@NicoleR14 that's good you've started reading that's a good distraction! I'm still busy with my painting hence why I keep forgetting to reply on here 😆 my period hasn't shown up yet and I've not tested yet I did have a bit of spotting when I woke but nothing else since I'm just gonna leave it another day or too and see if af comes.
@Sungirl11 I'm good Thankyou, as I said above to @NicoleR14 no af today or symptoms either tho 🤷‍♀️ I'm gonna wait and see still I think. How are you doing?

@Ickleme8 hopefully this month could be your month, since you've seen a flashing smiley and you haven't before you never know! Interesting to hear you had acupuncture, what were the foods she suggested to you? I'm always intrigued to know what suggestions people make.
@Megan1591 it sounds like you caught your ovulation day perfectly, fingers crossed for you this month, I'm sorry that your treatment has been postponed but you never know, you might not need it after this!

Morning everyone!

Just looking for some advice - we have been ttc for three months and it turns out this month I have not ovulated. Is this normal to not ovulate one month? I had a peak last month. My cycle is 37 days - so quite long. I feel quite worried about it.

@AnnaB7 I've heard of people not ovulating some months, it's not uncommon xxxx

Hi everyone!

New to mumsnet. I have a question and hope im posting in the correct place.

Been ttc for 7 months and this month I started BBT charting as well. Im 14 dpo according to Fertility Friend and 12 DPO according to flo (which ive been using for the past 6 months)

But my HPT this morning were negative!
My bbt is still high! Wayy above the coverline.
I have my usual symptoms of very sore boobs, slightly nausea and fatigue (but I have these before AF) also. I had cramps last night thinking my period was starting but nothing today.

Im so confused. Am I out or should I test again in a few days?

Its driving me crazy.

@NRSN I would test again in a few days. I haven't done any of the bbt so not a clue to be honest

@dizzy85 that's good you haven't had any af symptoms either though have you tested yet? I'm excited for you! @Bbutterfly thank you I've been reading the mister it's very raunchy but it's one of those I can't stop reading! 😂Af still a no show and I am 2 weeks late today! @ArjaD at least he's home for a while though and you can get dtd 😂 how's everyone else doing?

@NicoleR14 still no af so 2 days late now and no symptoms but I've not tested yet I'm kind of scared to I feel really bloated but nothing else, may leave it till tomorrow to test. Hope your ok.

@AnnaB7 for sure I've heard of that too I wouldn't worry too much keep an eye on next month I'm sure you will ovulate then, I read the same from lots of women.

@NRSN I'm none the wiser on the bbt charting but for sure you are not out until af comes, and I have heard that if your temperature is still up for a while it's defo a good sign. give it till the weekend and test again. @ArjaD for sure getting at it again this week 😂 the fertile week exhausts me lol. Xxx

@Bbutterfly it is a great book I've had to fan myself down a little bit here and there I love these kind of books it does drive me a bit insane but the hubby seems to be enjoying it 😂@ArjaD well there isn't much else to do we might have a baby boom in the next few weeks with us all 😂@dizzy85 there's hope if af is late! Especially if you's have dtd in your fertile window I'm excited for you!

Not been around as much with not actively ttc, however I can't help myself trying to track ovulation and dtd every other day. I usually check my cervix which rises a few days before I ovulate and stays fairly high until a few days before AF. However I checked on Sunday and it was fairly low. Forgot to check Monday then Tuesday it was very high and low again yesterday and today, so I'm really confused as never had anything like this. This week is meant to be my fertile week with ovulation predicted for Friday. Possible I just ovulated early or not going to ovulate this month? Cervix still low today so I'm confused. CD 14 so should have risen by now 🙈😩 any advice or insights appreciated cause I'm so confused!!

@Jessmary94 aw we just had someone else on here saying they don't think they ovulate this month. Maybe just a stressy month! I honestly wouldn't know about cervix position, bbt etc... It's all so confusing 😔

@Jessmary94 sorry can't shed any light either.. i have no clue about cervix positions...
i just know about the sticks to track ovulation and don't even do them anymore 
Should be 11dpo for me today (according to my app...) af due on Sunday/Monday.

How are we all ladies? Waiting on a couple more but most of my blood tests all came back normal and sperm test was positive, I'm due to ovulate again starting in about two days but really not sure whether to try or not with what's going on :/

Hmm will just have to wait and see I think 🤔
@shelly10111 we are not actively trying at the moment but I haven't gone bVk onto birth control either.. Think a few others in this chat were thinking about doing the se thing... Its so hard not knowing what the right thing to do is. Even though we're not actively trying I cant help but do the usual checks and symptom spotting 🙈

Am 5dpo now. Going à bit mental.

@Jessmary94 yeah I just feel like it's another strain on the NHS and also we don't know what's yet to come from it, money wise etc could be a long time to repair the country and I don't want to be struggling, OH was about to get a good promotion but god knows now :(

@ArjaD it's a great book I'm nearly finished it and I just want more i deffo think I need to calm down with my raunchy novels though dh doesn't feel safe getting in bed with me 😂! That does sound interesting I'm still waiting to ovulate or af arriving I've been using opks and supposed to be ovulating on the 14th so I've been checking to see if they are getting darker we won't overly try but we will be dtd through out this month I am a bit frightened but surely if we were to fall now it might be over or calmed down in 9 months time 😩!

@NicoleR14 I said to dh the other day, it must be our month, simply because it is the worst possible time to get pregnant, and we're just that kind of folk 🤣
