a right pain in the bum. Everything is annoying me. Lockdown isn't helping I don't think. Had some slight cramping and my urine is cloudy (which happened before last BFP) but I'm trying not to obsess as I don't want to end up being disappointed again. How are you doing today?

@KaptenKrusty I would definitely test if I were you. Everything crossed for you 🤞

@Chan098 Hi 👋 it could just be that your hormones are building up nicely. Perhaps when you got the 1-2 you were almost over the threshold for that. Have you done any more tests since then?

@KSI88 harder in lockdown this waiting isn’t it. I feel like because you are just home together all day it becomes all consuming and all you want to talk about and all that’s on your mind!! I’m gonna wait til the morning to do the test - have asked my husband to keep the tests from me until then so I’m not tempted hahahah 😂 my brain is saying it’s in my head as the odds of it happening first time seem so slim-but sure you never know!

Best of luck to you too - have my fingers crossed for you all!!!

Chan098 · 13/05/2020 00:02

Hi just wondering if anyone can help me understand I done a clear blue test in the 26 March said 1-2 weeks pregnant then next one 27 of match saying 2-3 weeks what dose this mean

incywincyspiders · 13/05/2020 08:27

I feel completely different this time. At 5dpo last month I had loads of things I was considering "symptoms".. this time I have nothing 😂 obviously I know it was too early last month for symptoms and I'm pretty sure my symptoms last time were my body readjusting after being on the pill. But I'm also taking comfort in that I haven't had any of that this month because it means I'm not reading into everything.

KSI88 · 13/05/2020 09:31

@incywincyspiders I know I said I wouldn't symptom spot this month but I do have a couple of symptoms that I had last time I got my BFP. My CM is reaaaally creamy (sorry, tmi) and my urine is super cloudy. I definitely don't have a uti. Time will tell 🤞

@KaptenKrusty Did you test this morning lovely?

OP posts:
KaptenKrusty · 13/05/2020 13:42

Hello @KSI88 I tested this morning and got a negative :(

Period is due though today - but not shown up yet!

I felt absolutely awful all day yesterday like I was gonna vom - need to pee every 5 mins - but maybe I’m just run down or not well! Who knows.

If period doesn’t show over the next few days il test again!

mia22221 · 13/05/2020 23:55

Hey lovelies

KSI88 · 14/05/2020 08:51

@KaptenKrusty Have everything crossed for you. All of the symptoms you have sound promising.

@mia22221 Hi 👋 glad this thread has helped you feel better. It's good knowing that there are others who are going through similar. Really hope you get your BFP this month. I'm only 6dpo today... I swear each day is getting loooonger 😁

How long have you been TTC? Do you have any other children?

incywincyspiders · 15/05/2020 09:28

I don't know what's happening but I'm 7dpo, AF due Thursday. I still have no symptoms except slightly sore nipples. It's such a stark difference from last month where I had aching breasts from 3dpo. Still trying to keep a clear mind and not dwell on it too much and I'm determined to not test until Wednesday when I will be 12dpo and one day before AF is due. And if I have the cramps I had last month, I won't test until AF doesn't appear.

How are you guys doing?

KSI88 · 15/05/2020 14:22

@incywincyspiders I know what you mean about not dwelling on it. I'm trying not to look too much into any little niggle I have. Hubby thinks I should wait until Sunday to test but I'll only be 9dpo then and I think it's too early. I'll wait until Tuesday. I got my last BFP at 11dpo so hopefully this time may be the same.

Part of me is trying not to get my hopes up like I did last month. I felt really awful when AF came.

The only thing I would say is I've felt as though a UTI was coming on over the last few days but it seems to come and go. I have urine test strips to check and they're all negative which is good. Just upped my water intake.

