Bring on the October BFP's

At the risk of jinxing myself by starting this thread I'm hoping it's actually quite therapeutic to let go of September. The next few weeks are all about bd'ing and for those in the same boat, we can start looking forward to an October full of BFPs.

After a 41 day cycle I'm back to CD1, anyone else care to join me?

Digitalgirl CD1 2nd cycle ttc #1

What's the earliest anyone's had a BFP then?? I got one 3 days before AF was due with DS, don't have long to wait but the psychosomatic symptoms are getting worse! I have heartburn and some sickness.

TwilightSufer, I also had an anxiety the other day, oh my god 2 children to cope with!! I can't change my mind now, but it's passed.

debinaustria · 29/09/2007 15:58

I'm back, I survived, just checking to see if there have been any bfp's in my absence, but no.

I am tempted to do a test but like TS says I'd be sad to get a bfn so I think i'll wait until my due date(Thursday ish)

TheMuppetMuggle · 29/09/2007 18:00

Hi
Just quick hello, am out for a nite on the town tonite

Still feel sick and absolutely shattered, so think the bar might be propping me up tonite lol!!

GardenAngel4 · 29/09/2007 20:29

Oh bucky am sad for you. Seems particularly cruel that you had all those symptoms....could it be a good sign though...you may have been really close as you said, and it's only a matter of time (too much bloody time of course...). It's happened to my sister in law too they are still hanging in there....dig deep, onward into the winter we go....

fryalot · 29/09/2007 21:36

evening everyone.

No news here - still feeling sick and a bit bleurgh, but not as ill as I did last week.

Off to a car boot in the morning - what's everyone else up to?

ladylush · 29/09/2007 22:21

Hi everyone. Starting to think this month won't be it but nothing tangible to base that theory on. Oh well - only a week til I find out. The first week of the 2ww is always worse I find. PMSL at SW and her fears of hypochondria - and her rabbit

ladylush · 29/09/2007 22:22

What happened when the rabbit had a phantom pregnancy?

sweetkitty · 29/09/2007 22:24

Oh she had them a lot, she would build a nest with straw and pluck the fur from her belly to make it all cosy for the babies, we did mate her a few times and she had babies but even so she would have at least 3 or 4 phantom ones a year.

ladylush · 29/09/2007 22:32

Oh bless her - she was obviously an enthusiastic mother

sweetkitty · 29/09/2007 22:40

strange talking to you about cats, rabbits and babies on 2 threads the joy of mumsnet.

I had a cat who had kittens under my bed which I thought was cool and I was so popular for about 6 weeks as everyone wanted to come to my house and see them.

ladylush · 29/09/2007 22:49

She must have felt really safe under your bed. We had a cat when I was small (she was the same age as me)who was a tiny tabby. She had a close bond with my mum (who had nursed her back to health when she had pneumonia)and when she was having her litter she went over the road and miowed til my mum came to the door (the neighbours had 2 alsations and a shiztu (sp)and she was terrified of dogs. She wanted my mum at the birth. How sweet is that!

ladylush · 29/09/2007 22:51

Off to bed soon but before I go I would like to know if anyone is testing tomorrow. I am not allowed to test til tuesday

sweetkitty · 29/09/2007 22:56

I am still deciding ladylush

bet I do it it's BFN and I spend the day being v

OH MY GOODNESS that list took FOREVER to update. My eyes are crossed now. I guess the middle of the night is not the best time to be working with numbers.

Best wishes to all for a very POSITVE week.

debinaustria · 30/09/2007 08:13

I wondered what the haze was around the computer TS Let's hope the babydust does the trick for those of us nearing the end of the list!!

What were you doing still up at that time?

Deb

debinaustria · 30/09/2007 08:14

Just realised TS that you're on CD29 - are you testing today?

Deb

sweetkitty · 30/09/2007 09:16

right hurry up and all say it together

I TOLD YOU SO!

BFN

OK for technically 5 days early so could be a false negative but I am so impatient, don't know what the nausea is about then think it's nerves SO I am going to stop stressing and thinking about ttc all the bloody time because after all I have 2 DDs and theres no reason I can't have another I just have to stop stressing about it, I think I'm so impatient is that I feel I should be pregnant right now so I feel I NEED to be pregnant. But I'm going to try my hardest not to think about it and not to a test until Thursday.

DP thinks I'm mad as well he got all excited when I handed him the stick this morning, I broke it apart and it's like a mini computer and there was the usual thick line and one v v v faint blue one beside it but CD tell you not to look at it!

Hope everyone else has a good Sunday and heres some more baby dust for us all

TheMuppetMuggle · 30/09/2007 09:45

SK Sorry about you BFN but you are 5days early!!

TS you were up very early last nite, i was fast asleep after my nite on the town!!
and i felt soooooooo old amongest all the 18yr olds.

I'm CD25 so AF is due today, and no symptoms or anything that it is going to make an appearance, DP if counting down the hrs til we can do a test lol

DD is quite happily sat on the sofa with her blanket & bear bear watching Harry Potter!!

Thepuddingchef · 30/09/2007 09:49

sweetkitty · 30/09/2007 09:52
