@Mrsirvine the soya conversation was because @MrsEmilyB was told by her homeopath (is that right?) that soya should be avoided when TTC?? But honestly I agree with whoever said above that so many ppl in life get pregnant drinking a lot (I drink what I consider to be a “normal amount”, smoking, taking drugs, being excessively unhealthy/overweight /underweight etc etc that I really don’t think the general public need to worry about soya!

@Dixie17 I literally just had a conversation with DH saying “well it’s good I don’t have to orgasm each time” after lady nights “practice” was ‘ahem’ seemingly more for his benefit than mine 😂

@GingerBaby89 - honestly you sound so much like us 😂😂 we are doing all we can too, and I think the boys feel the pressure SO MUCH. DH isn't one to turn down a bit of lovin' but recently he's said he's really felt the pressure too.

@Minster2012 my LH being slightly higher doesn't necessarily mean I'm "ahead". It's been pretty static since CD6 which is annoying haha. No idea what it means. Any ideas from the more experienced charters?

@Mrsirvine - I saw a homeopath yesterday for hormone balance / fertility and she said to avoid plastic (especially eating and drinking from plastic, or putting it in your microwave or dishwasher) and to avoid soy as it can disrupt hormone balance.

@GingerBaby89 - well, I've always been one to "go hard or go home" 😂😂 I'm a bit of a control freak at the best of times so I need to feel like I'm doing all I can. Currently I'm BBT charting using both natural Cycles and Femometer, CM charting, seed cycling, diet overhaul, taking what feels like 452 different supplements haha. We are on cycle 2! How about you?

@mrsemilyb oh that’s interesting! Did she mention if it’s because it prevents having a pregnancy or affects pregnancy already there or both? I’ve gotten pregnant twice this year so I’m assuming it’s doing nothing to my chances of getting preg. I’m Like you tho, I’d try anything xx

@Mrsirvine - she said its one of her 2 "rules" for TTC. As it contains plant based oestrogens which could potentially have an impact on hormone balance. 🤷‍♀️ So I'm just trying to reasonably avoid it on our ttc journey, as who knows!!

@paintfairy we had a pretty decent one from lovehoney a while back, but I do find it delays his orgasm, which, when considering the amount we need to BD currently may not be a good thing 😂😂

@newbie0818 sorry I've been MIA recently just quietly counting the days away if my cycle. I'm so hopeful for your test tomorrow 🤞🏻🤞🏻🤞🏻 for you.

I'm currently cd34 with no peak opk despite doing opk tests for the last 3 weeks, so have just been DTD every 2-3days and hoping for the best.

I do have a few symptoms like cramps and fuller boobs BUT these are also symptoms that you get around ovulation / pre af so I have no clue at all. I'm jusg guna have to wait and see.

According to my flo app af is due on Monday 4th May, and I do have a few femometer hcg tests so I may do one on Monday if no af just to check... But Im not hopeful that I've even ovulated so I've also ordered more opk to keep testing.

@Sausage1990 could be a cycle where you haven't ovulated? I've been like that this cycle. In fact, I still have no bloody idea what's going on. I blame coronavirus disruption.

CD 4001 (feels like it) and still no AF. Aaarrgghhh. Fertility friend has now decided I must have ovulated day 20. Still no idea if that's right. But I'm on day 39 now and my LP is only ever 14/15 days so that's still not giving me an answer. Whole cycle is usually only 26 or 27 days. AF is officially missing in action. Bored now.

I felt so sick 2dpo-4dpo and just assumed I'd caught a bug (from these 4 walls I'm in) but the bug has returned 🤢

8DPO for me today, cramps all evening and night last night more of a constant dull ache than AF cramps usually are as AF come in intense waves but don't feel too dissimilar to the feeling of AF cramps. Slept soundly the last 2 nights which is a big difference to a few days ago when I was struggling to get a solid 2 hours, and I have had very long-feeling, clear dreams.

May test tomorrow, although know it's still a bit too early so hoping to wait it out until Tuesday. AF due Thursday.

Soo I'm 5dpo and I've had KILLER nipples since 2dpo which of course is way too early for a pregnancy symptom, however this morning I've just woken up with the worst metallic taste in my might and I'm like YAY it's a real symptom haha