Yesterday our social media business page was being trolled because we have offered to give 20% off our services to NHS staff and keyworkers. This individual completely spat the dummy (pardon the pun) and was so very vicious. I spent the whole day feeling awful. I shouldn't have let it bother me but it really did. The human race at times are horrid. Hubby thinks it may have been hormones 🤔 We'll find out soon enough!

Enough rambling! How are you ladies all doing? 💕

OP posts:
incywincyspiders · 15/05/2020 14:31

@KSI88 Last month is exactly why I'm trying not to dwell on it too because I was so wrapped up in it and was so disappointed when AF showed :( at least this time if I'm not expecting anything, the disappointment should hopefully be less. I'm actually pretty convinced I'm not this time. I'm furloughed from tomorrow so even more time to think about it 😭 and off work for six weeks now.. I'm not complaining but I'm definitely going to need something else to focus on.

That's horrible someone was so mean to you. People are disgusting! Honestly.. this pandemic has really shown me the worst of people (I work in food based retail). I'm so sorry you were upset 💗

KSI88 · 16/05/2020 10:20

Morning ladies!

I decided to use an IC stick this morning when I said I wouldn't test until next week and I saw the faintest of lines so done a FRER and this is the result! 8dpo!

In shock!!

@KSI88 I see it, yay!!! I'm so happy for you!

I did the same too. Used a dip cheapy stick but it was only 20ml but I thought I could see a really faint line which is impossible. Trying to save my clear blue early result for nearer the time...

incywincyspiders · 16/05/2020 10:52

Also I love how we both cracked 😂

KSI88 · 16/05/2020 11:01

@incywincyspiders Thank you lovely 😙
I have everything crossed for you! I reeaaally hope you get your BFP this month 🤞

I used my cheap 'One step' test which showed nothing. Bad reviews online which I bought on Amazon. I then used a strip test which we got from Home Bargains - they're really good. Got the faintest line so used a Wondfo too which was still faint but a bit clearer. I'll post it x

Please may I join? I've read pretty much the whole thread. This is my first month trying for baby number 2 after a six year gap. It will actually be my fourth pregnancy, I had a tfmr and a miscarriage before conceiving my son. I think he took around 6 months to conceive. So I tentatively started this month! I think I ovulated around the 7th/8th May like yourselves incey and k - however I have been known to have longer cycles than the regular 28 days. I only had sex once this time so the chances are minimal but I can't help getting my hopes up. I've ordered some opk and pregnancy tests on amazon. So I'm approx 8 days post ov today - got some period cramping and tender boobs but not sure I'm just more aware!

incywincyspiders · 16/05/2020 11:11

I'm not sure this is my month to be fair! But you getting a BFP makes me happy anyway :)

This was mine today. Nothing at all comes up on the picture but my craziness saw a slight line but I think I'm imagining it 😂

incywincyspiders · 16/05/2020 11:12

Good luck @snapple21 😊 it only takes once so you're still in with a chance.

Also just realised I didn't attach the photo 😂

Hi @snapple21 of course! Great that you've joined this thread. Best of luck to you for this month! 🤞

KSI88 · 16/05/2020 11:56

@incywincyspiders I can't see anything on that one lovely. It's still early days if you're 8dpo. I really didn't expect that this morning so there's plenty of time. We used preseed and I actually used the Fertilily conception cup once but I wasn't too keen on it 😬 Maybe it's helped though. Just praying this one sticks. I'm paranoid.

OP posts:
incywincyspiders · 16/05/2020 14:10

I just don't feel like it's this month for me. I don't know why.

Are you going to keep testing everyday @KSI88? I'm not going to use my clear blue til Wednesday. If AF hasn't come.

KSI88 · 16/05/2020 14:34

@incywincyspiders I really hope you get your positive this month lovely 💕

Yes I've got more FRER and I'll take one every morning to make sure it's progressing. I'm paranoid since my early miscarriage. Here's hoping. Still doesn't seem real 😲

I'm so happy for you 💗 if I have to do this again next month I'm gonna miss you though 😂
