MrsWednesday · 06/10/2004 10:53

Thank you Minnie1, I feel like I'm going to cry!!!

katzguk · 06/10/2004 10:54

i've been lurking on here for a while and just wanted to say congrats to both mudda and Mrsweds,

i haven't joined because i was thinking about having another baby and seeing what i could do to speed the process and then found out i was pregnant, so will be joining you both on the due in june thread once i get a bit further along

MINNIE1 · 06/10/2004 10:56

a cry of happiness.. You out your feet up and relax.. I am so happy for you..

MrsWednesday · 06/10/2004 11:05

I feel really nervous, don't have many symptoms yet (unlike with my DS) so I'm trying not to think the worst.

Tessiebear · 06/10/2004 11:06

On CD26 (i think ) and have felt sick since 3AM (havnt felt like this since i was 6 weeks PG withDS2) Could it be early MS??? at CD 26?? I tested yesterday morning with a First response and got a BFN????

sweetheart · 06/10/2004 11:07

Congrats Mrs Wed - thanks so much for the news!!!!! Brought a big grin to my face!!!

Velly girl - thanks for the info. Do they contact your Dr's as I have been to see htem about ttc and it will be on my records how long we have been trying?????

valleygirl · 06/10/2004 11:13

sweetheart - i don't think they involve your GP - since it's completely confidential. i think that if you have fertility problems though it probable not fair to take part in the trial, but if your fine and it's just taking a long time then go for it!
well done MrsWednesday and Mudda - a lucky thread already!!

Tania2 · 06/10/2004 11:27

WOW fantastic news Mudda our first graduate.
Cheers to a healthy pg and a beautiful healthy baby!!
Did you do anything different this month???????????

MrsWednesday · 06/10/2004 11:29

Tessiebear, it could very well be early morning sickness if you don't usually feel like this before AF. The BFN at CD26 doesn't matter (same thing happened to me).

Will be keeping my fingers crossed for you, and for everyone.

Tania2 · 06/10/2004 11:30

OMG Mrs Wednesday congratulations Cheers to you too. sorry i didnt refresh the thread b4 i posted. wow this is a lucky thread!!!!
Did you do anything different this month??????

Twiga · 06/10/2004 11:42

Huge congratulations to Mudda and Mrs Weds!

Katzguk, Congratulations too and in the nicest way possible, glad you didn't need to join us after all!

MrsWednesday · 06/10/2004 12:02

So sorry Katzguk, I didn't read your message properly.

Congratulations!!!! .

Tania2, did nothing different this month apart from drink green tea instead of coffee or tea.

Hope you don't mind if I hide out here - I daren't leave, I'm not feeling confident enough to join the June thread.

MINNIE1 · 06/10/2004 12:12

MrsWednesday,
I was hoping you would stay around, just bough aload of green tea!!! i'll be green in the face from drinking it.. lol
katzguk,
Welcome and congrads how are you feeling?

Right i'm counting down the days (CD20)fingers crossed.. but i know it will be a BFN..

Anyone near testing soon??

cp3 · 06/10/2004 12:23

Congrats mrswed, so pleased for you. This is lucky thread too.

Im ov at the mo, bit early in my cycle, but i have no time to bd. May try and squeeze one in later if dp up for it or if i manage to stay awake

OP posts:
krocket · 06/10/2004 12:24

minnie - not near testing as know I'm not pregnant due to AF symptoms but am near end of cycle - CD22 (27 day cycle)

MINNIE1 · 06/10/2004 12:33

krocket,
Would you try ov test?? I'm goin to give them ago next month. (keeping positive as it won't be such a let down when AF arrives)Medisave have good prices online..

Tessiebear · 06/10/2004 12:36

Minnie - CD25 - am getting contradictory symptoms - AF mouth ulcers and spots on face - but feel sick too?!?

MINNIE1 · 06/10/2004 12:39

Tessiebear,
Sore boobies???, sorry to ask, its a give away for me..

hester · 06/10/2004 12:47

Mudda, MrsW and Katzguk - congratulations! That's three graduates already - halfway to my target of six

But at the rate this thread is moving, the rest of us had better get a move on. TessieBear - you must be in agonies, waiting and wondering. The BFN is really not surprising on CD26. All fingers crossed for you!

Tania2 · 06/10/2004 12:55

MrsW, i have tried the green tea just cant stomach it mind you iam taking the most discusting chinese herbs.
Sorry katzgut i didnt say congrats b4 hope you are feeling well.

Happy bding cp3 iam around ov time too.

Twiga · 06/10/2004 13:05

feeling fed up and tearful today, just an off day I guess but the whole ttc thing is getting me down, nearly three months since mc and it all feels like it's never going to happen. Am going to be looking after my neice for a week at the end of the month - she's 17 months old and gorgeous - but I'm worried that playing "mum" for a week is not going to help things, still going to do it though as love her to bits. Is any one else on this thread trying for their first?

hester · 06/10/2004 13:11

Yes, me. It's a killer, isn't it, Twiga? Feels like life is on hold, never sure whether to envisage a future with children or whether to start adjusting to a thought of life without. Plus, oscillating between wild hope and complete despair that it will never, ever happen.

So sorry you're having such a rough day. I've been trying for so long, and at times it has felt almost too much to bear. Plus in your case, still carrying the grief from the mc (so sorry you went through that). Give yourself a big hug, remind yourself that you are fertile, try to find a treat to cheer yourself up tonight.

krocket · 06/10/2004 13:12

minnie - funnily enough i just bought some the other day from medisave so will try next month. I'm torn though, part of me wants to try and be relaxed about ttc because I feel that will help my chances IFYKWIM. But I won't be, I know!

krocket · 06/10/2004 13:12
