At the risk of jinxing myself by starting this thread I'm hoping it's actually quite therapeutic to let go of September. The next few weeks are all about bd'ing and for those in the same boat, we can start looking forward to an October full of BFPs.

After a 41 day cycle I'm back to CD1, anyone else care to join me?

Ladylush - yes lovely clean air, but as I'm typing ds1 is sniffing, and dh has man flu
We don't get many colds though.

Man flu is fatal as we all know

Morning HRM Sweet Kitty

Thepuddingchef · 27/09/2007 11:25

morning all,
nothing to report...which could be a good thing i suppose.....not testing yet as have been here before and get very disapointed .....how long can i hold out
hope everyone else is well.

ladylush · 27/09/2007 11:27

how long are your cycles usually?

Thepuddingchef · 27/09/2007 11:37

30 days......

ladylush · 27/09/2007 11:42

Ooh - when are you going to test?

Thepuddingchef · 27/09/2007 11:54

oh i don't know...really I want to now...but because I ov'd late, and this was the first time I have monitered it....don't know whether this is normal for me, or my cycle this month has decided it is going to be longer, just not sure how i'll handle disapointment again....on the other hand it could just be that elusive bfp we're all after!
decisions decisions....

sweetkitty · 27/09/2007 11:56

Just back from mursery pick up so checking in see if there any any BFPs in my absence I HAVE to stay away from the HPTs next week, may give DP all my money and cards so I can't buy any.

deb - at you being in austria

Josey - yes I am in Scotland 20 minutes from Glasgow whereabouts are you?

ladylush - pmsl at HRM SK took me a while to work that out (SK is blonde for a reason)

morning to everyone else too, 2 ww is dragging in..........................

ladylush · 27/09/2007 11:56

I think the earliest you can test after conception is 8 days. I am only on cd19 and going demented, so hats off to you

ladylush · 27/09/2007 11:58

So demented that I did an hpt this morning. On CD19! WTF!! That is the earliest yet I reckon.

sweetkitty · 27/09/2007 12:20

ladylush - I thought I was bad, I was thinking "maybe Sunday I could test" that's 10dpo I've had a BFP then before but I'm scared to.

Another part of me is wait until next Saturday at least then AF will be 2 days later and DP will be around to witness it.

I have this big thing with DP (here I go into one of my stories) with DD1 I did the test at work (knew what it was going to be) then did another that night and showed him it.

DD2 he had moved back to Scotland and I was still in England so he left me a little parting gift, anyway I phone him up at work and tell him the news, he hated being told at work though couldn't wait a week until I saw him next.

Last pregnancy I was rubbish again did the test early and phoned him up at work, he was p off I told him over the phone again so I said "well I promise never to do it again" as I thought this was my last pregnancy, so this time I have to do a test and hand it to him so he can TELL me the results.............argh why did I agree to it, I could buy two tests though

ladylush · 27/09/2007 12:23

You have more resolve than me SK. Two tests a good idea I think the problem is I have stopped drinking in the week and I am trying to fill the void

sweetkitty · 27/09/2007 12:33

I hardly drink now since DD1 when I do it's kills me so I tend not to, cakes and choclate is my only vice now [halo emoticon]

ladylush · 27/09/2007 12:35

Hmm well I wouldn't say I had a problem (eg a large glass with my dinner) but I decided it would be much healthier to only drink at weekends. I miss the taste most of all. Luckily or unluckily however you view it, I have never suffered hangovers.

sweetkitty · 27/09/2007 12:51

lucky I would say

ladylush · 27/09/2007 12:52

Yes but lucky means there is less incentive to refrain

debinaustria · 27/09/2007 13:05

Ladylush - your username gives it away!!

Deb

ladylush · 27/09/2007 13:08

I know I changed it after my recent m/c as was having a bit of a rebellion

lockets24 · 27/09/2007 13:24
